Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer des sacs à partir de pièces tubulaires (1) qui contiennent une matière plastique. Selon ce procédé, au moins sur une zone d'extrémité autour d'une ligne de pliage (3), un rectangle de fond (2) est façonné, formant ainsi des poches triangulaires (6, 7) et comporte des secteurs (4, 5); des parties des secteurs (4, 5) du rectangle de fond (2) sont rabattues; et une feuille de recouvrement de fond (21) est posée au moins sur certaines zones des secteurs (4, 5) du rectangle (2) et/ou sur certaines zones des poches triangulaires (6, 7) et est reliée à celles-ci. Selon l'invention, une feuille de recouvrement de fond (21) contenant au moins en partie un matériau perméable à l'air est utilisée.
