Claims (8)

  1. Emploi d'un sachet-film posé à plat dans une installation de remplissage automatique dans laquelle le sachet-film est ouvert, dans lequel le sachet-film est conçu avec
    une paroi avant (1),
    une paroi arrière (2),
    des plis latéraux (3, 3') insérés entre la paroi avant (1) et la paroi arrière (2) et
    une fermeture réutilisable (5) sur le côté intérieur du sachet, composée d'une bande de fermeture réutilisable (4),
    dans lequel la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) est disposée sur la face intérieure d'un pli latéral (3) ainsi que, se raccordant dessus, les faces intérieures de la paroi avant (1) et de la paroi arrière (2), et s'étend jusque dans un tronçon de sachet (A) bi-couches formé par la paroi avant (1) et la paroi arrière (2), caractérisé en ce que la paroi avant (1), la paroi arrière (2) et le pli latéral (3) doté de la fermeture réutilisable (5) forment un tronçon de sachet (B) à quatre couches dans l'état de livraison, dont les couches sont reliées de façon séparable par la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) et que les tronçons de la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) disposés sur la paroi avant (1) et la paroi arrière (2) ne sont pas reliés au niveau du tronçon de sachet (A) bi-couches dans l'état de livraison.
  2. Emploi selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) est composée d'une seule pièce sur toute sa longueur.
  3. Emploi selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) présente un profilé de fermeture qui peut être verrouillé avec lui-même.
  4. Emploi selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le sachet-film présente des arêtes extérieures (7) renforcées par des coutures de scellement longitudinales (6), dans lequel les coutures de scellement longitudinales (6) relient les plis latéraux (3, 3') avec la paroi avant (1) ou la paroi arrière (2) adjacente respective, et sont interrompues au niveau de la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4).
  5. Emploi selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des tronçons de la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) disposés sur la paroi avant (1) et la paroi arrière (2) est ainsi choisie que ces tronçons font la jonction sur au moins un quart de la largeur du tronçon de sachet (A) bi-couches.
  6. Emploi selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du tronçon de la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) disposé sur la paroi avant (1) et la paroi arrière (2) est ainsi choisie que ces tronçons s'étendent sur une longueur d'au moins 1 cm sur le tronçon de sachet bi-couches.
  7. Emploi selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) est disposée à distance d'un bord supérieur (8) du sachet et que la face du sachet au-dessus de la bande de fermeture réutilisable (4) est dotée d'une ligne d'affaiblissement (9) pour déchirer l'emballage du sachet.
  8. Emploi selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi avant (1), la paroi arrière (2) et les plis latéraux (3, 3') sont composés d'un film multicouches qui présente une couche polyoléfine pouvant être scellée sur le côté intérieur du sachet et une couche extérieure imprimable en polymère plus rigide, et que la ligne d'affaiblissement (9) est composée d'une découpe produite par une coupe au laser qui pénètre dans la couche extérieure et qui laisse la couche polyoléfine pouvant être scellée intouchée.
