Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Notleuchte, die ein Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands von in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren aufweist, wobei die Batterien oder Akkumulatoren zur Notfallversorgung von in der Notleuchte angeordneten Lichtquellen vorgesehen sind.
- Eine Notleuchte, wie in
Figur 1 dargestellt, weist zumeist auf einen Rettungs- bzw. Fluchtweg hin, weshalb derartige Leuchten häufig auch als Hinweis-, Fluchtweg- oder Rettungswegleuchten bezeichnet werden. Bei diesen ist es nun normalerweise vorgesehen, dass in der Notleuchte Batterien oder Akkumulatoren angeordnet sind, die im Notfall zur Energieversorgung der Leuchte verwendet werden können. So ist es bei der inFigur 1 gezeigten Leuchte 11 beispielsweise bei einem Stromausfall weiterhin erforderlich, dass die Piktogramme, die auf einen Flucht- bzw. Rettungsweg hinweisen, nach wie vor leuchten, um möglicherweise flüchtenden Personen die Rettung bzw. Flucht so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. - Dementsprechend ist es erforderlich, dass die in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren ständig einen ausreichend hohen Ladezustand aufweisen, um entsprechend in der Notleuchte angeordnete Lichtquellen mit Energie versorgen zu können. Hierfür ist bei derartigen Notleuchten zumeist vorgesehen, dass in regelmäßigen Abständen, beispielsweise von einem Wartungspersonal geprüft wird, ob die Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren noch einen ausreichenden Ladezustand aufweisen. Für diesen Zweck ist bei den bisher bekannten Notleuchten meistens eine LED vorgesehen, die den entsprechenden Status bzw. Ladezustand der Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren signalisiert.
- Eine derartige Status-LED, die den Ladezustand entsprechend anzeigt, wird bisher, wie in
Figur 2 beispielhaft dargestellt, innerhalb einer lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung möglichst an dieser lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung angeordnet, damit die LED auch von außen gut erkannt werden kann, wodurch ein Öffnen der Notleuchte nicht erforderlich ist. Die inFigur 2 gezeigte Notleuchte 21 entspricht nun im Wesentlichen der inFigur 1 gezeigten Notleuchte 11, wobei jedoch anzumerken ist, dass die inFigur 2 gezeigte Notleuchte 21 etwas anders dimensioniert ist. Im Einzelnen ist bei der inFigur 2 gezeigten Notleuchte 21 vorgesehen, dass mit Hilfe eines ebenfalls inFigur 2 gezeigten Bügels 27 eine Leuchtdiode 22 möglichst nah bzw. direkt an einer lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 23 angeordnet ist, wobei der Bügel 27 derart ausgestaltet ist, dass dieser an den Lichtquellen 26, die zur Beleuchtung der Piktogramme der Notleuchte 21 vorgesehen sind, angebracht werden kann. Diese möglichst nahe bzw. direkte Platzierung der Leuchtdiode 22 an der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 23 ist nun erforderlich, damit, wie bereits angeführt, von einem Nutzer ohne Demontieren der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 23 der Ladezustand der Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren an der Leuchtdiode 22 erkannt werden kann. - Durch diese notwendige Anordnung der Leuchtdiode möglichst nah bzw. direkt an der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung ist jedoch eine möglichst flexible Positionierung der Leuchtdiode nicht so ohne Weiteres möglich, wodurch eine beliebige Umgestaltung beispielsweise der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung deutlich erschwert wird.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt dementsprechend die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Notleuchte zu entwickeln, die ein Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands aufweist, das von außen ohne Demontage von Teilen gut sichtbar ist und gleichzeitig beispielsweise die Umgestaltung der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung möglichst einfach erlaubt.
- Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Notleuchte gemäß Anspruch 1 und eine Notleuchte gemäß Anspruch 6 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist als erste Ausführungsform eine Notleuchte vorgesehen, die eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung, ein Leuchtengehäuse und ein Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands von in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren aufweist, wobei die in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren mindestens eine in der Notleuchte angeordnete Lichtquelle im Notfall mit Energie versorgen können. Die lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung ist hierbei nun an dem Leuchtengehäuse angeordnet, wobei durch die lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung Licht von der mindestens einen in der Notleuchte angeordneten Lichtquelle nach außen abgegeben werden kann. In dem Leuchtengehäuse sind zusätzlich noch Mittel zur Steuerung und Versorgung der Notleuchte angeordnet. Um nun beispielsweise eine möglichst einfache Umgestaltung der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, dass das Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der Batterien oder Akkumulatoren innerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses angeordnet ist und um trotzdem eine gute Sichtbarkeit von außen zu ermöglichen, dass das Leuchtengehäuse in dem Bereich, in dem das Licht des Leuchtmittels abgestrahlt wird, einen im Vergleich zum restlichen Gehäuse dünneren Materialquerschnitt aufweist, sodass das von dem Leuchtmittel abgegebene Licht von außerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses sichtbar ist.
- Durch diese besondere Ausgestaltung des Leuchtengehäuses ist es nunmehr möglich, dass das Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der Batterien oder Akkumulatoren innerhalb des normalerweise eher nicht lichtdurchlässigen Leuchtengehäuses angeordnet werden kann.
- Vorzugsweise ist hier nun vorgesehen, dass das Leuchtengehäuse aus Kunststoff besteht und das Leuchtmittel als LED ausgebildet ist. Bei einer weiteren vorzugsweisen Ausgestaltungsvariante dieser Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Leuchtmittel Licht stark gebündelt abgeben kann und von dem Leuchtengehäuse beabstandet angeordnet ist.
- Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform ist erfindungsgemäß eine Notleuchte vorgesehen, die eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung und ein Leuchtmittel zur Anzeige des Ladezustands von in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren aufweist, wobei die in der Notleuchte angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren mindestens eine in der Notleuchte angeordnete Lichtquelle im Notfall mit Energie versorgen können. Durch die lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung kann hierbei Licht von der mindestens einen in der Notleuchte angeordneten Lichtquelle nach außen abgegeben werden. Um nun wiederum eine möglichst einfache Umgestaltung, beispielsweise der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung zu ermöglichen, ist bei dieser Ausführungsform vorgesehen, dass das Leuchtmittel Licht stark gebündelt abgeben kann und dass das Leuchtmittel innerhalb der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung von der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung beabstandet angeordnet ist.
- Diese beabstandete Anordnung des Leuchtmittels ist nunmehr möglich, da das Leuchtmittel Licht stark gebündelt abgeben kann, wodurch auch bei einer beabstandeten Positionierung innerhalb der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung ein Nutzer nach wie vor von außerhalb der Notleuchte den Ladezustand der Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren anhand des Leuchtmittels erkennen kann.
- Bei beiden Ausführungsformen kann vorzugsweise vorgesehen sein, dass das Leuchtmittel als Laser, beispielsweise Laserpointer, ausgebildet ist. Alternativ könnte das Leuchtmittel auch als besonders starke LED, die vorzugsweise eine fokussierende Optik aufweist, ausgebildet sein.
- Bei beiden Ausführungsformen ist nun eine einfache Umgestaltung, beispielsweise der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung möglich, da das zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren vorgesehene Leuchtmittel nun nicht mehr direkt an der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung angeordnet ist.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen und den beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Figuren 1 und 2 werden Notleuchten gezeigt, die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt sind und bereits weiter oben erläutert wurden, weshalb hier nicht weiter auf dieFiguren 1 und 2 eingegangen wird. - In
Figur 3 ist nun im Querschnitt eine Notleuchte 31 gemäß der zweiten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung gezeigt, die größtenteils der Notleuchte 21 ausFigur 2 entspricht. Im Gegensatz zur inFigur 2 gezeigten Notleuchte 21 weist die inFigur 3 gezeigte Notleuchte 31 nunmehr keinen Bügel 27 auf, an dem die Leuchtdiode 22 angebracht ist und durch diesen direkt an der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 23 positioniert wird. Bei der inFigur 3 gezeigten Notleuchte 31 ist nun vorgesehen, dass als Leuchtmittel 32 zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der Batterien bzw. Akkumulatoren ein Laser oder eine besonders starke LED vorzugsweise mit einer fokussierenden Optik eingesetzt wird, wodurch es aufgrund des gebündelten Lichts nunmehr möglich ist, das Leuchtmittel 32 zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der Batterien oder Akkumulatoren beabstandet von der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 33 anzuordnen. Hierdurch kann dann eine besonders flexible Positionierung des Leuchtmittels 32 innerhalb der Notleuchte 31 bzw. der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 33 erfolgen, wodurch beispielsweise eine Umgestaltung der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 33 deutlich einfacher wird. - In
Figur 4 ist nun eine erfindungsgemäße Notleuchte 41 gemäß der ersten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung gezeigt. Diese entspricht im Wesentlichen der bereits inFigur 1 gezeigten Notleuchte 11. Im Einzelnen weist die Notleuchte 41 inFigur 4 eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung 43 und ein Leuchtengehäuse 44 auf. Im Gegensatz zur Notleuchte 11 ausFigur 1 , ist bei der inFigur 4 gezeigten Notleuchte 41 nunmehr aber noch vorgesehen, dass das Leuchtengehäuse 44 einen Bereich 45 aufweist, der einen im Vergleich zum restlichen Gehäuse dünneren Materialquerschnitt hat bzw. bei dem der Materialquerschnitt des Gehäuses in diesem Bereich 45 geschwächt ist. - Wie nun aus
Figur 5 , die einen Teil der inFigur 4 gezeigten Notleuchte 41 zeigt, hervorgeht, ist innerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses 44 in dem Bereich 45, der einen dünneren Materialquerschnitt aufweist, das Leuchtmittel 42, welches den Ladezustand der Batterien bzw. Akkus signalisiert, angeordnet. Das Leuchtengehäuse 44 ist hierbei aus Kunststoff hergestellt, wodurch das von dem Leuchtmittel 42 abgegebene Licht im Bereich 45 der Verdünnung bzw. Schwächung des Leuchtengehäuses 44 nach außen hindurchtreten kann. - Durch diese Verdünnung bzw. Schwächung des Leuchtengehäuses 44 in einem bestimmten Bereich 45 ist es nunmehr möglich, dass das Leuchtmittel 42 zur Anzeige des Ladezustands innerhalb des an sich geschlossenen und ansonsten eher lichtundurchlässigen Leuchtengehäuses 44 angeordnet werden kann, wodurch wiederum beispielsweise eine einfachere Umgestaltung der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung 43 ermöglicht wird.
- In
Figur 6 ist nun eine Detailansicht der Anordnung des Leuchtmittels 42 in der Notleuchte 41 gemäßFigur 4 bzw. 5 gezeigt, wobei aus dieser Detailansicht noch einmal deutlich der Bereich 45 mit der Verdünnung bzw. Schwächung des Leuchtengehäuses 44 hervorgeht. Zusätzlich istFigur 6 auch die Anordnung des Leuchtmittels 42 im Bereich dieser Verdünnung bzw. Schwächung zu entnehmen. InFigur 5 und 6 ist zusätzlich noch eine Platte 48 zu sehen, durch die das Leuchtmittel 42 gehalten wird. - Bezüglich der in den
Figuren 4 ,5 und 6 gezeigten ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist noch anzumerken, dass auch bei der Anordnung des Leuchtmittels 42 innerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses 44 vorgesehen sein kann, dass das Leuchtmittel 42 als Laser oder besonders starke LED mit vorzugsweise einer fokussierenden Optik ausgebildet ist und dass dann noch zusätzlich das Leuchtmittel 42 beabstandet von dem Leuchtengehäuse 44 angeordnet ist. - Insgesamt ist festzuhalten, dass beide Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung Notleuchten zeigen, bei denen eine Anbringung des Leuchtmittels zur Anzeige des Ladezustands direkt an einer lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung nicht mehr erforderlich ist, wodurch eine flexible Positionierung des Leuchtmittels möglich ist und dadurch beispielsweise eine Umgestaltung der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung deutlich vereinfacht wird.

- Notleuchte (41) aufweisend• eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung (43) durch die Licht von mindestens einer in der Notleuchte (41) angeordneten Lichtquelle nach außen abgegeben werden kann,• ein Leuchtengehäuse (44) in dem Mittel zur Steuerung und Versorgung der Notleuchte (41) angeordnet sind und an dem die lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung (43) angeordnet ist und• ein Leuchtmittel (42) zur Anzeige des Ladezustands von in der Notleuchte (41) angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren, wobei die Batterien oder Akkumulatoren die mindestens eine Lichtquelle im Notfall mit Energie versorgen können,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (42) innerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses (44) angeordnet ist und dass das Leuchtengehäuse (44) im Bereich (45) in dem das Licht des Leuchtmittels (42) abgestrahlt wird, einen im Vergleich zum restlichen Gehäuse dünneren Materialquerschnitt aufweist, derart dass das von dem Leuchtmittel (42) abgegebene Licht von außerhalb des Leuchtengehäuses (44) sichtbar ist. - Notleuchte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtengehäuse (44) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Notleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (42) als LED ausgebildet ist. - Notleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (42) Licht stark gebündelt abgeben kann. - Notleuchte nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (42) von dem Leuchtengehäuse (44) beabstandet angeordnet ist. - Notleuchte (31) aufweisend• eine lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung (33) durch die Licht von mindestens einer in der Notleuchte (31) angeordneten Lichtquelle (36) nach außen abgegeben werden kann und• ein Leuchtmittel (32) zur Anzeige des Ladezustands von in der Notleuchte (31) angeordneten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren, wobei die Batterien oder Akkumulatoren die mindestens eine Lichtquelle (36) im Notfall mit Energie versorgen können,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (32) Licht stark gebündelt abgeben kann und innerhalb der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung (33) von der lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung (33) beabstandet angeordnet ist. - Notleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (32, 42) als Laser ausgebildet ist. - Notleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Leuchtmittel (32, 42) als starke LED vorzugsweise mit fokussierender Optik ausgebildet ist.
