- Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet à plis latéraux comportant deux parois frontales (1) et deux plis latéraux (2a, 2b) en un film à sachets selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14
lors duquel sur un segment de film à sachet formant un premier pli latéral (2a), on pose un dispositif de poignée (S) comportant un film formant poignée, de telle sorte qu'une encoche (S) s'écoulant entre deux segments (6a, 6b) de films formant poignée du film formant poignée d'une largeur (bsp) d'au moins 2 mm s'écoule le long d'une ligne médiane du pli latéral (2a) correspondant,
lors duquel, le long de la ligne médiane du premier pli latéral (2a) et d'une ligne médiane du deuxième pli latéral, on forme respectivement une ligne d'inflexion (4), et
lors duquel, par pliage du film à sachets et/ou par la liaison de plusieurs morceaux du film à sachet, on façonne un corps de sachet de telle sorte que les deux plis latéraux soient repliés sur eux-mêmes sur les lignes d'inflexion (4) respectives et insérés entre les parois frontales (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on alimente séparément l'un de l'autre les deux segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée et on les fixe sur le segment de film à sachet associé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on alimente les deux segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée en commun avec un film d'application (11'), après la fixation des segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée sur le segment de film à sachet associé, le film d'application (11') étant retiré des segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on alimente les deux segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée en commun avec un film d'application (11'), le film d'application (11) restant sur les segments (6a, 6b) de film formant poignée.
