Definitions
- the invention relates to a shower floor element according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention enters a kit as part of a shower floor element according to claim 3.
- From the EP 2 085 007 A2 It is known to break or cut out step-like markings in an insert for receiving a gutter.
- This document further discloses a shower tray element according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for installing a drainage channel according to the preamble of claim 2.
- the DE 10 2007 01 0599 A1 describes the cutting out of a recess for a drainage device.
- the invention has for its object to provide an advantageous, provided with a gutter shower floor element and also with the task of providing a method for installing a trough in a shower floor element that allows a low installation, but at the same time with regard to different gutters, the least possible restriction.
- This object is achieved with respect to the shower floor element in the subject matter of claims 1 and 2. Due to the pre-education of the shower floor element can be rationally created an individual recess in the shower floor element for a particular gutter rationally. Characterized in that an output opening or mark is provided, finds a cutting or sawing element, which is used for this, also a favorable cutting start.
- the cutting ceiling which at least partially forms the depression, can be kept comparatively thin. It is easy to cut through. Because it runs with clearance to a lower surface of the shower floor element, in such a region of the ceiling can also be cut when the shower floor element rests with the bottom on the floor.
- a built-in shower tray element provided with a gutter is accordingly characterized in that the gutter as a whole, as far as no flange portions are provided, or in the case of Flansch Schemeen the central region of the gutter, in a completely or at least partially individually cut opening of the shower floor element rests.
- the gutter or said central area preferably lies in a cutting ceiling which forms the depression and preferably extends at least partially into a clearance leaving the free space to the lower surface of the shower floor element.
- the cutting output region to a certain gutter preferably their Mid-range, is adjusted.
- the lowering can then correspond to the width of the particular gutter, optionally in its flange area. Preferably, however, the width is larger. The same applies to the length of the reduction.
- a shower tray element described herein is also preferred for ground level, flush mounting, d. H. barrier-free, suitable for wheelchair use, for example.
- the area extending at a distance from the lower surface of the shower tray element has a thickness of 2 to 20 mm. More preferred are about 6 to 12 mm thickness.
- the free distance to the lower surface can be 10 to 70 mm.
- the said thickness of the cutting blanket is also dependent on the density, in the case that a foam is used as a material. At high densities can be favorably realize a relatively thin cutting blanket, which nevertheless has the required stability (in the region in which the insertion is not formed).
- the width and length of the depression is preferably equal to or greater than the largest candidate width or length of a gutter to be used selected accordingly.
- the length can also be chosen significantly larger than a candidate longest gutter.
- a vertical dimension of the central region that is to say the extent which the downwards extension of the middle region - if a flange part is provided - or the drainage channel itself, if no flange is provided, is designated as the gutter with respect to the surrounding flange region or the upper peripheral edge of the gutter in a first embodiment, less than the thickness of the Cutting ceiling.
- the central region can thus be completely in register with a thickness of the cutting blanket in it.
- the vertical dimension is also larger than said thickness of the cutting blanket (or as the gutter itself, in terms of its vertical depth, if no flange is provided), so that in this case it laterally follows the surrounding area of the cutting blanket in said central area surmounted below.
- An underside of the middle region of the drainage channel can be completely exposed in the installed state on the one hand.
- sitting or sitting on a heavy material which may be provided in particular with regard to a sound-favorable design of the shower tray element, can also be provided.
- the heavy material possibly used here is further explained below.
- one or more feet connected to the gutter itself, may be formed in a manner known per se, and such a base may be freely suspended in the installed state.
- the load transfer with respect to the gutter can only be done via the shower floor element itself. So on a lower surface of the shower floor element.
- the said heavy material or other sub-base plate which extends below the gutter.
- the template it is preferred that it be formed while leaving the cutting output area corresponding to a floor plan of the middle area of the desired gutter. In any case, this is particularly preferred when the template is a (paper) sheet-like template. In particular, when the template is a fixed part may also be preferred that the template has a board area, which also engages in the cutting output area for support.
- the user cuts out such a template only from a sheet-like sheet, which has just different outlines for different gutters.
- the template may serve to apply along its edge a marking line to the corresponding region of the depression or to cut it out immediately along its edge.
- a surface of the shower tray element in a region in which the drainage channel is to be used, or more specifically a surface of the described depression, can also be structured by ribs.
- ribs extend in a parallel orientation to a peripheral edge of the shower tray element, in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the gutter to be installed.
- they preferably extend in the longitudinal direction of the further preferably provided with a greater length than width reduction.
- first and second ribs may be provided, which preferably differ with respect to their length. Accordingly, they preferably have the same width.
- the first ribs are those greater length, which also preferably in the central region of the reduction or the intended area of the shower floor element, based on a longitudinal extension of the reduction or a longitudinal extent of the markings formed.
- the second ribs are preferably ribs of shorter length, are correspondingly preferably the end portions of the lowering, if provided, assigned. formed or the end of the marking area.
- a third rib structure may also be formed in a central region in relation to the width of the depression or the region of the marking, which is characterized by an even greater width, preferably twice or more the width of the first or second ribs.
- This third rib structure may, preferably in the longitudinal direction of this rib structure extending, depressions have, which are not formed, at least in a part of the ribs, in the sense of a dash-dotted line not continuous.
- the said third rib structure can also be provided as a whole (only or in addition).
- the width of a rib in any case a first or second rib, preferably corresponds to one twentieth or more of the width of the reduction or the width of the marking area, up to, for example, in particular based on the third embodiment of the rib, a third or half the width of the Lowering or the marking area.
- the shower tray element which forms a substantially planar lower surface on the underside, may have cavities emanating from this lower surface which extend into the interior of the shower tray element.
- one or more of the cavities are filled with a respect to the material of the shower floor element specific heavier material.
- the cavities relative to the bottom surface of the shower tray element, with respect to their mouth area in the bottom of the shower tray element, a proportion of the bottom surface of the shower floor element from 20 percent or more, up to 70 or 80 percent, or in some cases even more.
- the cavities are not continuous as indicated by the term. But it can also be provided through openings that can complement each other for non-through openings, for example.
- the filling material of the cavities is particularly preferred that this has a 10 to 100 times or higher specific gravity than corresponds to the material of the shower floor element as such.
- the foam material may have a specific gravity of 50 kg / m 3 , as will be described in more detail below, while the filler material, which may be, for example, a screed, may have a specific weight of 1 to 3 kg / l. Accordingly, there is a ratio of, for example, 1:20 to 1: 1000 between the base material of the shower tray element and the filler material in terms of specific gravity.
- the material used for the shower tray element (also referred to above as the base material), in particular a foam, preferably a particle foam, may have a density in the range of 25 to 110 kg / m 3 , preferably a range of 25 to 90 kg / m 3 . It is also possible to use a biopolymer, for example based on cellulose, as the material.
- the opening for the drain or the gutter can be cut out, the drain or the gutter can then be used and finally in the areas in which laterally with respect to the cut opening results in an expansion, characterized in that the opening in one extent spreading cavity passes, a filling made with heavy material in the sense described.
- Such a configuration of a shower tray element is also suitable for the formation of conventional receiving recesses for a drain or a drainage channel. In such a case, then the corresponding areas are omitted from the said cavities.
- a vertically projected area ratio, based on a flat base area, between the cavities and the non-hollowed areas of the shower tray element is in the range of 3: 7 to 7: 3.
- the ranges and ranges of values given above and below also include all intermediate values, in particular in 1/10 steps of the respective dimension, if appropriate also without dimensions, for example 1/10 kg / m 3 , 1/10 mm, 0 , 4 of the width, etc., on the one hand to delimit the mentioned range limits from below and / or above, alternatively or additionally, but also with regard to the disclosure of one or more singular values from a respectively specified range.
- the shower floor element 1 can also be integrally formed in one piece.
- a depression 3 is formed which, as can be seen, is preferably elongated and rectangular. In two-part training this reduction 3 is formed in a first part 2. Except for a narrow edge strip 22 which extends on the upper side with a surface O of the shower tray element 1, the depression 3 preferably extends over an entire width B of the shower tray element 1.
- the edge strip 22 preferably has a width c which is one third or less towards, for example, one twentieth of the width b of the depression 3 corresponds.
- a ratio is addressed in which a length twice or more equal to the width, up to preferably ten times.
- a vertically continuous opening 4 is formed, which in the present context, as will be explained further, can serve as a cutting output region.
- a width b of the depression preferably corresponds to 100 to 300 mm.
- a depth t, the Absenkön the lowering 3, preferably corresponds to 3 to 10 mm, more preferably 5 mm.
- a window region 6 is formed in the second part 5, preferably associated with the opening 4, a window region 6 is formed.
- the window area 6 also represents a vertically through opening. Because the window area 6 is assigned to the opening 4, it is immediately adjacent to it. Relative to an extension direction of the elongated depression 3, the opening 4 and the window area 6 are arranged side by side transversely to this direction of extent. More preferably, in relation to the mentioned direction of extension, the window region 6 is smaller than the opening 4. However, in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension, the window region 6 is preferably made larger than the opening 4.
- the window region 6 can furthermore preferably be provided opening into an edge surface 7 of the second part 5. It may also be closed by a strip section forming the edge surface 7 in this region.
- the edge surface 7 is in the installed state, such as out FIG. 5

Based on the stated prior art, the invention has for its object to provide an advantageous, provided with a gutter shower floor element and also with the task of providing a method for installing a trough in a shower floor element that allows a low installation, but at the same time with regard to different gutters, the least possible restriction. This object is achieved with respect to the shower floor element in the subject matter of
A built-in shower tray element provided with a gutter according to the embodiments described here is accordingly characterized in that the gutter as a whole, as far as no flange portions are provided, or in the case of Flanschbereichen the central region of the gutter, in a completely or at least partially individually cut opening of the shower floor element rests.
The gutter or said central area preferably lies in a cutting ceiling which forms the depression and preferably extends at least partially into a clearance leaving the free space to the lower surface of the shower floor element.
Alternatively, it can also be provided that in any case the cutting output region to a certain gutter, preferably their Mid-range, is adjusted. The lowering can then correspond to the width of the particular gutter, optionally in its flange area. Preferably, however, the width is larger. The same applies to the length of the reduction.
A shower tray element described herein is also preferred for ground level, flush mounting, d. H. barrier-free, suitable for wheelchair use, for example.
In the case of the cutting blanket, it is preferable that the area extending at a distance from the lower surface of the shower tray element has a thickness of 2 to 20 mm. More preferred are about 6 to 12 mm thickness. The free distance to the lower surface can be 10 to 70 mm. The said thickness of the cutting blanket is also dependent on the density, in the case that a foam is used as a material. At high densities can be favorably realize a relatively thin cutting blanket, which nevertheless has the required stability (in the region in which the insertion is not formed).
The width and length of the depression is preferably equal to or greater than the largest candidate width or length of a gutter to be used selected accordingly. In this case, in particular, the length can also be chosen significantly larger than a candidate longest gutter.
A vertical dimension of the central region, that is to say the extent which the downwards extension of the middle region - if a flange part is provided - or the drainage channel itself, if no flange is provided, is designated as the gutter with respect to the surrounding flange region or the upper peripheral edge of the gutter in a first embodiment, less than the thickness of the Cutting ceiling. The central region can thus be completely in register with a thickness of the cutting blanket in it. Alternatively, the vertical dimension is also larger than said thickness of the cutting blanket (or as the gutter itself, in terms of its vertical depth, if no flange is provided), so that in this case it laterally follows the surrounding area of the cutting blanket in said central area surmounted below.
An underside of the middle region of the drainage channel can be completely exposed in the installed state on the one hand. On the other hand, sitting or sitting on a heavy material, which may be provided in particular with regard to a sound-favorable design of the shower tray element, can also be provided. The heavy material possibly used here is further explained below.
On the underside of the gutter, one or more feet, connected to the gutter itself, may be formed in a manner known per se, and such a base may be freely suspended in the installed state. On the one hand, the load transfer with respect to the gutter can only be done via the shower floor element itself. So on a lower surface of the shower floor element. On the other hand, but also on a foot or the said heavy material or other sub-base plate, which extends below the gutter.
With regard to an optionally provided template, it is preferred that it be formed while leaving the cutting output area corresponding to a floor plan of the middle area of the desired gutter. In any case, this is particularly preferred when the template is a (paper) sheet-like template. In particular, when the template is a fixed part may also be preferred that the template has a board area, which also engages in the cutting output area for support.
It may also be provided in this regard that the user cuts out such a template only from a sheet-like sheet, which has just different outlines for different gutters. The template may serve to apply along its edge a marking line to the corresponding region of the depression or to cut it out immediately along its edge.
A surface of the shower tray element in a region in which the drainage channel is to be used, or more specifically a surface of the described depression, can also be structured by ribs. Preferably, such ribs extend in a parallel orientation to a peripheral edge of the shower tray element, in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the gutter to be installed. In the case of a lowering, they preferably extend in the longitudinal direction of the further preferably provided with a greater length than width reduction. In particular, first and second ribs may be provided, which preferably differ with respect to their length. Accordingly, they preferably have the same width. These ribs can have the effect of performing straight cuts and / or angled separating edges in the region of this surface area of the shower floor element or, in particular, of the sinking. Since the possibly to be used gutters differ in width but also possibly the length, but on the other hand, a middle region of the gutters, or if no flange is provided, the gutter as such, even if with a different width, a designated range of reduction or the corresponding surface area of the shower floor element is always fill, the first ribs are those greater length, which also preferably in the central region of the reduction or the intended area of the shower floor element, based on a longitudinal extension of the reduction or a longitudinal extent of the markings formed. The second ribs, the are preferably ribs of shorter length, are correspondingly preferably the end portions of the lowering, if provided, assigned. formed or the end of the marking area.
Furthermore, a third rib structure may also be formed in a central region in relation to the width of the depression or the region of the marking, which is characterized by an even greater width, preferably twice or more the width of the first or second ribs. This third rib structure may, preferably in the longitudinal direction of this rib structure extending, depressions have, which are not formed, at least in a part of the ribs, in the sense of a dash-dotted line not continuous. The said third rib structure can also be provided as a whole (only or in addition).
The width of a rib, in any case a first or second rib, preferably corresponds to one twentieth or more of the width of the reduction or the width of the marking area, up to, for example, in particular based on the third embodiment of the rib, a third or half the width of the Lowering or the marking area.
The shower tray element, which forms a substantially planar lower surface on the underside, may have cavities emanating from this lower surface which extend into the interior of the shower tray element.
In order to specify a particularly sound-technical shower floor element, it is provided in this regard that one or more of the cavities are filled with a respect to the material of the shower floor element specific heavier material.
The cavities, relative to the bottom surface of the shower tray element, with respect to their mouth area in the bottom of the shower tray element, a proportion of the bottom surface of the shower floor element from 20 percent or more, up to 70 or 80 percent, or in some cases even more. The cavities are not continuous as indicated by the term. But it can also be provided through openings that can complement each other for non-through openings, for example.
With regard to the filling material of the cavities is particularly preferred that this has a 10 to 100 times or higher specific gravity than corresponds to the material of the shower floor element as such. For example, the foam material may have a specific gravity of 50 kg / m 3 , as will be described in more detail below, while the filler material, which may be, for example, a screed, may have a specific weight of 1 to 3 kg / l. Accordingly, there is a ratio of, for example, 1:20 to 1: 1000 between the base material of the shower tray element and the filler material in terms of specific gravity.
The material used for the shower tray element (also referred to above as the base material), in particular a foam, preferably a particle foam, may have a density in the range of 25 to 110 kg / m 3 , preferably a range of 25 to 90 kg / m 3 . It is also possible to use a biopolymer, for example based on cellulose, as the material.
In this case, first, the opening for the drain or the gutter can be cut out, the drain or the gutter can then be used and finally in the areas in which laterally with respect to the cut opening results in an expansion, characterized in that the opening in one extent spreading cavity passes, a filling made with heavy material in the sense described.
On the other hand, such a configuration of a shower tray element is also suitable for the formation of conventional receiving recesses for a drain or a drainage channel. In such a case, then the corresponding areas are omitted from the said cavities.
In particular, it is preferred that a vertically projected area ratio, based on a flat base area, between the cavities and the non-hollowed areas of the shower tray element is in the range of 3: 7 to 7: 3.
In terms of production and thus procedurally, it is possible to proceed in such a way that in the described manner, if in this case a cutout of a receptacle for the drainage or the drainage channel is to be provided, this cut-out is made, then the drain or the drainage channel is inserted and subsequently then the cavities are filled with the heavy material. As far as the cavities are also open at the top, it is then further preferred that the top of the shower tray element undergoes a cover in the form of, for example, a foil cover.
With regard to the disclosure, the ranges and ranges of values given above and below also include all intermediate values, in particular in 1/10 steps of the respective dimension, if appropriate also without dimensions, for example 1/10 kg / m 3 , 1/10 mm, 0 , 4 of the width, etc., on the one hand to delimit the mentioned range limits from below and / or above, alternatively or additionally, but also with regard to the disclosure of one or more singular values from a respectively specified range.

Shown and described is a, in the embodiment, in two parts trained,
With regard to elongated in this context, in particular a ratio is addressed in which a length twice or more equal to the width, up to preferably ten times.
In the
Eine Tiefe t, das Absenkmaß der Absenkung 3, entspricht bevorzugt 3 bis 10 mm, weiter bevorzugt 5 mm.A width b of the depression preferably corresponds to 100 to 300 mm. A depth t, the Absenkmaß the lowering 3, preferably corresponds to 3 to 10 mm, more preferably 5 mm.

25.In the region of the
In the

Specifically, the
In this case, two different embodiments can again be distinguished with respect to the
The
