Description

The invention relates to a container for packaging of products, in particular a bag or bag made of plastic film according to the preamble of claim 1, with at least one container enveloping the contents of the container, which has at least one front and rear wall, wherein in the bottom region of the container between front and rear wall two inner layers of a folding of at least one side on one of its longitudinal sides inwardly folded web portion of the plastic film are arranged, wherein by means of folding a front floor connecting the back and front wall is formed, and formed with a formed in the head region of the container multi-layer area of more than two superimposed layers, wherein the multi-layer area has at least one support formed as a breakthrough, which breakthrough at least partially penetrates the layers in the head area, and verb with predetermined layers in the side regions and in the head region of the container at the seams.

Containers for the packaging of filled goods of the aforementioned type, which are known, for example, as stand-up pouches, are produced, inter alia, from a plastic film which can be welded on both sides or from a plastic composite film which can be welded on one side and serve, in particular, for wrapping the most diverse bulk goods or fillings, such as, for example, foods or liquids like products.

From the EP 1 373 080 B1 For example, such a packaging container is known, which has a multi-layered head portion, which is completely separated by a weld from the filling space of the container. there the weld extends over the entire width of the packaging container. The emptying of the packaging container, however, is relatively difficult, since for emptying the container either the head region or the side region must be partially or completely separated. However, the handling of the container on the carrying aid is then severely limited to avoid accidental spillage of the contents of the container. When a container is opened in the side area, the use of the carrying aid formed in the head region is completely impossible, so that an uncontrolled discharge of the contents on the side of the container can be excluded.

WO 2007/143648 A2 shows a sealable container with parallel to an upper portion of the container arranged carrying tabs. US 2,951,628 A discloses a multi-layered container with a carrying aid and an adjacently disposed filling material removal area. Out DE 1 918 528 U a generic container is known, although it can be produced inexpensively, but in which a controlled delivery of filling cumbersome and yet not ensured. US 6,053,635 A discloses a single-layered container with a carrying aid and an adjacently disposed filling material removal area.

US 2006/0210199 A1 discloses a container with a head portion in which a region with a carrying aid is arranged in addition to a filling material removal area. In the head area, a folded, perforated film is arranged in two layers between the front and rear walls of the container. The layers of the perforated film are connected to the front and rear walls at their upper edge regions, which are arranged in the region of a closure provided above in the product removal region, but not in the region of their folding within the product removal region with the front or rear wall connected. Bulk material can thus pass between the front and rear walls of the product removal area and be distributed through the perforated film.

The invention is therefore based on the object to show an advantageous producible container for packaging of products that allows a simplified and controlled delivery of the contents of the container interior.

The object is achieved by a container with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the dependent claims to the respective main claims.

In a container for packaging of products, in particular sack or bag made of plastic film according to the preamble of claim 1, with at least one container enveloping the contents of the container, which has at least one front and rear wall, wherein in the bottom region of the container between the front and rear wall two inner Layers of a folding of at least one side on one of its longitudinal sides inwardly folded web portion of the plastic film are arranged, wherein by means of folding a front and rear wall connecting stand base is formed, and with a formed in the head region of the container multi-layer area of more than two superimposed layers, wherein the multi-layer area has at least one carrying aid formed as a breakthrough, which breakthrough at least partially penetrates the layers in the head region, and seams which connect to predetermined layers in the side regions and in the head region of the container In the head region of the container, predetermined layers are connected to one another via at least one section by means of at least one closure means closing the container. According to the invention, a portion of the head region, which is arranged adjacent to the region equipped with the carrying aid, forms a filling material beneath the closure means Entnahmebereich, and that at least a portion of a connecting seam is disposed at least partially extending around the opening around, such that in the head area a multi-layer area is sealingly separated from the filling space of the container. With the help of a container which has such a removal area according to the invention designed in its head area, optimal handling via the carrying aid can always be ensured even when the removal area is open. An inadvertent discharge of the contents from the container interior is advantageously avoided by the up to the head area extending removal area. In order to prevent the discharge of the filling material during transport, predetermined layers in the filling material removal region are connected to one another via a closure means in such a way that the container is sealingly closed and thus the filling material is retained. The filling material removal region is preferably formed in a section of the head region which is arranged immediately adjacent to the part of the head region which is equipped with the carrying aid. The carrying aid and the removal area can be formed in the head area of the container at about the same height in the case of a container standing upright on its floor. Moreover, in order to avoid the discharge of the filling material via the breakthrough serving as a carrying aid in the head region, at least one section of a connecting seam is provided. This connecting seam section sealingly separates the multi-layer area around the opening in the head area formed in particular from the inner and outer layers from the filling space of the container. By means of the connecting seam, all layers in the head area are connected to one another in a material-locking manner. The seam may be formed as a completely around the breakthrough weld.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the at least one closure means along the upper edge regions of the layers to be joined together is arranged in the head region. In order for an advantageous embodiment of the removal region is reached, which is accessible to the contents with advantage up to about the upper marginal edges of the removal region forming layers in the head area. It is also conceivable to arrange the closure means at varying heights of the head region of the container.

The closure means can be a reclosure arranged in the product removal area. The use of a reclosure, such as a slider or zipper, has the advantage that the container can be reclosed, in particular after only a partial removal of the contents taken up in the packaging container. Due to the sealing effect of the reclosure disadvantageous effects on the contents, for example, by environmental influences, such as dirt or moisture, are kept as low as possible. The reclosure has, in particular, two closure parts which correspond to one another and which are arranged, in particular, on mutually facing surfaces of the layers in the filling material removal region. For this purpose, for example, a sealing seam sealing the container in the head area can be used. The reclosure may be disposed both parallel to the generally horizontally extending upper marginal edges of the layers forming the multilayered head region and at a predetermined angle to the edges of the head region of the container.

Alternatively, a closure layer which connects to one another in the head region can be provided as closure means for a closure means designed as a reclosure. By the filling material removal region occluding, in particular along the upper marginal edges of the layers extending closure seam a relatively simple and secure closure of the container is achieved. Especially with containers for packaging of products or packaging containers that are always completely emptied after their first opening, a simplified design of advantage. To open the product removal area, the container is merely separated or cut in the removal area. The closure seam is preferably a fabric-based weld, which can be an advantageous solid connection between the layers to be joined together ensure.

The closure seam closing off the filling material removal region in the head region is, in particular, a surface region of specific layers assigned debilitating debit line. With the aid of a predetermined separating line according to the invention, a simplified opening of the packaging container in the filling material removal region and thus a simplified access to the filling material in the filling space of the container is effected. On the use of separate tools for opening the package can be dispensed with advantage. The desired cutting line preferably extends over the entire width of the filling material removal region in the head region at a small distance below and in particular parallel to the sealing seam closing the removal region.

According to the invention, the multilayer region having more than two layers in the head region of the container between the front and rear wall has at least one inner layer of a folding of the web section folded inwards along its longitudinal sides. The formation of the head region with at least one arranged between the front and rear wall of the container inner layer, which is designed as a folding along its longitudinal sides inwardly folded web portion, provides an advantageously simple way to multilayer training of the head area. By the more than two Layers having multi-layer area in the head area, the container receives improved strength, so that can easily act on the trained in the head area as a breakthrough carrying support load on this multi-layer area. The multi-layer region having more than two layers may in particular extend over the entire width of the container. Thus, in addition to the part of the head region equipped with the aperture, the part of the head region formed as a product-removal region also has, in particular, at least one inner layer folded over as fold between one of the inner sides of the front or rear wall. Preferably, parts of the front and rear walls are folded symmetrically in the form of a folding inwards, so that two arranged between the front and rear wall inner layers are formed. In this connection, it is conceivable to design the different multi-layer areas asymmetrically in the top and bottom regions of the container so that the top and bottom regions have different widths.

According to the invention it is provided that each inwardly projecting position of the folding in the head area is fixed by means of at least one connecting seam on the inside of a respective associated front or rear wall. Especially with a multi-layered product-removal region, the fixing of the inwardly protruding folding is necessary in order to ensure an undisturbed discharge of the filling material from the filling space over the removal area advantageous. At the same time, in particular, the lower ends of the inner layers in the portion adjacent to the removal region of the head area in addition to the fixation on a corresponding inner side also be interconnected, whereby this part of the head area is then automatically separated from the filling space of the container.

The seam which seals the opening in the head region from the filling space of the container is formed from a plurality of seam sections extending at predetermined angles relative to one another and, moreover, can be part of the sealing seam closing the packaging container in the head region. In addition, advantageously, a separate and possibly complex design of closure and connection seams in an advantageous manner avoided, whereby the production of such a container according to the invention is simplified. The seam sections of the connecting seam and the closing seam can have rectilinear and / or curved sections.

For this purpose, the connecting seam can have a seam section extending at the height and parallel to the ends of certain layers which are turned inwards, on which a further, subsequent seam section extending at a predetermined angle in the direction of the upper edge region of the layers of the head region is arranged on at least one side , With the help of such a design according to the invention a simple way is created to ensure the breakthrough in the head area and the separation of the product-removal area. In the process, the layers folded inwards in the head area on the insides of the front and rear walls are advantageously fixed throughout. In particular, the seam has a portion parallel to the upper end of the package, followed by further seam portions which extend at an angle of 45 degrees to 90 degrees toward the upper fold. This partially running in the packaging longitudinal direction seam portion can then pass directly into a formed along the upper edges, the container in the removal region occlusive sealing seam section. Instead of a connecting seam composed of straight seam sections, it is also conceivable to use a connecting seam with semicircular or even curved seam sections.

The following describes a method for processing a web material for packaging containers made of plastic film, in particular for film bags with floor, in which at least one flat web is folded into a folding web with superimposed on both sides along the longitudinal sides outer and inner layers, wherein at least on one of the longitudinal sides of folded sheet to be produced by the folding of the fold sheet longitudinal inside of the later floor is produced, and wherein at the opposite, the later multi-layer head area forming longitudinal side of the fold sheet the long sides of the flat sheet the ends of certain mutually unconnected layers are formed superimposed between predetermined surface sections at least partially with each other unconnected layers a reclosure is inserted, then predetermined surface areas of the superimposed layers of the folding path in the longitudinal direction of the folding path by means of least in a section of a closure seam with the reclosure and connected to each other and a strand of at least hose sections, each with a separated from the interior of the hose section multi-layer area is generated in the separated multi-layer area of each hose section of the strand at least a certain number of superposed layers to form at least one intervention are severed, and then the strand is rolled up to a serving for further processing winding.

With the aid of such a processing method for a sheet material made of plastic film used for the production of a packaging container can be produced in an advantageously simple manner a wiederaufrollbarer bag strand with pre-assembled bag packaging. The production of an always consuming weiterzuverarbeitenden single packaging is thus avoided in an advantageous manner. In addition, a relatively simple change of the packaging width is possible by the trained in the longitudinal direction of the web width of the prefabricated packaging container, the later floor by means of a folded longitudinal side and the head area are formed by a longitudinal side with superimposed, outer and inner layers of the bag string. For this purpose, it is primarily the distances between the cross-linking seams and the positioning of the carrying aid and the removal area in the longitudinal area forming the head area that have to be adapted. Furthermore, by laying the floor area to be produced and the head area to be created into the side areas of the web material, an advantageously simple filling in the longitudinal direction of the bag strand, ie from the actual side of a packaging container separated just before or after filling and closing off, on advantageous way possible. In the claimed method, a flat web of material from a continuously weldable plastic film or from a one-sided weldable plastic composite film can be used. Their longitudinal edges are superimposed in a multi-layer area along one of the longitudinal sides of the folded web produced in such a way that, for example, the edges of the flat web form the ends of outer or inner superimposed layers on the longitudinal side of the folding web serving as the later head region of the container. The floor is, however, formed by means of a folding of a continuous surface piece, so that the two inner layers of the folding are always connected directly to the front and rear wall of a packaging container to be assembled forming outer layers of the folding path. After folding to one Folded web is inserted or inserted in the part of the head region forming the removal region over a predetermined section, in particular between mutually facing surface sections of unconnected layers, by means of which the removal region at the upper marginal edges is advantageously closed. The connection of the upper edge regions of the superimposed unconnected layers to one another, whereby at least parts of the folding web are formed into a strand with tubular web sections or a completely closed tube and also the reclosure are connected to certain layers, takes place with the aid of at least one section of a closing seam. At the same time, at least one multi-layer area in the head region is preferably separated from the interior of the tubular web section by means of the closing seam. In the separated multi-layer area, it is now possible to generate an intervention serving as a carrying aid by severing at least two of the in particular four layers in the head area.

Alternatively, it is possible to use a hose or a tubular web instead of a flat web in a process. According to the alternatively configured method for processing a web material at least one tubular web is folded into a flat tube with superimposed on both sides along the longitudinal sides outer and inner layers, wherein at least on one of the longitudinal sides of the flat tube to be produced by folding the tubular web longitudinal side inward of the later floor is generated, and along the opposite, the later multi-layer head region forming longitudinal side of the flat tube with more than two superimposed layers predetermined layers at least one of the layers interconnected folding edge are at least partially separated and a web is produced with Faltbahnabschnitten. All other, subsequent to the production of the web with folding web sections subsequent processing steps are identical to the processing method already described above.

Wie voran beschrieben, schließen sich weitere den Strang ausbildende Arbeitsprozesse an.With the aid of this method, a strand with prefabricated tubular web sections can be produced in an advantageous manner from a hose produced, for example, by means of blown extrusion. The bag string can be rolled up relatively easily into a roll, as a result of which a strand produced in accordance with the invention is optimally suitable for further processing, in particular filling with filling material and optionally before and / or subsequent production and closing of individual bag sections in a filling plant. In particular, the slicing of the sheet material present as a flat tube, preferably in the region of a folding edge, can produce a material web with tubular and folding web sections or a folded web completely open in a region in the longitudinal direction. The separation of at least one folding edge can be effected in particular before folding the longitudinal side of the material web forming the later head region, or only after the corresponding longitudinal side has been folded on the flat tube into an area with more than two layers. Between the possibly only partially cut Faltbahnabschnitte the web, the reclosures are introduced at predetermined intervals to each other. As described above, further work processes forming the strand follow.

Furthermore, it is provided that surface areas of the flat track or the flat tube are folded inwards to form the head area having more than two layers. The generation of folds with two layers along both longitudinal sides of the flat web or the flat hose, so that the outer layers extend over the entire width of the respective material web, represents an advantageous possibility for forming the later head and bottom area forming longitudinal sides folds can be produced with different Einfalttiefe so that the multi-layered longitudinal sides of the web have different widths.

In connection with a flat web used in the method, which is folded into a folding web, wherein at the later head forming longitudinal side of the folding sheet certain surface areas are folded together on the outside on each other, is to provide in particular that along the head region forming the longitudinal side of the fold sheet at least one certain layers interconnected folding edge is cut at least in sections. The cutting is necessary to open at least a portion of the folding path, so that the reclosure, which limits the filling material removal region of a container to be produced upwards and sealingly closes, can be advantageously used simply between the layers provided for this purpose.

Optionally, it is possible to form one of the side seams of a packaging container to be produced on a strand of at least tubular web sections running at predetermined distances transversely to the longitudinal direction of the strand by means of cross seams, thereby producing a bag string having a bag-shaped tubular section. The production of the bag string can thus be done before winding the strand into a winding, wherein the side seam closing the later packaging container forms a filling bottom serving for the filling process. The bag string is thus sealingly closed in the longitudinal direction in fixed or predetermined distances from each other. It is of course also conceivable to produce the cross-connection seams in the filling plant, wherein a first, lower cross-connection seam is produced shortly before the filling process. The other in the filling direction of the usually to be filled from the side of the container to be filled upper cross-seam is generated after filling and thus sealed the container sealing. The cross-connection seams are produced in particular by means of weld-based welds.

It is also possible that the bag string is weakened immediately adjacent to and along a respective transverse seam. This makes it possible to form a finished packaging container after the filling and the subsequent closing of a bag section still connected to the bag section by tearing off the bag section of the bag string. This can be dispensed with a transverse to the longitudinal direction of the web material to be performed separating cut with advantage. The weakening of the bag string takes place immediately adjacent to a transverse weld seam and can be carried out for example by means of the process of perforating, wherein the perforation line to be produced then runs approximately at right angles to the longitudinal sides of the bag string.

According to a development, it is provided that at least one obliquely to one before or after generating the cross-connecting seam Floor area forming multilayer longitudinal side of the bag-strand extending corner weld is generated. The Eckenabschweißung takes place in particular on the still flat lying folding track, so that with the help of appropriate sealing tools the Eckenabschweißungen between the superposed inner sides of the four layers in the bottom area can be implemented simultaneously. When using a plastic film which is designed to be weldable on both sides, a plate element is preferably inserted between the outer sides of the inner layers, so that the material connection of the outer sides with one another is prevented from occurring in the bottom region.

The multi-layer area separated from the interior of a respective tubular section is preferably punched for finishing with an opening. With the process of punching an advantageously simple way to form a trained as a breakthrough carrying aid in accordance with the container interior separated multi-layer area of the bag string is effected. By means of the punching sections of the layers can be completely removed or even partially severed, so that corresponding areas of the superimposed layers can be folded over and thus an opening is released for reaching through.

The floor 4 is produced from two inner layers of a folding of a folded longitudinally on the longitudinal side tube web or flat web, so that the bottom portion 5 of the packaging container is formed in four flat in the flat state. The container 1 further has a likewise multi-layered head region 6, which is likewise produced by a folding on the other longitudinal side of the tubular or flat web used for forming the packaging container. In this embodiment, the inner layers 7, 8 of the head portion 6 are only partially connected to each other, wherein preferably the inner layers are separated from each other in the mutually unconnected sections in the region of the fold. It is also conceivable, for example, an inner and outer layers interconnecting folding edge to separate at least piecewise. In addition, a sealing seam 9 is provided in the head region 6, by means of which the packaging container is closed in the head region. Part of the closure seam is a connecting seam 10, which separates a multi-layer area 11 of the head area from the interior of the container in such a way that the multi-layer area 11 can be equipped with a carrying aid designed as a breakthrough 12. The connection seam 10 prevents the escape of filling material beyond the opening in the various layers of the head region 6. With the help of in the side regions 13, 13 'at the upper edge regions of the inner layers 7, 8 extending portions of the closure seam 9, a portion of the head portion is created, which is accessible between the inner layers for filling. In the side region 13 of the head region 6, in particular a product-removal region 14 is formed, via which an advantageously simple removal of the filling material accommodated in the packaging container 1 is ensured. The product removal area 14 furthermore has a predetermined section, in particular at the upper edge region of the container between the inner layers 7, 8, a closure means designed as reclosure 15 for a portionwise removal of the contents on. Its closure parts are also connected in a material-locking manner via the closure seam 9 with the surface pieces of the inner layers facing the reclosure. So that the lower ends of the inner layers 7, 8 do not hinder the emptying of the container 1, these are respectively fixed to the inner sides of the associated front and rear wall by means of connecting seam sections 16, 16 '. A connection of the lower ends with each other is not provided. For lateral sealing of the usually filled from the side of the packaging container 1 formed as welds side seams 17, 17 'are provided. For increased stability of the base 4, the packaging container 1 in its bottom region 5 in addition Eckenabschweißungen 18, 18 ', which connect predetermined surface pieces of the floor 4 with the inner sides of the front and rear walls 2, 3 in the bottom region 5.

In Fig. 2 another embodiment of a container 21 is shown, which also has a front wall 22 and a rear wall 23. Front and rear walls are in turn connected to each other via a floor 24 in the floor area 25. In the head region 26, 24, inwardly folded inner layers 27, 28 are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the front and rear walls 23, 24. The inner layers 27, 28 are formed in this embodiment only over a predetermined portion in the head region between the front and rear walls. The lower ends of the inner layers projecting between the front and rear walls are connected to one another by means of a sealing seam 29 sealing the container 21, wherein at the same time the multilayer region 31 of the head region 26 with the breakthrough 32 is again formed by means of the sealing seam 29 comprising a connecting seam 30 trained carrying help from the filling space of the packaging container 21 is separated. Furthermore, in this exemplary embodiment, only one of the side regions 33, 33 'is designed to be accessible for filling material, wherein the side region 33 of the head region 26 likewise has a filling material removal region 34 for simplified removal of the filling material. In this case, the product removal area 34 is formed in two layers only, with the head area 26 forming an outwardly projecting offset 35 of the product removal area having. The offset 35 can be formed, for example, in the head area with the help of sections not turned inwards surface pieces of the front and rear wall. At the upper marginal edge of the product removal region, in turn, a reclosing region 36 sealing the removal region is provided. The sides of the container 21 are closed by means of side seams 37, 37 'and furthermore the container additionally has corner welds 38, 38' in its bottom region 25.

In Fig. 3 a processing method for a serving for the production of packaging containers made of plastic film web material is shown, which was produced in the present case from a tubular web. Alternatively, instead of a tubular web, a flat web can also be used, which is then to be combined exclusively with the required folding web. The tubular web is folded into a flat tube 40 with foldings 42, 42 'inserted inwardly along both longitudinal sides 41, 41'. The folds 42, 42 'form the inner layers 43, 43', 44, 44 'in the top and bottom regions of a packaging container to be produced. First, a folding edge connecting the inner layers 43, 44 is separated at the fold 42 forming the later head region of the packaging container with the aid of a separating device 45, so that a folding web 46 opened at one location is formed from the flat tube 40. Between the mutually unconnected inner layers 43, 44, a reclosure 47 is inserted and by means of a sealing seam 48, which also simultaneously connects predetermined portions in the head region of the fold to a strand 49 of at least sealed tube sections, at the mutually facing surfaces of the inner layers in the attached to the upper edge areas. Below the reclosure 47, the product removal region present in the later head region of the packaging container to be produced is then arranged. The closure seam 48 has seam portions which are offset parallel to one another and which are connected by means of oblique seam portions extending at predetermined angles to the seam portions arranged in parallel. By means of the closure seam 48, a multi-layer area 50 is separated from the tube section interior, in which then an at least certain layers of the multi-layer area 50 penetrating aperture 51 is punched. In addition, transverse joint seams 52 are produced transversely to the longitudinal direction of the strand 49 at predetermined distances from one another, wherein, however, only one of the side seams laterally delimiting the later packaging container is formed during the prefabrication of the bag strand. The second side seam is produced only after the lateral filling of the bag-shaped hose section. Parallel to the cross-sectional seams 52 produced, the bag strand is weakened continuously in a near zone to a respective transverse connecting seam, and a perforation line 53 is produced. Over the perforation line, a tube section filled and closed in a filling system can then be torn off directly from the bag string, whereby at the same time a lateral opening of the following bag-shaped tube section for filling is produced. In addition, two corner welds 54, 54 ', which extend at a predetermined angle to the longitudinal sides 41, 41' of the strand and the generated cross-connection seams 52, are formed in the region of the fold forming the later floor region on both sides of a possibly already produced transverse joining seam 52. The simultaneously produced Eckenabschweißungen 54, 54 'are formed on immediately adjacent to each other tubular web sections. The corresponding prefabricated bag string is finally rolled up to a winding 55, which is intended for further processing in a filling system. In addition to the filling of the bag sections of the bag string, at least every second side seam is produced on a packaging container within the filling installation.
