Claims (4)
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner un lave-vaisselle (1) ménager et/ou industriel, mais pas un lave-vaisselle à convoyeur, pour le nettoyage à la machine d'articles à laver, comprenant les étapes suivantes :A) ajout dosé d'une solution fortement alcaline ayant un pH supérieur à 12 à une eau de lavage, la concentration de solution alcaline ajoutée à l'eau de lavage étant de 1 à 2 g/l pour une dureté de l'eau inférieure ou égale à 14 °dH, afin de dissoudre la saleté sur les articles à nettoyer, etB) ajout dosé d'une solution contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène à l'eau de lavage,
l'ajout dosé d'une solution contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène à l'eau de lavage commençant entre 40 secondes et 2 minutes plus tard que l'ajout dosé de la solution fortement alcaline à l'eau de lavage, et
l'ajout dosé étant effectué par la commande d'une première pompe (3) pour l'ajout dosé de la solution fortement alcaline et d'une deuxième pompe (4) pour l'ajout dosé de la solution contenant un oxydant. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ajout dosé de la solution fortement alcaline selon l'étape A et l'ajout dosé de la solution contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène selon l'étape B s'effectuent au moyen d'une installation de dosage (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la concentration de solution contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène ajoutée dans l'eau de lavage est de 0,5 à 1 g/l.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la solution contenant du peroxyde d'hydrogène et la solution alcaline ajoutées est de 1 pour 1 à 1 pour 8.
