La présente invention concerne un accessoire (7) fabriqué à partir d'une plaque de tôle et utilisé pour la constitution d'un dispositif de rayonnage pour l'étalage et la présentation d'articles destinés à la vente aux consommateurs, remarquable en ce qu'il comporte au moins un renfort (74) dont la surface est limitée aux parties permettant l'assemblage dudit accessoire (7) avec les autres accessoires constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage, ledit renfort (74) étant ainsi agencé pour n'augmenter que localement l'épaisseur dudit accessoire (7) afin de permettre une optimisation de l'épaisseur de ladite plaque de tôle, tout en conservant un mode d'assemblage réversible facilement démontable dudit accessoire.

Description

ACCESSOIRE AVEC OPTIMISATION D'EPAISSEUR
La présente invention est relative à un accessoire, de type console supportant une tablette ou panneau de fond par exemple, utilisé pour la constitution d'un dispositif de rayonnage pour l'étalage et la présentation d'articles destinés à la vente aux consommateurs notamment dans des grandes surfaces commerciales. La présente invention concerne également le dispositif de rayonnage associé.
Dans le domaine des dispositifs de rayonnage, on connaît déjà par exemple des gondoles, des présentoirs ou encore des étagères.
Parmi ces différents dispositifs, on connaît déjà un dispositif de rayonnage tel que celui décrit dans la demande de brevet français FR 2 874 487. Ledit dispositif de rayonnage est constitué de deux montants verticaux maintenus en position verticale stable par une base comprenant des longerons horizontaux solidaires des parties inférieures desdits montants verticaux.
Les montants verticaux sont constitués de tubes de section rectangulaire comportant sur leurs faces avant et arrière des ouvertures rectangulaires régulièrement espacées le long des montants verticaux permettant la fixation de consoles généralement triangulaires, munies à leur base de moyens de fixation de type crochets en forme générale de « L » couché pour leur fixation sur lesdits montants. Les consoles servent de support à des tablettes de présentation, de part et d'autre des montants verticaux, et sur lesquels sont exposés des produits destinés à la vente .
Ainsi un premier alignement de tablettes superposées s'étend vers l'avant en direction d'une première allée où circulent les clients et un second alignement de tablettes superposées symétrique par rapport aux montants verticaux s'étend vers l'arrière en direction d'une seconde allée parallèle à la première.
De manière à bien séparer visuellement les produits présentés dans une allée par rapport à ceux de l'allée parallèle, le dispositif de rayonnage comprend un panneau de fond s' étendant entre les deux montants verticaux, depuis leur partie inférieure jusqu'à leur extrémité supérieure, avec lesquels il est solidarisé pour séparer le dispositif de rayonnage en deux zones distinctes d' achalandage .
Ainsi, le panneau de fond présente sur ses bords verticaux des moyens de fixation, de type crochets en forme générale de "L" couché, aptes à s'insérer dans des ouvertures pratiquées le long desdites faces latérales des montants verticaux.
Avec un tel dispositif de rayonnage, lorsque l'on dispose des produits sur ledit dispositif de rayonnage, on comprend bien que les parties des différents accessoires constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage proches des zones d'assemblage desdits accessoires entre eux sont très sollicitées mécaniquement, lesdites parties comprenant notamment les moyens de fixation.
La plupart des accessoires, tels que les consoles et les panneaux de fond, sont fabriqués facilement par découpage et pliage éventuel d'une seule plaque de tôle généralement en acier. L'un des inconvénients d'un tel dispositif de rayonnage est donc que, pour pouvoir supporter des produits lourds, on doit renforcer les différents accessoires constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage en augmentant par exemple l'épaisseur de la plaque de tôle de façon générale. Toutefois, le fait d'augmenter l'épaisseur de ladite plaque de tôle conduit à augmenter, d'une part, le poids des consoles et panneaux de fond rendant leur montage moins facile et, d'autre part, le prix de revient dudit dispositif de rayonnage. Pour obtenir un dispositif de rayonnage plus résistant, on peut également modifier le matériau des accessoires et choisir un acier possédant des caractéristiques mécaniques plus élevées pour fabriquer notamment les consoles et les panneaux de fond, mais cette modification a pour effet d'augmenter le prix de revient dudit dispositif de rayonnage.
Par ailleurs, ce type de dispositif de rayonnage est facile à monter et à démonter. Toutefois, comme la tôle en acier utilisée pour réaliser les panneaux de fond et les consoles a en général une épaisseur de quelques millimètres, les moyens de fixation des panneaux de fond et consoles sont peu rigides et peuvent être pliés lors d'un choc pendant le montage rendant ainsi leur mise en place difficile voire impossible.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces divers inconvénients en proposant un accessoire pour un dispositif de rayonnage apte à être fixé sur d'autres éléments constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage et étant renforcé pour pouvoir supporter des charges mécaniques élevées, ledit accessoire étant facile à fabriquer et à manipuler, économique.
A cet égard, la présente invention a pour objet un accessoire fabriqué à partir d'une plaque de tôle et utilisé pour la constitution d'un dispositif de rayonnage pour l'étalage et la présentation d'articles destinés à la vente aux consommateurs, remarquable en ce qu'il comporte au moins un renfort dont la surface est limitée aux parties permettant l'assemblage dudit accessoire avec les autres accessoires constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage, ledit renfort étant ainsi agencé pour n'augmenter que localement l'épaisseur dudit accessoire afin de permettre une optimisation de l'épaisseur de ladite plaque de tôle, tout en conservant un mode d'assemblage réversible facilement démontable dudit accessoire.
Ledit renfort comporte en outre des moyens de fixation de l'accessoire sur les autres accessoires constitutifs du dispositif de rayonnage.
On comprend bien 1 ' intérêt économique de ce type d'accessoire car il n'est plus nécessaire d'augmenter l'épaisseur de l'ensemble de l'accessoire pour permettre audit accessoire de supporter les contraintes mécaniques. On n'augmente ainsi pas le poids et donc le coût de l'accessoire en particulier et donc du dispositif de rayonnage en général.
Par ailleurs, on comprend bien que ce type d'accessoire renforcé permet une optimisation de l'épaisseur de l'ensemble de l'accessoire, car seules les zones sollicitées sont renforcées et les zones moins sollicitées peuvent être de moindre épaisseur.
D'autres avantages et caractéristiques ressortiront mieux de la description qui va suivre, d'un accessoire pour un dispositif de rayonnage selon l'invention, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :

On décrira dans cet exemple d' exécution non limitatif, un dispositif de rayonnage à deux montants verticaux classiquement appelé "gondole" mettant en œuvre un cadre rigide indéformable comportant ensemble : deux montants verticaux, deux entretoises globalement horizontales et un panneau de fond disposé entre lesdits montants ; il est bien entendu qu'une description analogue aurait pu être donnée à partir d'un autre exemple d'exécution où le dispositif de rayonnage serait par exemple à quatre montants verticaux, classiquement appelé "étagère" .
La gondole 1 en référence à la figure 1, est constituée de deux montants verticaux 2a et 2b maintenus en position verticale stable par une base 3 comprenant des longerons horizontaux (non représentés) solidaires des parties inférieures des montants verticaux 2a, 2b et munis à leur extrémité libre de pieds 4 réglables pour assurer la stabilité de la gondole 1. Les longerons horizontaux de la base 3 supportent des plateaux 5 habillant la structure de la base 3 et formant de part et d' autre des montants verticaux 2a, 2b une tablette de présentation.
Les montants verticaux 2a, 2b sont constitués avantageusement de tubes de section rectangulaire comportant sur leurs faces avant et arrière, c'est-à-dire la face visible et la face opposée des montants lorsque l'on regarde de face la gondole 1, des ouvertures 6 rectangulaires, disposées en ligne les unes sous les autres suivant leur longueur et régulièrement espacées le long des montants verticaux 2a, 2b permettant la fixation de façon réversible facilement démontable de consoles 7 globalement triangulaires s' étendant vers l'avant. Les consoles 7 servent de support à des tablettes de présentation 8, disposées de part et d'autre des montants verticaux 2a, 2b, et sur lesquelles sont exposés des produits destinés à la vente. Ainsi un premier alignement de tablettes 8 superposées s'étend vers l'avant en direction d'une première allée où circulent les clients et un second alignement de tablettes 8 superposées,' symétrique par rapport aux montants verticaux 2a, 2b, s'étend vers l'arrière en direction d'une seconde allée parallèle à la première .
Il va de soi que les consoles 7 et par conséquent les tablettes de présentation 8 peuvent être plus ou moins inclinées d'arrière en avant et de haut en bas suivant l'invention et que les montants verticaux 2a, 2b peuvent être constitués de tubes de section cylindrique, polygonale, ou autre.
De manière à bien séparer visuellement les produits présentés dans une allée par rapport à l'allée parallèle, la gondole 1 comprend un panneau de fond 9 en référence à la figure 1, s' étendant entre les deux montants verticaux 2a, 2b avec lesquels il est solidarisé pour séparer la gondole 1 en deux zones distinctes d'achalandage. Par analogie avec les consoles 7, le panneau de fond 9 est agencé pour s'insérer dans des ouvertures 10 pratiquées le long des faces latérales 11 des montants verticaux 2a, 2b. Les ouvertures 10 sont de préférence réparties en ligne centrée sur les faces latérales 11 selon un pas régulier et suivant leur longueur.
Pour obtenir une gondole 1 résistante et apte à supporter des produits lourds, les accessoires constitutifs de ladite gondole 1, tels que les consoles 7 et les panneaux de fond 9, doivent être renforcés. Pour des raisons économiques, on comprend bien qu'il est intéressant de ne pas renforcer globalement les accessoires, en augmentant par exemple leur épaisseur de façon générale, mais qu'il est préférable de ne renforcer que les zones les plus sollicitées telles que les zones d'assemblages desdits accessoires entre eux.
Ainsi, sur les figures 2 et 3 est représenté un premier mode de réalisation d'un accessoire de type console 7 conforme à l'invention respectivement avant et après mise en forme.
En référence à la figure 3, ladite console 7, de préférence en forme générale de triangle rectangle, comporte un premier bord 71 globalement horizontal et un deuxième bord 72 sensiblement vertical. Ledit premier bord 71 est pourvu d'entailles 73 s 'étendant perpendiculairement audit premier bord 71 et permettant une immobilisation d'une tablette 8 (non représentée sur cette figure) .
Le deuxième bord 72 comporte un renfort 74 s ' étendant le long dudit deuxième bord 73, formé par au moins un pli de matière replié contre une des faces verticales de la console 7. Le renfort 74 et le deuxième bord 72 forment conjointement des moyens de fixation 75 pour fixer ladite console 7 sur les montants 2a, 2b de la gondole 1 (Cf. figure 1), lesdits moyens de fixation 75 étant avantageusement des crochets en forme générale de "L" couché et étant agencés pour s ' insérer dans les ouvertures 6 (Cf. figure 1) disposées en ligne les unes sous les autres le long des montants verticaux 2a, 2b.
En référence à la figure 2, pour réaliser la console 7, on découpe d'une plaque de tôle 76 généralement en acier. Sur cette plaque de tôle sont également découpés des évidements 77 centrés sur un axe X, X' avantageusement perpendiculaire au premier bord 71. Lesdits évidements 77 ont une forme adaptée pour former les moyens de fixation 75 lorsque l'on replie suivant l'axe X-X' l'extrémité de la plaque de tôle 76 contre une des faces verticales de la console 7 pour former le renfort 74.
En référence à la figure 3, le renfort 74 est ensuite de préférence immobilisé contre la console 7 par des points de soudure ou par tout autre moyen adapté tel que par exemple des rivets, ou de la colle.
On comprend bien qu'en doublant l'épaisseur autour du deuxième bord 72 et des moyens de fixation 75, on renforce et on rigidifie cette zone. De plus, on pourra faire un (ou deux) pli (s) supplémentaire ( s ) replié (s) sur le premier pli de matière de manière à obtenir 3 (ou 4) fois l'épaisseur de la plaque de tôle 76 initiale autour du deuxième bord 72 et des moyens de fixation 75.
De même, dans la mesure où l'on peut multiplier l'épaisseur des zones très sollicitées mécaniquement par 2, 3 ou plus, on comprend bien que l'épaisseur de la plaque de tôle 76 servant à fabriquer la console 7 pourra être optimisée en étant réduite au strict minimum.
L'Homme du Métier n'aura aucune difficulté pour dimensionner la largeur du pli de matière en fonction notamment des efforts repris par ladite console 7.
Un deuxième mode de réalisation d'un accessoire de type console (non représenté) , qui est proche de celui décrit précédemment, consiste en ce que le renfort soit au moins une pièce indépendante rapportée sur au moins une des faces verticales de la console par soudure ou par tout autre moyen adapté tel que par exemple des rivets, ou de la colle, le pli de matière ayant une forme sensiblement identique à celle de l'extrémité de la console et comportant le deuxième bord et les moyens de fixation. Ledit renfort pourra comporter plusieurs plis de matière, d'épaisseur identiques ou non, répartis de part et d'autre de la console sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
En référence à la figure 4, un troisième mode de réalisation de la console 7 consiste à rapporter avantageusement par soudage en bout à bout sur l'extrémité d'une partie 78 de ladite console 7 partiellement tronquée une portion de plaque 79 comportant le deuxième bord 72 et les moyens de fixation 75, ladite portion de plaque 79 étant réalisée par découpage d'une plaque de tôle d'un matériau, en général de l'acier, possédant des caractéristiques mécaniques plus élevées que celui utilisé pour fabriquer la partie 78. Selon ce troisième mode de réalisation, le renfort 74, qui est formé par la portion de plaque 79, pourra également avoir une épaisseur plus élevée que celle de ladite console 7 partiellement tronquée, sans sortir de la présente invention.
La portion de plaque 79 peut être réalisée dans le même matériau que celui de la partie 78 de la console 7 ou dans un matériau différent et/ou avoir une épaisseur et/ou des caractéristiques différentes.
Sur les figures 5 et 6 est représenté un mode de réalisation d'un accessoire de type panneau de fond 9 conforme à l'invention respectivement avant et après mise en forme.
En référence à la figure 6, ledit panneau de fond 9 comporte une plaque 90 de préférence en forme générale de rectangle munie d'un bord supérieur 91 globalement horizontal muni d'un rebord 92 de section en forme générale de "L" couché orienté vers l'intérieur du panneau de fond 9, et d'un bord inférieur 93 globalement horizontal muni d'un rebord 94 de section en forme générale de "L" couché orienté vers l'extérieur du panneau de fond 9. La plaque 90 comporte également deux bords latéraux 95 globalement verticaux pourvus chacun d'un rebord 96 plan s 'étendant perpendiculairement à ladite plaque 90. Chaque rebord 96 comprend un renfort 97 s ' étendant le long dudit rebord 96 et formé par un pli de matière replié au moins contre une des faces verticales dudit rebord 96, de préférence la face située à l'intérieur du panneau de fond 9. Chaque renfort 97 et le rebord 96 associé forment conjointement des moyens de fixation 98 agencés pour fixer ledit panneau de fond 9 sur les montants 2a, 2b de la gondole 1 en s ' insérant dans les ouvertures 10 pratiquées le long des faces latérales 11 des montants verticaux 2a, 2b, lesdits moyens de fixation 98 étant avantageusement des crochets en forme générale de "L" couché .
Dans le mode de réalisation préférentiel décrit, le renfort 97 comporte un deuxième pli de matière sensiblement orienté à 90° de manière à avoir une forme générale de cornière orientée vers l'intérieur du panneau de fond 9 et est en contact à la fois avec la face verticale intérieure du rebord 96 et la face intérieure de la plaque 90 du panneau de fond 9. On comprend bien que cette configuration préférée augmente d'autant la rigidité et la résistance dudit renfort 97.
En référence à la figure 5, pour réaliser le panneau de fond 9, on découpe d'une plaque de tôle 99 généralement en acier puis on la replie de manière à former les rebords 92, 94, 96. Sur cette plaque de tôle 99 sont également découpés des évidements 100 centrés sur des axe Y-Y1 avantageusement perpendiculaire au bord supérieur 91. Lesdits évidements 100 ont une forme adaptée pour former les moyens de fixation 98 lorsque l'on replie suivant les axe Y-Y' les extrémités latérales de la plaque de tôle 99 au moins contre une des faces verticales du rebord 96 pour former le renfort 97.
Dans un mode de réalisation préférentiel, chaque renfort 97 comporte à chacune de ses extrémités un autre pli en forme de languette repliée pour être respectivement en contact avec la face intérieure du bord supérieur 91 et celle du bord inférieur 93.
Par analogie, avec les différents modes de réalisations de la console 7, le panneau de fond 9 pourra avoir des renforts 97 rapportés sur au moins une de ses faces ou en bout à bout à l'une de ses extrémités tronquées et/ou réalisés dans un matériau différent de celui du reste dudit panneau de fond 9 et/ou d'épaisseur différentes de celle du reste dudit panneau de fond 9.
Par ailleurs, les moyens de fixation 75, 98 respectifs des consoles 7 et panneaux de fond 9 sont répartis sur toute la longueur des côtés verticaux des consoles 7 et panneaux de fond 9 selon un pas régulier d' une valeur correspondant respectivement à un multiple entier de celle du pas des ouvertures 6 et 10 des montants verticaux 2a, 2b.
Enfin, on pourra avoir un accessoire d'un type autre que ceux donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, à savoir une console 7 ou un panneau de fond 9, sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
La présente invention s'applique plus particulièrement à l'étalage et la présentation d'articles destinés à la vente aux consommateurs notamment dans des grandes surfaces commerciales mais il est bien évident que les exemples que l'on vient de donner ne sont que des illustrations particulières en aucun cas limitatives quant aux domaines d'application de l'invention.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Accessoire (7, 9) fabriqué à partir d'une plaque de tôle (76, 99) et utilisé pour la constitution d'un dispositif de rayonnage (1) pour l'étalage et la présentation d'articles destinés à la vente aux consommateurs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un renfort (74, 97) dont la surface est limitée aux parties permettant l'assemblage dudit accessoire (7, 9) avec les autres accessoires constitutifs dudit dispositif de rayonnage (1), ledit renfort (74, 97) étant ainsi agencé pour n'augmenter que localement l'épaisseur dudit accessoire (7, 9) afin de permettre une optimisation de l'épaisseur de ladite plaque de tôle (76, 99), tout en conservant un mode d'assemblage réversible facilement démontable dudit accessoire.
2 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le renfort (74, 97) est formé par au moins un pli de matière issu de la plaque de tôle (76, 99) et replié contre au moins une des faces de ladite plaque de tôle (76, 99) .
3 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le renfort est formé par au moins une pièce indépendante rapportée sur au moins une des faces de la plaque de tôle (76, 99) .
4 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le renfort (74, 97) est solidarisé à la plaque de tôle (76, 99) par un moyen choisi dans le groupe comprenant au moins les soudures, les rivets, la colle. 5 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le renfort (74, 97) et la plaque de tôle (76, 99) forment conjointement des moyens de fixation (75, 98) de l'accessoire (7, 9).
6 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (75, 98) sont des crochets.
7 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de tôle (76, 99) comporte au moins un évidement (77, 100) définissant un axe (Χ-Χ', Υ-Υ') de pliage.
8 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que 1 ' évidement (77, 100) a une forme agencée pour former les moyens de fixation (75, 98). 9 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le renfort (74) est formé par une portion de plaque (79) rapportée en bout à bout sur l'extrémité d'une partie (78) dudit accessoire (7) partiellement tronqué.
10 - Accessoire (7, 9) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le renfort (74, 97) comporte des moyens de fixation (75, 98). 11 - Dispositif de rayonnage (1) formé par l'assemblage d'accessoires, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un accessoire (7, 9) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
