Claims (11)

  1. Train de travaux, composé de plusieurs véhicules de travail (2), pour fabriquer et/ou rénover une voie ferrée composée d'une infrastructure ainsi que de voies, dans lequel les véhicules de travail (2) présentent dans leurs conteneurs, une bande transporteuse au sol (3) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal, une bande transporteuse de transfert (4) attribuée à la bande transporteuse au sol (3) au moins à son extrémité ainsi qu'au moins une bande transporteuse de toit (6) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le train de travaux présente au moins un véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) qui est disposé entre deux véhicules de travail (2), dans lequel le véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) présente au niveau du sol au moins deux bandes transporteuses (8) alignées dans des directions opposées ainsi que pouvant être dirigées longitudinalement et pouvant être exploitées dans des directions opposées, ainsi qu'une bande transporteuse de jonction (10) au niveau du toit,
    - dans lequel les bandes transporteuses (8) et l'au moins une bande transporteuse de jonction (10) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peuvent respectivement être réglées en ce qui concerne leurs sens de transport et déplacées en ce qui concerne leur agencement relatif entre elles, par rapport aux bandes transporteuses de transfert (4) et aux bandes transporteuses de toit (6) des deux véhicules de travail (2) voisins du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), de telle façon que l'ensemble des transports de matériaux suivants sont possibles au choix :
    - des matériaux peuvent être introduits de la bande transporteuse de toit (6) d'un véhicule de travail (2), par le biais de la bande transporteuse de jonction (10) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) et de la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) de l'autre véhicule de travail (2) et d'une des bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), dans le conteneur du même véhicule de travail (2).
    - des matériaux peuvent être appliqués du conteneur d'un véhicule de travail (2), par le biais de la bande transporteuse au sol (3) et de la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) de ce véhicule de travail (2), sur une des bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), et de là, par le biais de l'autre bande transporteuse (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), sur la bande transporteuse de toit (6) de ce même véhicule de travail (2),
    - des matériaux peuvent être transférés de la bande transporteuse de toit (6) de l'un véhicule de travail (2) par le biais de la bande transporteuse de jonction (10) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) vers la bande transporteuse de toit (6) de l'autre véhicule de travail (2),
    - des matériaux peuvent être introduits de la bande transporteuse de toit (6) de l'un véhicule de travail (2) dans le conteneur de l'autre véhicule de travail (2),
    - des matériaux peuvent être appliqués, du conteneur d'un véhicule de travail (2), par le biais de la bande transporteuse au sol (3) et de la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) de ce véhicule de travail (2), sur une des bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), et de là, sur la bande transporteuse de toit (6) de l'autre véhicule de travail (2),
    - des matériaux peuvent être introduits du conteneur de l'un véhicule de travail (2), par le biais de la bande transporteuse au sol (3) et de la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) de ce véhicule de travail (2), sur une des bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7), et de là, dans le récipient de l'autre véhicule de travail (2).
  2. Train de travaux selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peuvent être exploitées soit dans une direction, soit de façon bidirectionnelle.
  3. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peuvent tourner sur 180° sur un axe central vertical de ce véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7).
  4. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse de jonction (10) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peut être exploitée de façon bidirectionnelle.
  5. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un conteneur tampon (9) est attribué aux bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7).
  6. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les bandes transporteuses (8) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peuvent être basculées dans la direction verticale au moins dans un tronçon partiel.
  7. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse de jonction (10) du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) peut être respectivement basculée verticalement à l'extrémité.

    la bande transporteuse au sol (3) ainsi que la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) et la bande transporteuse de toit (6) du véhicule de travail (2) peuvent être respectivement exploitées de façon bidirectionnelle.
  9. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse de transfert (4) du véhicule de travail (2) peut être déplacée longitudinalement ainsi que basculée verticalement sur un rail (5).
  10. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande transporteuse de toit (6) du véhicule de travail (2) peut être pivoter respectivement verticalement à l'extrémité.
  11. Train de travaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la commande partielle ou complète des éléments pouvant être commandés du véhicule de travail intermédiaire (7) ainsi que des véhicules de travail (2), est conçue en tant que commande partiellement automatisée ou entièrement automatisée.
