Claims (8)

  1. Ligne compacte pour la coupe et le profilage de listels ou de bandes de céramique, de pierre et de matériaux similaires comprenant, dans l'ordre suivant, une première unité de découpe (1) dans laquelle des éléments plats ayant la forme de carreaux ou de plaques (4) sont coupés en listels ou en bandes (40), une seconde unité de manipulation (2) dans laquelle les listels ou les bandes (40) sont ordonnés et préparés individuellement pour être acheminés vers un usinage successif ; une troisième unité de profilage ou de façonnage (3) dans laquelle les listels ou les bandes (40) sont soumis à au moins une opération de profilage ou de façonnage ; caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments plats ayant la forme de carreaux ou de plaques (4) et les listels ou les bandes (40), obtenus à partir de ceux-ci, sont supportés dans ladite première unité de découpe (1), dans ladite seconde unité de manipulation (2) et dans la troisième unité de profilage ou de façonnage (3), respectivement sur au moins un premier, un second et un troisième transporteur (10), (20), (30) étant disposés de façon contiguë et consécutive réciproquement ; lesdits au moins second transporteur (20) et troisième transporteur (30) étant prévus pour fonctionner, régulièrement, à des vitesses différentes de transport ou d'acheminement ;
    la ligne compacte comprenant de plus :
    une barrière de blocage (24) étant structurée et positionnée pour réaliser un écart ou une ouverture (25) ayant une largeur préétablie suffisante pour permettre le passage d'un seul listel ou d'une seule bande (40) à la fois ; des moyens pour agir sur l'ensemble des listels ou
    des bandes (40) bloqués contre la barrière (24) pour créer des déplacements transversaux de l'ensemble des listels pour amener un seul listel ou une seule bande (40) dans une position orientée vers ledit écart ou ladite ouverture (25).
  2. Ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde unité de manipulation (2), dans laquelle les listels ou les bandes sont ordonnés et préparés individuellement pour être acheminés vers un usinage successif, comprend une portion d'entrée (21), située immédiatement en aval dudit premier transporteur (1), cette portion étant adaptée pour recevoir les listels ou les bandes (40) coupés précédemment et que ledit premier transporteur (10) lui a acheminés et pourvue d'une première barrière de blocage (22) étant mobile sur commande à partir d'une position active inférieure, en correspondance de laquelle elle est située par rapport à la surface d'appui du second transporteur (20) à une distance suffisante pour interférer avec les bords des listels ou des bandes (40) arrivant, à une position inactive supérieure, en correspondance de laquelle elle n'interfère pas avec lesdits listels ou lesdites bandes (40) pour leur permettre d'être librement entraînés par ledit second transporteur (20).
  3. Ligne selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde unité de manipulation (2) comprend, en aval de ladite portion d'entrée (21) et de ladite première barrière de blocage (22), en référence à la direction de mouvement par rapport à l'alimentation des listels () le long de la ligne entière, une zone de déviation (23) étant adaptée pour loger intégralement l'ensemble des listels ou des bandes (40) acheminés à partir de ladite portion d'entrée (21) et est délimitée, en aval, par la barrière de blocage (24), adaptée pour interférer avec les bords desdits listels ou desdites bandes (40) ; ladite barrière de blocage (24) étant adaptée pour réaliser un écart ou une ouverture (25) ayant une largeur suffisante pour permettre le passage d'un seul listel ou d'une seule bande (40) à la fois.
  4. Ligne selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit écart ou ladite ouverture (25) est situé(e) sur un flanc dudit second transporteur (20).
  5. Ligne selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens adaptés pour agir sur l'ensemble des listels ou des bandes (40) bloqués contre la même seconde barrière (24) comprennent un poussoir (26), fonctionnant transversalement par rapport à la direction de déplacement d'alimentation, étant dimensionné et prédisposé au-dessus de la surface de transport définie par le second transporteur (20) de manière à être en mesure d'interférer avec un flanc d'un dit listel ou d'une dite bande (40).
  6. Ligne selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit poussoir (26) est actionné sur commande par un actionneur (27) pour créer des déplacements non inférieurs aux dimensions transversales ou largeurs desdits listels ou desdites bandes (40).
  7. Ligne selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que dans la troisième unité de profilage ou de façonnage (3), dans laquelle les listels ou les plaques (40) sont soumis au moins à une opération de profilage ou de façonnage, se trouvent des postes de travail (31) intervenant sur les bords latéraux desdits listels ou desdites bandes (40), étant disposés sur le flanc dudit troisième transporteur (30) étant situé du même côté que ledit second transporteur (20) en correspondance duquel ledit écart ou ladite ouverture (25) est présent(e).
  8. Ligne selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse dudit second transporteur (20) est supérieure à celle dudit troisième transporteur (30).
