Definitions
- the subject of the innovation is a hunting and sporting weapon with mount for a telescopic sight according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a mounting device for a telescopic sight which consists essentially of a mounted on the weapon mounting base rail, on the releasably and clampably a rail-like mounting body is set.
- the mounting body in turn has at the top fastening elements which are releasably connectable to a lower-side base plate of the riflescope.
- Such a connection is made for example by a screw.
- the mutual support and correct position between the upper mounting body and the lower mounting base rail was carried out in the subject of the EP 1 734 330 B1 according to a three-point support principle.
- semicircular mounting heads are arranged on the underside of the mounting body, which can be brought into associated mounting holes on the upper side of the mounting base rail for support, so as to achieve a positionally correct assignment.
- Another disadvantage of said mounting device is that it is not secured against lifting of the weapon. If the riflescope mounted on the mounting body and this in turn was determined by using the clamping lever on the mounting base rail, the entire assembly is not secured against the fact that the mounting body can be lifted or tilted from the mounting base rail by tilting in the longitudinal axis.
- a hunting and sporting weapon according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from US 6,629,381 B1 known.
- the innovation is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1.
- the weapon-side mounting base rail has upwardly directed, separated by a central longitudinal groove front, middle and rear bearing surfaces, on which positively rests the rail-like, riflescope-side mounting body and rests with its associated surfaces on the bearing surfaces of the mounting base rail load-transmitting.
- the weapon-side mounting base rail has upwardly directed, separated by a central longitudinal groove front, middle and rear bearing surfaces on which the rail-like, riflescope-side mounting body rests load-transmitting and clamped.
- a vomstosss Heck is attached in the front region of the mounting body, which engages as a transverse profile part in an associated groove on the upper side of the mounting base rail and centered there about centering, and that is arranged at the rear end of the mounting base rail parallel to the remindstosss Heck spring plate, which engages with longitudinal play in an associated groove at the top of the mounting base rail and centered there about centering.
- the mass acceleration of the riflescope is therefore transmitted directly and without play on said, arranged in the front region of the holder kickback lugs from the mounting body on the weapon side mounted mounting base rail, without causing a game between said parts.
- the innovation provides that in addition to the axial form-fitting transmission via a transversely arranged recoil cleats, which is preferably arranged on the weapon-side mounting base rail, also additionally extending in the transverse direction centering between the mounting base rail and the arranged above and with this latched mounting body takes place.
- This is done via transversely spring-biased index balls, which are arranged at the front and rear ends of the mounting base rail and press against associated side walls of the mounting body arranged thereon and center this correct position on the mounting base rail until the clamping lever on the mounting base rail is arranged with his Clamping wings has tightened the mounting body in the direction perpendicular to its bottom surface on the mounting base rail.
- the subject invention of the present innovation is not only the subject of the individual claims, but also from the combination of individual protection claims with each other.
- a recoil 70 acts from the weapon, not shown directly on the connected to the weapon mounting base rail 1, which in turn due to the inertia of the mounted telescopic sight 20 recoil again on the attachment between the scope 20 and the mounting body. 2 transmits to the mounting body 2.
- said three parts namely riflescope 20, gun-side mounting base rail 1 and the interposed mounting body 2, which is connected to the telescopic sight 20 fixed via a screw, must be connected with the correct position and load transferring.
- the mounting body 2 is connected with its upper side directly to the riflescope 20, omitting the rifle scope side mounting rail 11.
- the detachable connection between the weapon-side mounting base rail 1 and the rail-mounted mounting body 2 arranged above takes place by arranging and actuating a clamping device with a clamping lever 12, which is pivotable in two different pivot positions, wherein in a pivot position, the connection between the mounting body 2 and mounting Base rail 1 is repealed, while in the other pivot position swing vanes are present, which ensures a clamping connection between the two parts, as shown in the EP 1 734 330 B1 is described.
- the Figures 2 and 3 show the connection between the mounting base rail 1 and the mounting body 2 arranged above it, wherein it can be seen that a positive securing against displacement in the axial direction 9 by a arranged on the underside of the mounting body 2 recoil lugs 3, the position secured and positively in a on the top of the mounting base rail 1 arranged groove is received.
- the remindstosss jewe is designed as a U-profile.
- the present innovation also claims the kinematic reversal, namely such that the recoil lug 3 is arranged on the upper side of the mounting base rail 1 and engages in an associated groove on the underside of the mounting body 2.
- FIG. 1 and 2 illustrated embodiment described in more detail, although the present innovation is not limited thereto, but also refers to the kinematic reversal.
