  1. Sachet en film pourvu d'une première paroi frontale (1a), d'une seconde paroi frontale (1b), de deux plis latéraux (2), d'un système de refermeture (3), d'un espace de remplissage (4) formé par les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2), d'un segment haut (6) séparé de l'espace de remplissage (4) par une soudure d'assemblage (5), d'une poignée de transport (7) créée sur le segment haut (6) par un sectionnement des parois frontales (1a, 1b), les plis latéraux (2) comportant chacun deux ailettes se raccordant l'une sur l'autre par une ligne de pliage (8) s'écoulant dans la direction longitudinale du sachet (l), lesquelles se raccordent sur des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9) chacune sur l'une des parois frontales (1a, 1b), le système de refermeture (3) comportant des rubans de système de refermeture (15) s'enclenchant les uns dans les autres, pourvus de languettes de raccordement (16) et de listels d'encliquetage (17) sur lesquels est placé un curseur (12) destiné à assembler et à séparer les listels d'encliquetage (17), le système de refermeture (3) étant fixé par l'intermédiaire des languettes de raccordement (16) sur une face intérieure de l'espace de remplissage (4) et sur un fond inférieur de sachet, une soudure de fond inférieur (14) reliant des ailettes insérées entre les parois frontales (1a, 1b) des plis latéraux (2) avec chaque fois l'une des parois frontales (1a, 1b) et entre les plis latéraux (2), reliant les deux parois frontales (1a, 1b) l'une à l'autre, les parois frontales (1a, 1b) d'une part et les plis latéraux (2) d'autre part s'étendant en commun du fond inférieur de sachet jusqu'à un bord supérieur de sachet le long de l'ensemble des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9), le système de refermeture (3) étant fixé par les deux languettes de raccordement (16) des rubans du système de refermeture (15) sur la première paroi frontale (1a) et étant accessible par l'intermédiaire d'une zone de prélèvement (11) créée en forme de fenêtre dans la première paroi frontale (1a), le système de refermeture étant placé directement en-dessous du segment haut et lorsque l'espace de remplissage est plein, la première paroi frontale s'écoulant en oblique, les ailettes des plis latéraux étant assemblées l'une à l'autre sur le segment haut, caractérisé en ce que le système de refermeture se termine avec un écart compris entre 10 mm et 45 mm par rapport aux arêtes longitudinales du sachet, le rapport de la hauteur (h) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale du sachet (l) à la profondeur (t) déterminée par les plis latéraux (2) étant inférieur à 3 : 1, notamment inférieur à 2,5 : 1, le rapport de la largeur mesurée entre les plis latéraux (2) sur les parois frontales (1a, 1b) à la hauteur (h) étant compris entre 1,5 : 1 et 1 : 1,5, les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2) étant créés par pliage et thermoscellage à partir d'un coupon d'un film à sachet multicouches, le film à sachet comportant sur une face intérieure du sachet une couche de scellement thermoscellable sur la base de polyoléfine et sur une face extérieure du sachet une couche extérieure, le système de refermeture (3) étant fixé par une soudure de thermoscellage (22) fermée en forme de cadre et écartée des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9) sur la première paroi frontale (1a), sur le segment haut (6), à hauteur de la poignée de transport (7), des angles du sachet étant sectionnés et le segment haut (6) comportant la soudure d'assemblage (5) qui délimite l'espace de remplissage (4) en tant que partie d'un scellement en forme de cadre et le sectionnement de matière destiné à créer la poignée de transport (7) étant placé à l'intérieur dudit scellement en forme de cadre.
  2. Sachet en film selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport d'une longueur du segment haut (6), déterminée le long de la direction longitudinale du sachet (l) à la hauteur de l'espace de remplissage (4) est inférieur à 1 : 3.
  3. Sachet en film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2) présentent une épaisseur comprise entre 60 µm et 200 µm.
  4. Sachet en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la languette de raccordement (16) de l'un (15) des rubans de système de refermeture est fixée en-dessous de la zone de prélèvement (11) et la languette de raccordement (16) de l'autre ruban (15) de système de refermeture est fixé directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un segment de film (18) séparé au-dessus de la zone de prélèvement (11), la languette de raccordement (16) ou le segment de film (18) s'étendant au-dessus de la zone de prélèvement (11) jusqu'à la soudure d'assemblage (5).
  5. Sachet en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de remplissage (4) présente un volume compris entre 4 litres et 20 litres.
  6. Ébauche de sachet en film posée à plat, non remplie, destinée à créer un sachet en film selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, pourvue d'une première paroi frontale (1a), d'une seconde paroi frontale (1b), de deux plis latéraux (2), d'un système de refermeture (3), d'un tronçon tubulaire formé par les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2), destiné à recevoir un produit de remplissage, d'un segment haut (6), séparé du tronçon tubulaire par une soudure d'assemblage (5), d'une poignée de transport (7) créée sur le segment haut (6) par un sectionnement des parois frontales (1a, 1b), les plis latéraux (2) comportant chacun deux ailettes se raccordant l'une sur l'autre par une ligne de pliage (8) s'écoulant dans la direction longitudinale du sachet (l), lesquelles se raccordent sur des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9) chacune sur l'une des parois frontales (1a, 1b), le système de refermeture (3) comportant des rubans de système de refermeture (15) s'enclenchant les uns dans les autres, pourvus de languettes de raccordement (16) et de listels d'encliquetage (17) sur lesquels est placé un curseur (12) destiné à assembler et à séparer les listels d'encliquetage (17), et le système de refermeture (3) étant fixé par l'intermédiaire des languettes de raccordement (16) sur une face intérieure du tronçon tubulaire, les parois frontales (1a, 1b) d'une part et les plis latéraux (2) d'autre part s'étendant en commun du fond inférieur de sachet jusqu'à un bord supérieur de sachet le long de l'ensemble des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9), les ailettes des plis latéraux (2) étant assemblées l'une à l'autre sur le segment haut (6) et le système de refermeture (3) étant fixé par les deux languettes de raccordement (16) des rubans de système de refermeture (15) sur la première paroi frontale (1a) et étant accessible par l'intermédiaire d'une zone de prélèvement (11) créée en forme de fenêtre dans la première paroi frontale (1a), caractérisée en ce que les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2) sont créées par pliage et thermoscellage à partir d'un coupon d'un film à sachet multicouches, le film à sachet comportant sur une face intérieure du sachet une couche de scellement thermoscellable sur la base de polyoléfine et sur une couche extérieure du sachet une couche extérieure, en ce que le système de refermeture (3) est fixé par une soudure de thermoscellage (22) fermée en forme de cadre et écartée des arêtes longitudinales du sachet (9) sur la première paroi frontale (1a), en ce que sur le segment haut (6), à hauteur de la poignée de transport (7), des angles du sachet sont sectionnés, le segment haut (6) comportant la soudure d'assemblage (5) qui délimite l'espace de remplissage (4) en tant que partie d'un scellement en forme de cadre et le sectionnement de matière destiné à créer la poignée de transport (7) étant placé à l'intérieur dudit scellement en forme de cadre et en ce qu'un bord inférieur du sachet situé à l'opposé du segment haut (6) n'est pas fermé et forme une ouverture de remplissage, entre les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et les plis latéraux (2).
  7. Ébauche de sachet en film posée à plat, non remplie selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le rapport de la largeur des ailettes des plis latéraux (2) insérées entre les parois frontales (1a, 1b) à la longueur déterminée dans la direction longitudinale du sachet (l), entre le bord supérieur et le bord inférieur se situe entre 1 : 5 et 1 : 8.
