  1. Contenant (1, 21) destiné à emballer des produits, notamment sac ou sachet en film en matière plastique, avec au moins une paroi de contenant enveloppant le produit, laquelle comporte au moins une paroi avant et une paroi arrière (2, 3, 22, 23), dans la zone du fond inférieur (5, 25) du contenant, entre la paroi avant et la paroi arrière (2, 3, 22, 23) étant placées deux couches intérieures d'un soufflet d'une partie de bande du film en matière plastique repliée vers l'intérieur au moins unilatéralement sur ses côtés longitudinaux et au moyen du soufflet étant formé un fond plat (4, 24) reliant la paroi avant et la paroi arrière (2, 3, 22, 23) et
    avec une région multicouches (11, 31) de plus de deux couches (7, 8, 27, 28) superposées formée dans la région de tête (6, 26) du contenant, la région multicouches (11, 31) comportant au moins un auxiliaire de portage conçu en tant que jour (12, 32), lequel jour (12, 32) traverse au moins en partie les couches dans la région de tête (6, 26) et

    dans la région de tête (6, 26), chaque couche (7, 8, 27 28) du soufflet débordant vers l'intérieur étant immobilisée au moyen d'au moins une partie (16, 16') de soudure d'assemblage sur la face intérieure de la paroi avant ou de la paroi arrière (2, 3, 22, 23), pour pouvoir assurer un écoulement sans entrave du produit hors de l'espace de remplissage, par l'intermédiaire de la région de prélèvement (14, 34) de produit et
    dans la région de tête (6, 26), exclusivement dans la partie de la région de tête (6, 26) voisine de la région de prélèvement (14, 34) de produit, en supplément de la fixation sur une face intérieure correspondante, les extrémités inférieures des couches (7, 8) intérieures du soufflet étant également reliées entre elles, alors qu'en revanche, dans la région de prélèvement (14, 34) de produit de la région de tête (6, 26), chaque couche (7, 8) est fixée exclusivement sur la face intérieure de la paroi avant ou de la paroi arrière (2, 3, 22, 23) respectivement associée.
  2. Contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen de fermeture est placé le long des régions supérieures de bordure des couches (7, 8, 27, 28) devant être reliées les unes aux autres.
  3. Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fermeture est une refermeture (15, 36) pour la région de prélèvement (14, 34) de produit.
  4. Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fermeture est une soudure de fermeture (9, 29) reliant ensemble des couches (7, 8, 27, 28) prédéfinies dans la région de tête.
  5. Contenant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à la soudure de fermeture (9, 29) fermant la région de prélèvement (14, 34) de produit dans la région de tête (6, 26) est associée une ligne de séparation théorique affaiblissant des régions superficielles de certaines couches.
  6. Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la soudure d'assemblage (10, 30) assurant l'étanchéité du jour (12, 32) dans la région de tête (6, 26) est une partie de la soudure de fermeture (9, 29) reliant les unes aux autres des couches (7, 8, 27, 28) prédéfinies dans la région de tête.
  7. Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la soudure de fermeture (9, 29) comporte au moins une partie de soudure s'écoulant au moins à hauteur et à la parallèle des extrémités repliées vers l'intérieur de certaines couches (7, 8, 27, 28), sur laquelle est placée au moins unilatéralement une partie de soudure supplémentaire suivante, s'étendant sous un angle prédéfini en direction de la région de bordure supérieure des couches (7, 8, 27, 28) de la région de tête (6, 26).
