Claims (22)

  1. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200), comprenant :
    une pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10) conçus pour enrouler un fil provenant d'une bobine d'amenée de fil afin de former un enroulement de fil ; et
    un corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) conçu pour commander un fonctionnement de la pluralité des dispositifs d'enroulement (10), dans lequel chaque dispositif d'enroulement (10) comprend un commutateur de fonctionnement automatique (12) conçu pour commuter l'exécution ou l'arrêt d'une opération d'enroulement ; caractérisé en ce que
    le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend une section de commande (50) conçue pour provoquer le passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil réalisant un état dans lequel une opération de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil peut être exécutée, quel que soit l'état de commutation des commutateurs de fonctionnement automatique (12) de la pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10), et un commutateur de préparation (61, 62) destiné à amener la section de commande (50) à exécuter le passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  2. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mode préparation de bobine a d'amenée de fil est un état de fonctionnement de chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) qui est nécessaire à l'opération de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil, et d'arrêt de tous les autres dispositifs (13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) non nécessaire à l'opération de préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  3. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) conçu pour amener une pression négative à la pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10), le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) fonctionnant à une force d'entraînement inférieure à une force d'entraînement à laquelle chacun des dispositifs d'enroulement (10) est apte à exécuter l'opération d'enroulement pour amener la pression négative en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  4. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend un commutateur de démarrage (61) servant au démarrage de chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200), et un commutateur d'arrêt (62) destiné à arrêter chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) ; et
    la section de commande (50) fait fonctionner le commutateur de démarrage (61) et/ou le commutateur d'arrêt (62) comme le commutateur de préparation (61, 62) destiné à provoquer le passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  5. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend une section de réglage (70) ; et
    la section de commande (50) règle le commutateur de démarrage (61) ou le commutateur d'arrêt (62) comme le commutateur de préparation (61, 62) servant à exécuter le passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil à partir d'un état de fonctionnement ou d'un état d'arrêt de chacun des dispositifs (5, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) conformément au réglage de la section de réglage (70).
  6. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend en outre un commutateur de démarrage (61) servant à démarrer chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) et un commutateur d'arrêt (62) servant à arrêter chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) à une certaine distance du commutateur de préparation.
  7. Enrouleur automatique (100, 200) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que
    le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend une section, de réglage (70) ; et
    la section de commande (50) règle une permission de réaliser un passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil à partir d'un état de fonctionnement ou d'un état d'arrêt de chacun des dispositifs (5, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) au moyen du commutateur de préparation conformément au réglage de la section de réglage (70).
  8. Enrouleur automatique (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'enroulement (10) comprend un dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à chargeur (30) ;
    le dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à chargeur (30) comprend un dispositif de logement (31) de bobine d'amenée de fil conçu pour loger une pluralité de bobines d'amenée de fil et amener la bobine d'amenée de fil dans une position de retenue de bobine d'amenée de fil, et un orifice d'aspiration d'extrémité de fil (32) conçu pour aspirer une extrémité de fil de la bobine d'amenée de fil au moyen de la pression négative amenée par le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) ; et
    la section de commande (50) arrête l'opération d'enroulement de chacun des dispositifs d'enroulement (10) et fait fonctionner le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  9. Enrouleur automatique (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    un dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à plateau (81) ; et
    un dispositif d'extraction d'extrémité de fil (82) conçu pour extraire une extrémité de fil de la bobine d'amenée de fil au moyen de la pression négative pour la préparation d'un état dans lequel le dispositif d'enroulement (10) est apte à recevoir l'extrémité du fil, dans lequel
    la section de commande (50) fait fonctionner le dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à plateau (81),
    le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6), et le dispositif d'extraction d'extrémité de fil (82) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  10. Enrouleur automatique (200) selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    un dispositif de transport de bobine (24) destiné à transporter la bobine d'amenée de fil pour l'amener à chaque dispositif d'enroulement (10), dans lequel la section de commande (50) entraîne le dispositif de transport de bobine (24) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  11. Procédé de fonctionnement d'un enrouleur automatique (100, 200)
    comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10) enroulant un fil provenant d'une bobine d'amenée de fil pour former un enroulement de fil et un corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) commandant un fonctionnement de la pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    la commutation de l'exécution ou de l'arrêt d'une opération d'enroulement au moyen d'un commutateur automatique (12) inclus dans chaque dispositif d'enroulement (10) et le passage du dispositif d'enroulement à un mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil réalisant un état dans lequel une opération de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil est exécutée quel que soit l'état de commutation des commutateurs automatiques (12) de la pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10) au moyen d'une section de commande (50) incluse dans le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5), et le passage de la section de commande (50) au mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil conformément au réglage d'un commutateur de préparation (61, 62).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil fait fonctionner chaque dispositif (16, 24, 81, 82) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200), qui est nécessaire à l'opération de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil et arrête tous les autres dispositifs (13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) non nécessaire à l'opération de préparation de la bobine d'amenée de fil.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'enrouleur automatique est pourvu d'un dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) amenant une pression négative à la pluralité de dispositifs d'enroulement (10), et par le fonctionnement du dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) à une force d'entraînement inférieure à une force d'entraînement à laquelle chacun des dispositifs d'enroulement (10) exécute l'opération d'enroulement, amenant ainsi la pression négative en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un commutateur de démarrage (61) dans le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) fait démarrer chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) et un commutateur d'arrêt (62) dans le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) arrête chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique ; et
    la section de commande (50) fait fonctionner le commutateur de démarrage (61) et/ou le commutateur d'arrêt (62) comme commutateur de préparation (61, 62), passant ainsi en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal de commande de base de machine est pourvu d'une section de réglage (70) ; et la section de commande (50) règle le commutateur de démarrage (61) ou le commutateur d'arrêt (62) comme le commutateur de préparation (61, 62) pour le passage d'un état de fonctionnement ou d'un état d'arrêt de chacun des dispositifs (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil en fonction du réglage de la section de réglage (70).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) est démarré par un commutateur de démarrage (61) dans le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) et chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) est arrêté par un commutateur d'arrêt (62) dans le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) qui n'est pas utilisé comme commutateur de préparation.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend une section de réglage et
    la section de commande règle le commutateur de démarrage (61) ou le commutateur d'arrêt (62) comme le commutateur de préparation (61, 62), provoquant ainsi le passage en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil à partir d'un état de fonctionnement ou d'un état d'arrêt de chacun des dispositifs (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) conformément au réglage de la section de réglage (70).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend en outre un commutateur de démarrage (61) servant à démarrer chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 212, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) et un commutateur d'arrêt (62) servant à arrêter chaque dispositif (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) à une certaine distance du commutateur de préparation.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal de commande de base de machine (5) comprend une section de réglage et en ce que la section de commande (50) commande les passages en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil à partir d'un état de fonctionnement ou d'un état d'arrêt de chacun des dispositifs (6, 24, 81, 82 ; 13, 14, 17, 21, 22, 30, 31) constituant l'enrouleur automatique (100, 200) en fonction de la position du commutateur de préparation conformément au réglage de la section de réglage (70).
  20. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'enroulement (10) comprend un dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à chargeur (30) ; le dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à chargeur (30) loge une pluralité de bobines d'amenée de fil dans un dispositif de logement de bobine d'amenée de fil (31) et amène la bobine d'amenée de fil dans une position de retenue de bobine d'amenée de fil et un orifice d'aspiration d'extrémité de fil (32) aspire une extrémité de fil de la bobine d'amenée de fil au moyen de la pression négative fournie par le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) ; et
    la section de commande (50) arrête l'opération d'enroulement de chacun des dispositifs d'enrouement (10) et commande le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17,
    caractérisé par un dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à plateau (81) et en ce qu'un dispositif d'extraction d'extrémité de fil (82) extrait une extrémité de fil de la bobine d'amenée de fil au moyen de la pression négative et prépare le dispositif d'enroulement (10) à recevoir l'extrémité du fil, dans lequel
    la section de commande (50) commande le dispositif d'amenée de bobine du type à plateau (81), le dispositif d'amenée de pression négative (6), et le dispositif d'extraction d'extrémité de fil (82) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de transport de bobine transporte la bobine d'amenée de fil à chaque dispositif d'enroulement (10), dans lequel la section de commande (50) commande le dispositif de transport de bobine (24) en mode préparation de bobine d'amenée de fil.
