    un mouvement limité par une première extrémité (8) du système de refermeture (4) de la tirette (5) le long des bandes profilées (6a, 6b) dans un premier sens entraînant un raccordement et un mouvement opposé limité par une seconde extrémité (9) du système de refermeture (4) dans un second sens entraînant une séparation des bandes profilées (6a, 6b), le pli latéral (2) constituant un bec verseur en position rabattue vers l'extérieur, lorsqu'un système de refermeture (4) est ouvert, sachant que, lorsqu'un système de refermeture (4) est fermé, le pli latéral (2), à son extrémité supérieure formant le bec verseur, est recouvert par les bandes profilées raccordées (6a, 6b) disposées au-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le système de refermeture (4) s'étend au niveau de la première extrémité (8) au-dessus des parois frontales (1a, 1b) et est disposé au niveau du pli latéral (2) formant le bec verseur de manière à être bloqué dans une position rabattue vers l'extérieur par le système de refermeture (4), que, à la seconde extrémité (9) du système de refermeture (4), les languettes de raccordement (7a, 7b) sont directement en contact avec les parois frontales (1a, 1b) et sont raccordées aux parois frontales (1a, 1b) de manière à ce qu'une languette de raccordement (7a) soit fixée à une des parois frontales (1a) et l'autre languette de raccordement (7b) à l'autre paroi frontale (1b).
  3. Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le pli latéral (2) s'étend seulement sur une partie du côté du sachet et est formé par une section séparée de film qui est insérée entre les parois frontales (1a, 1b).
  4. Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le pli latéral (2) est formé en même temps que les parois frontales (1a, 1b) en repliant le film du sachet (3).
  5. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel un second pli latéral (2') non rabattable vers l'extérieur est disposé en face du pli latéral (2) formant un bec verseur.
  6. Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le pli latéral (2') non rabattable vers l'extérieur se termine à distance de la partie sommitale et est recouvert à son extrémité supérieure, au niveau de la face intérieure du sachet, par une découpe de film séparée (11).
  7. Sachet d'emballage en film selon la revendication 6, dans lequel, dans la partie supérieure du pli latéral (2') déposé non rabattable vers l'extérieur, il est prévu un cordon de scellement (10") s'étendant obliquement vers le haut depuis le bord latéral associé et qui est prolongé au niveau des parois frontales (1a, 1b) dans la partie sommitale du sachet d'emballage en film et, le long de son extension, raccorde les parois frontales (1a, 1b) au pli latéral (2') non rabattable vers l'extérieur ou les parois frontales (1a, 1b) entre elles.
  8. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel la partie sommitale est supprimée au-dessus du pli latéral (2') non rabattable vers l'extérieur.
  9. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel une découpe de poignée (16) est prévue dans la partie sommitale du côté comportant le pli latéral (2') non rabattable vers l'extérieur.
  10. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le système de refermeture (4) ne s'étend que sur une partie de la largeur des parois frontales (1a, 1b).
  11. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel les languettes de raccordement (7a, 7b) sont reliées entre elles de manière dissociable.
  12. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel il est prévu une fermeture originale sous forme d'un cordon de scellement pelable (10').
  13. Sachet d'emballage en film selon une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel, dans la partie sommitale, il est prévu une section de film recouvrant le système de refermeture (4) et qui peut être enlevée pour ouvrir le sachet d'emballage en film pour la première fois et pour dégager la tirette (5).
