Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein System von waagerechten Abdichtungen für ein aufrollbares Sektionaltor, das vorzugsweise in gewerblichen Gebäuden und öffentlichen Einrichtungen eingesetzt wird, in denen Rauchdichtheit von verschließbaren Durchgängen gefordert wird.
- Bekannt ist ein aufrollbares Tor in Form eines Blattes, das aus durch Ketten miteinander verbundenen Sektionen des Blattes gebaut ist und schichtenweise auf eine waagerechte Welle aufgewickelt wird. Die seitlichen Ränder der Sektionen des Blattes sind verschiebbar in senkrechten, an den Seiten des Tores befestigten schienenartigen Führungen mit C-buchstabenähnlichem Querschnitt angeordnet. Im Inneren jeder Führung befinden sich senkrechte Gleitleisten, die an deren seitlichen Wänden befestigt sind. Die Gleitleisten umfassen die Ränder der Sektionen des Blattes von beiden Seiten her. Am unteren Rand des Blattes ist ein Paar von waagerechten, elastischen Dichtungsleisten angeordnet, die an der Kante der äußersten Sektion von beiden Seiten her befestigt sind und im geschlossenen Zustand des Tores an dessen Untergrund stoßen. Ein aufrollbares Tor mit ähnlichem Aufbau ist auch aus der polnischen Patentschrift Nr.
PL 202622 PL 200958 US 2003/0213180A1 eine wasserdichte, gerollte Sperre mit einer Sektionalplatte, deren seitliche Ränder verschiebbar in senkrechten Führungen gesetzt sind. Am Rande des Sturzbalkens, im Bereich der verschlossenen Öffnung, wird eine Abdichtung in der Form einer einzelnen, waagerecht ausgebreiteten leistenartigen Dichtung, deren ausklappbarer Rand am Plattenoberfläche anliegt. PatentschriftUS 4368772 wiederum stellt eine sektionale Türplatte dar, welche über Abdichtungen zwischen den Sektionen verfügt. Jede von diesen hat die Form einer Gruppe von Dichtungen, welche in den Bereichen der Verbindungen zwischen den Sektionen angeordnet sind, und welche an den Rändern zweier benachbarter Sektionen anliegen. - Die Erfindung betrifft ein System von waagerechten Abdichtungen für ein aufrollbares Sektionaltor, dessen Blatt, das aus parallel angeordneten und durch Gelenke miteinander verbundenen Sektionen gebildet ist, schichtenweise auf eine waagerechte Welle aufgewickelt wird, wobei die seitlichen Ränder des Blattes verschiebbar in senkrechten, an den Seiten des Tores befestigten schienenartigen Führungen mit C-buchstabenähnlichem Querschnitt, die das Blatt von beiden Seiten her umfassen, angeordnet sind, während am unteren Rand des Blattes waagerecht mindestens eine elastische Abdichtung angebracht ist, die nach Schließung des Tores an seinen Untergrund stößt. Das
- System gemäß der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus mehreren Abdichtungen in Form von waagerecht ausgestreckten, grundsätzlich elastischen, leistenartigen Dichtungen besteht, die in verschiedenen Höhen im Verhältnis zu der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung des Tores angeordnet sind auf mindestens einer Seite des Tores am Sektional-Blatt anliegen, wobei die obere Abdichtung des Blattes, die sich über der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung befindet, aus zwei miteinander verzahnten, schwenkbaren Dichtungen gebildet ist. Eine von ihnen, und zwar feste Dichtung an der Wand des Gebäudes angebracht ist, während die andere, verstellbare Dichtung an einer der Sektionen des Blattes befestigt ist. Bei der vorteilhaften Lösung der Erfindung, zwischen der oberen Abdichtung und der oberen Kante der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung bildet sich die mittlere Abdichtung, die die Form einer einzelnen Dichtung, die an der Wand des Gebäudes angebracht ist und deren schwenkbarer Rand auf der Innenseite des Tores am Blatt anliegt. Die untere Abdichtung, die am Rand der äußersten, unteren Sektion des Blattes angeordnet ist, hat ihrerseits vorzugsweise die Form einer Dichtung mit bogenförmigem Querprofil. Die erhabene Oberfläche dieser Dichtung, die nach oben gerichtet ist, liegt an der stirnseitigen vertieften Oberfläche der äußersten Sektion an und wird gegen diese durch eine leistenartige Lasche mit bogenförmigem Querprofil gedrückt.
- Durch den Einsatz eines mehrfachen Systems von waagerechten Abdichtungen zeichnet sich das erfindungsgemäße aufrollbare Sektionaltor durch eine hohe Rauchdichtheit in einem breiten Temperaturbereich aus.
- Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels auf der Zeichnung abgebildet. Dabei zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Vorderansicht des Systems von waagerechten Abdichtungen in einem aufrollbaren Sektionaltor,Fig. 2 - den vertikalen Querschnitt des Systems von Abdichtungen dieses Tores,Fig. 3 - einen vergrößerten, vertikalen Querschnitt der Abdichtungen im oberen Teil des Tores,Fig.4 - einen vergrößerten, vertikalen Querschnitt der Abdichtungen im unteren Teil des Tores undFig. 5 - einen vergrößerten, vertikalen Querschnitt der Abdichtungen zwischen den Sektionen. - Das System von senkrechten Abdichtungen wird erfindungsgemäß in einem aufrollbaren Sektionaltor eingesetzt, dessen Blatt 1 aus parallel angeordneten und durch Gelenke miteinander verbundenen, flachen Sektionen 2 besteht. Das Blatt 1 wird schichtenweise auf eine drehbare, waagerecht angeordnete Welle 3 aufgewickelt wird. Die seitlichen Ränder 4 der Sektionen 2 des Blattes 1 sind verschiebbar in senkrechten schienenartigen Führungen 5 mit C-buchstabenähnlichem Querschnitt angeordnet. Die Führungen 5 sind an den Seiten des Tores befestigt und umfassen das Blatt 1 von beiden Seiten her. Das System der Abdichtungen des Tores besteht aus vier Abdichtungen A, B, C, D in Form von waagerechten, grundsätzlich elastischen Dichtungen 6, 6', 7, 8 und 9 aus Gummi. Diese übereinander in verschiedenen Höhen im Verhältnis zu der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung 10 des Tores angeordneten Dichtungen liegen auf mindestens einer Seite des Tores am Blatt 1 an. Die obere Abdichtung A des Tores, die über der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung 10 angeordnet ist, ist aus zwei miteinander verzahnten, schwenkbaren Dichtungen 6, 6' gebildet. Eine von ihnen, und zwar feste Dichtung 6 ist an die Wand 11 des Gebäudes angeschlossen, während die andere, verstellbare Dichtung 6' an einer der Sektionen 2 im oberen Teil des Blattes 1 angebracht ist. Die mittlere Abdichtung B des Tores, die zwischen der oberen Abdichtung A und der oberen Kante der Öffnung 10 angeordnet ist, hat die Form einer einzelnen Dichtung 7. Diese Dichtung ist an der Wand 11 angebracht und ihr schwenkbarer Rand 12 liegt auf der Innenseite des Tores am Blatt 1 an. Die zweite mittlere Abdichtung C, die an der Kante des Sturzbalkens 13 im Bereich der Öffnung 10 angeordnet ist, hat ebenfalls die Form einer einzelnen Dichtung 8. Ihr schwenkbarer Rand 14 liegt auf der Innenseite des Tores am Blatt 1 an. Die untere Abdichtung D des Tores, die am Rand 15 der äußersten, unteren Sektion 2' des Blattes 1 angeordnet ist, hat die Form einer Dichtung 9 mit bogenförmigem Querprofil. Die erhabene Oberfläche 16 dieser Dichtung 9 ist nach oben gerichtet, liegt an der stirnseitigen vertieften Oberfläche 17 der äußersten Sektion 2' an und wird gegen diese durch eine leistenartige Lasche 18 mit bogenförmigem Querprofil gedrückt. Die Abdichtungen 6, 6', 7 und 8 haben auf der Seite, wo sie befestigt sind, zylindrische Kanten 19, die drehbar in einem Paar von einander gegenüberliegenden Überschlägen 20 und hakenförmigen Sitzen 20' gelagert sind, die an einer der Sektionen 2 des Blattes 1 sowie an der Wand 11 und dem Sturzbalken 13 ausgebildet sind. Das erfindungsgemäße System von Abdichtungen enthält auch Abdichtungen zwischen den einzelnen Sektionen in Form von Dichtungen 21, die auf der ganzen Oberfläche des Blattes 1 angeordnet sind. Diese Dichtungen sind im Bereich der Gelenke 22, durch die die Sektionen 2 des Blattes 1 miteinander verbunden sind, angebracht, wobei jede Dichtung 21 an den Rändern 23, 24 von jeweils zwei benachbarten Sektionen 2 anliegt.

Claims (3)
- System von waagerechten Abdichtungen für ein aufrollbares Sektionaltor, dessen Blatt (1), das aus parallel angeordneten und durch Gelenke miteinander verbundenen Sektionen (2) gebildet ist, schichtenweise auf eine waagerechte Welle (3) aufgewickelt wird, wobei die seitlichen Ränder (4) des Blattes verschiebbar in senkrechten, an den Seiten des Tores befestigten schienenartigen Führungen (5) mit C-buchstabenähnlichem Querschnitt, die das Blatt (1) von beiden Seiten her umfassen, angeordnet sind, während am unteren Rand des Blattes waagerecht mindestens eine elastische Abdichtung angebracht ist, die nach Schließung des Tores an seinen Untergrund stößt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus mehreren Abdichtungen (A, B, D) in Form von waagerecht ausgestreckten, grundsätzlich elastischen, leistenartigen Dichtungen (6, 6', 7, 9) besteht, die in verschiedenen Höhen im Verhältnis zu der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung (10) des Tores angeordnet sind und auf mindestens einer Seite des Tores am Sektional-Blatt (1) anliegen, wobei die obere Abdichtung (A), die sich über der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung (10) befindet, aus zwei miteinander verzahnten, schwenkbaren Dichtungen (6, 6') gebildet ist, von denen eine, und zwar feste Dichtung (6) an der Wand (11) des Gebäudes angebracht ist, während die andere, verstellbare Dichtung (6') an einer der Sektionen (2) des Blattes (1) befestigt ist.
- System von waagerechten Abdichtungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Abdichtung (B), die zwischen der oberen Abdichtung (A) und der oberen Kante der dem Verkehr dienenden Öffnung (10) angeordnet ist, die Form einer einzelnen Dichtung (7) hat, die an der Wand (11) des Gebäudes angebracht ist und deren schwenkbarer Rand (12) auf der Innenseite des Tores am Blatt (1) anliegt.
- System von waagerechten Abdichtungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Abdichtung (D), die am Rand (15) der äußersten, unteren Sektion (2') des Blattes (1) angeordnet ist, die Form einer Dichtung (9) mit bogenförmigem Querprofil hat, deren erhabene, nach oben gerichtete Oberfläche (16) an der stirnseitigen vertieften Oberfläche (17) der äußersten Sektion (2') anliegt und gegen diese durch eine leistenartige Lasche (18) mit bogenförmigen Querprofil gedrückt wird.
