Claims (29)

  1. Racle (100, 200, ..., 700), en particulier pour racler une encre d'imprimerie de la surface d'une forme d'impression, comprenant un corps de base (110, 210, ..., 710) plat et allongé présentant une zone de bord de travail (130, 230, ..., 730) réalisée dans le sens longitudinal, la zone de bord de travail (130, 230, ..., 730) étant revêtue par au moins un premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) à base d'un alliage de nickel-phosphore, le premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) contenant au moins un composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) pour améliorer le comportement à l'usure de la racle, ledit au moins un composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) comprenant des particules dures, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures comprennent tant du SiC que du diamant, la grosseur moyenne de particule de SiC étant supérieure à la grosseur moyenne de particule du diamant.
  2. Racle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures présentent des grosseurs moyennes de particule entre 5 nm-4 µm, en particulier entre 0,9-2,5 µm, de manière particulièrement préférée entre 1,4-2,1 µm.
  3. Racle selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures comprennent du SiC présentant une grosseur moyenne de particule de 1,4-2,1 µm et du diamant présentant une grosseur de particule de 10 nm-1,1 µm.
  4. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-3, caractérisée en ce que le premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) comprend un alliage de nickel-phosphore déposé sans courant.
  5. Racle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en phosphore du premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) est de 7 - 12% en poids.
  6. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, caractérisée en ce que le premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) présente une dureté de 750-1400 HV.
  7. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur du premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) est de 1-30 µm, en particulier de 5-10 µm.
  8. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-7, caractérisée en ce qu'il existe un deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) à base de nickel, le deuxième revêtement étant appliqué en particulier directement sur le premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750).
  9. Racle selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) est un revêtement déposé de manière galvanique.
  10. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8-9, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) est à base d'un alliage de nickel-phosphore.
  11. Racle selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'alliage de nickel-phosphore du deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) présente une proportion de phosphore de 12-15%.
  12. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8-11, caractérisée en ce qu'une épaisseur de couche du deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) mesure 0,5-3 µm.
  13. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-12, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures comprennent des particules métalliques, en particulier des particules métalliques en molybdène métallique.
  14. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-13, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures comprennent des carbures métalliques, des nitrures métalliques et/ou des carbonitrures métalliques.
  15. Racle selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures contiennent du B4C, du BN cubique, du TiC et/ou du WC.
  16. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-15, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures contiennent des oxydes métalliques, en particulier Al2O3.
  17. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-16, caractérisée en ce que les particules dures comprennent en outre du BN cubique, la grosseur moyenne de particule du BN correspondant en particulier environ à la grosseur moyenne de particule du SiC et de manière particulièrement préférée les grosseurs moyennes de particule du SiC et du BN cubique mesurant 1,4-2,1 µm.
  18. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-17, caractérisée en ce que le composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) comprend des particules lubrifiantes.
  19. Racle selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que les particules lubrifiantes comportent du BN hexagonal et/ou du polytétrafluoroéthylène.
  20. Racle selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que les particules lubrifiantes comportent du BN hexagonal présentant une grosseur moyenne de particule de 50 nm-1 µm, de préférence de 80-300 nm, plus préférablement de 90-110 nm.
  21. Racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-20, caractérisée en ce que le composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) comprend un composant d'alliage supplémentaire.
  22. Racle selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que le composant d'alliage supplémentaire comporte du tungstène.
  23. Racle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-22, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (110, 210, ..., 710) est constitué d'acier.
  24. Racle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-22, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (110, 210, ..., 710) est constitué de matériau synthétique.
  25. Procédé (800) pour la fabrication d'une racle (100, 200, ..., 700), en particulier d'une racle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-24, au moins un premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) à base d'un alliage de nickel-phosphore étant déposé, dans une première étape (801), sur une zone de bord de travail (130, 230, ..., 730) réalisée dans un sens longitudinal d'un corps de base (110, 210, ..., 710) plat et allongé, le premier revêtement étant mélangé avec au moins un composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) pour améliorer le comportement à l'usure de la racle, ledit au moins un composant supplémentaire (160, 360, 460, 660, 760, 761) comprenant des particules dures, caractérisé en ce que les particules dures comprennent tant du SiC que du diamant, la grosseur moyenne de particule du SiC étant supérieure à la grosseur moyenne de particule du diamant.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que le dépôt dudit au moins un revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750) a lieu en solution aqueuse et de préférence sous insufflation d'air.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce qu'un composant d'alliage, qui est de préférence un sel de tungstène, est mélangé en tant que composant supplémentaire.
  28. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 26-27, caractérisé en ce que la solution aqueuse lors du dépôt présente un pH de 8-9.
  29. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25-28, caractérisé en ce que, dans une deuxième étape (802), au moins un deuxième revêtement (370, 470, 570, 670, 770) à base de nickel est déposé sur le premier revêtement (150, 250, ..., 750).
