Abstract
本发明公开了一种印刷装置,包括印版滚筒和压印滚筒,在所述压印滚筒上方设有顶压滚筒,在所述顶压滚筒的上方设有干燥装置,墨斗位于所述印版滚筒的下方,刮墨刀位于印版滚筒的一侧,所述印版滚筒与压印滚筒表面之间的缝隙与承印材料的厚度相等,所述压印滚筒的表面包有橡胶层,所述刮墨刀的刀片包括刀座和刀尖,在所述刀座和刀尖的表面喷涂有厚度为0.01~0.05mm的钠米金属层。本发明在刀片表面喷涂有钠米金属层,大大延长了刮刀的使用寿命,减少了刮刀的更换次数,显著减少了浪费。本发明的刮墨效果好,可保证滚筒图像区的精确载墨量,确保了印刷质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于印刷机械技术领域,具体涉及一种印刷装置。
背景技术
凹版印刷机的印刷装置包括标准型和顶压滚筒型印刷装置,前者由印版滚筒和压印滚筒组成。其中,印版滚筒为圆筒形,表面镀铜作为版材,然后通过雕刻或照相腐蚀,在滚筒表面形成凹下去的图文。凹版印刷机的印版滚筒直接浸入油墨槽中,在高速运转下的油墨很快地填满印版滚筒,然后经过刮墨刀将印版表面空白部分的油墨刮去,剩下图文凹槽部分的油墨,经过压印滚筒的滚压将油墨转移到纸张或其它承印物上,即成为印刷品。
印刷机在正常使用条件下,现有的油墨刮刀耐磨性差,刮刀的寿命非常短,为了保证印刷品一致性,就必须得不断地对刮墨刀进行调节,不仅影响产品印刷质量,而且费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油墨刮刀耐磨性能好、使用寿命长的印刷装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种印刷装置,包括印版滚筒和压印滚筒,在所述压印滚筒上方设有顶压滚筒,在所述顶压滚筒的上方设有干燥装置,墨斗位于所述印版滚筒的下方,刮墨刀位于印版滚筒的一侧,,所述印版滚筒与压印滚筒表面之间的缝隙与承印材料的厚度相等,所述压印滚筒的表面包有橡胶层,所述刮墨刀的刀片包括刀座和刀尖,在所述刀座和刀尖的表面喷涂有厚度为0.01~0.05mm的钠米金属层。
在上述技术方案的基础上,上述刮墨刀的刀片与印版滚筒切线的夹角为30~60°。
作为本发明的改进,上述钠米金属层为钠米碳化钨金属层。
上述刀尖的硬度为580HV。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明设计合理,在刀片表面喷涂有钠米金属层,因而具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,大大延长了刮刀的使用寿命,减少了刮刀的更换次数,有效减少了拖线,从而显著减少了浪费。本发明的刮墨效果好,可保证滚筒图像区的精确载墨量,使非图像区保留最少墨量,确保了印刷质量。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种印刷装置,包括印版滚筒2和压印滚筒4,在所述压印滚筒4上方设有顶压滚筒5,在所述顶压滚筒5的上方设有干燥装置6,墨斗1位于所述印版滚筒2的下方,刮墨刀3位于印版滚筒2的一侧,,所述印版滚筒2与压印滚筒4表面之间的缝隙与承印材料的厚度相等,所述压印滚筒4的表面包有橡胶层,所述刮墨刀3的刀片包括刀座31和刀尖32,在所述刀座31和刀尖32的表面喷涂有厚度为0.01~0.05mm的钠米金属层33。所述刮墨刀3的刀片与印版滚筒2切线的夹角为30~60°。所述钠米金属层33为钠米碳化钨金属层。所述刀尖32的硬度为580HV。

Claims (4)
1.一种印刷装置,包括印版滚筒(2)和压印滚筒(4),在所述压印滚筒(4)上方设有顶压滚筒(5),在所述顶压滚筒(5)的上方设有干燥装置(6),墨斗(1)位于所述印版滚筒(2)的下方,刮墨刀(3)位于印版滚筒(2)的一侧,,所述印版滚筒(2)与压印滚筒(4)表面之间的缝隙与承印材料的厚度相等,所述压印滚筒(4)的表面包有橡胶层,其特征在于:所述刮墨刀(3)的刀片包括刀座(31)和刀尖(32),在所述刀座(31)和刀尖(32)的表面喷涂有厚度为0.01~0.05mm的钠米金属层(33)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种印刷装置,其特征在于:所述刮墨刀(3)的刀片与印版滚筒(2)切线的夹角为30~60°。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种印刷装置,其特征在于:所述钠米金属层(33)为钠米碳化钨金属层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种印刷装置,其特征在于:所述刀尖(32)的硬度为580HV。
