Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shower floor element according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention enters a kit as part of a shower floor element according to claim 3.
  • From the EP 2 085 007 A2 It is known to break or cut out step-like markings in an insert for receiving a gutter.
  • This document further discloses a shower tray element according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for installing a drainage channel according to the preamble of claim 2.
  • the DE 10 2007 01 0599 A1 describes the cutting out of a recess for a drainage device.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an advantageous, provided with a gutter shower floor element and also with the task of providing a method for installing a trough in a shower floor element that allows a low installation, but at the same time with regard to different gutters, the least possible restriction.
  • This object is achieved with respect to the shower floor element in the subject matter of claims 1 and 2. Due to the pre-education of the shower floor element can be rationally created an individual recess in the shower floor element for a particular gutter rationally. Characterized in that an output opening or mark is provided, finds a cutting or sawing element, which is used for this, also a favorable cutting start.
  • the cutting ceiling which at least partially forms the depression, can be kept comparatively thin. It is easy to cut through. Because it runs with clearance to a lower surface of the shower floor element, in such a region of the ceiling can also be cut when the shower floor element rests with the bottom on the floor.
  • a built-in shower tray element provided with a gutter is accordingly characterized in that the gutter as a whole, as far as no flange portions are provided, or in the case of Flansch Schemeen the central region of the gutter, in a completely or at least partially individually cut opening of the shower floor element rests.
  • the gutter or said central area preferably lies in a cutting ceiling which forms the depression and preferably extends at least partially into a clearance leaving the free space to the lower surface of the shower floor element.
  • the cutting output region to a certain gutter preferably their Mid-range, is adjusted.
  • the lowering can then correspond to the width of the particular gutter, optionally in its flange area. Preferably, however, the width is larger. The same applies to the length of the reduction.
  • a shower tray element described herein is also preferred for ground level, flush mounting, d. H. barrier-free, suitable for wheelchair use, for example.
  • the area extending at a distance from the lower surface of the shower tray element has a thickness of 2 to 20 mm. More preferred are about 6 to 12 mm thickness.
  • the free distance to the lower surface can be 10 to 70 mm.
  • the said thickness of the cutting blanket is also dependent on the density, in the case that a foam is used as a material. At high densities can be favorably realize a relatively thin cutting blanket, which nevertheless has the required stability (in the region in which the insertion is not formed).
  • the width and length of the depression is preferably equal to or greater than the largest candidate width or length of a gutter to be used selected accordingly.
  • the length can also be chosen significantly larger than a candidate longest gutter.
  • a vertical dimension of the central region that is to say the extent which the downwards extension of the middle region - if a flange part is provided - or the drainage channel itself, if no flange is provided, is designated as the gutter with respect to the surrounding flange region or the upper peripheral edge of the gutter in a first embodiment, less than the thickness of the Cutting ceiling.
  • the central region can thus be completely in register with a thickness of the cutting blanket in it.
  • the vertical dimension is also larger than said thickness of the cutting blanket (or as the gutter itself, in terms of its vertical depth, if no flange is provided), so that in this case it laterally follows the surrounding area of the cutting blanket in said central area surmounted below.
  • An underside of the middle region of the drainage channel can be completely exposed in the installed state on the one hand.
  • sitting or sitting on a heavy material which may be provided in particular with regard to a sound-favorable design of the shower tray element, can also be provided.
  • the heavy material possibly used here is further explained below.
  • one or more feet connected to the gutter itself, may be formed in a manner known per se, and such a base may be freely suspended in the installed state.
  • the load transfer with respect to the gutter can only be done via the shower floor element itself. So on a lower surface of the shower floor element.
  • the said heavy material or other sub-base plate which extends below the gutter.
  • the template it is preferred that it be formed while leaving the cutting output area corresponding to a floor plan of the middle area of the desired gutter. In any case, this is particularly preferred when the template is a (paper) sheet-like template. In particular, when the template is a fixed part may also be preferred that the template has a board area, which also engages in the cutting output area for support.
  • the user cuts out such a template only from a sheet-like sheet, which has just different outlines for different gutters.
  • the template may serve to apply along its edge a marking line to the corresponding region of the depression or to cut it out immediately along its edge.
  • a surface of the shower tray element in a region in which the drainage channel is to be used, or more specifically a surface of the described depression, can also be structured by ribs.
  • ribs extend in a parallel orientation to a peripheral edge of the shower tray element, in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the gutter to be installed.
  • they preferably extend in the longitudinal direction of the further preferably provided with a greater length than width reduction.
  • first and second ribs may be provided, which preferably differ with respect to their length. Accordingly, they preferably have the same width.
  • the first ribs are those greater length, which also preferably in the central region of the reduction or the intended area of the shower floor element, based on a longitudinal extension of the reduction or a longitudinal extent of the markings formed.

  • the cavities are not continuous as indicated by the term. But it can also be provided through openings that can complement each other for non-through openings, for example.
  • the filling material of the cavities is particularly preferred that this has a 10 to 100 times or higher specific gravity than corresponds to the material of the shower floor element as such.
  • the foam material may have a specific gravity of 50 kg / m 3 , as will be described in more detail below, while the filler material, which may be, for example, a screed, may have a specific weight of 1 to 3 kg / l. Accordingly, there is a ratio of, for example, 1:20 to 1: 1000 between the base material of the shower tray element and the filler material in terms of specific gravity.

It is also possible to use a biopolymer, for example based on cellulose, as the material.
  • the opening for the drain or the gutter can be cut out, the drain or the gutter can then be used and finally in the areas in which laterally with respect to the cut opening results in an expansion, characterized in that the opening in one extent spreading cavity passes, a filling made with heavy material in the sense described.
