Description

The present invention relates to an emergency luminaire having a luminous means for indicating the state of charge of batteries or accumulators arranged in the emergency luminaire, the batteries or accumulators being provided for the emergency supply of light sources arranged in the emergency luminaire.

An emergency light, as in FIG. 1 shown, usually points to a rescue or escape route, which is why such lights are often referred to as notice, escape route or Rettungswegleuchten. In these, it is now normally provided that in the emergency light batteries or accumulators are arranged, which can be used in an emergency to power the lamp. So it is at the in FIG. 1 shown lamp 11, for example, during a power outage still required that the icons that point to an escape or rescue route, continue to shine to make escape or escape as easy as possible.

Akkumulatoren signalisiert.Accordingly, it is necessary that the batteries or accumulators arranged in the emergency luminaire constantly have a sufficiently high state of charge in order to be able to supply energy to correspondingly arranged light sources in the emergency luminaire. For this purpose, in such emergency lights usually provided that is checked at regular intervals, for example, by a maintenance staff, whether the batteries or accumulators still have a sufficient state of charge. For this purpose, an LED is usually provided in the previously known emergency lights, which signals the corresponding status or state of charge of the batteries or accumulators.

Such a status LED, which indicates the state of charge accordingly, so far, as in FIG. 2 exemplified within a translucent cover as possible arranged on this translucent cover, so that the LED can be well recognized from the outside, thereby not opening the emergency light is required. In the FIG. 2 shown emergency light 21 now essentially corresponds to in FIG. 1 shown emergency light 11, but it should be noted that in FIG. 2 shown emergency light 21 is dimensioned slightly different. Specifically, at the in FIG. 2 shown emergency light 21 provided that with the help of a likewise in FIG. 2 a light-emitting diode 22 as close as possible or directly to a translucent cover 23 is arranged, wherein the bracket 27 is configured such that it can be attached to the light sources 26 which are provided to illuminate the pictograms of the emergency 21. This as close as possible or direct placement of the light emitting diode 22 on the translucent cover 23 is now required so that, as already stated, can be detected by a user without disassembling the translucent cover 23, the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators on the light emitting diode 22.

As a result of this necessary arrangement of the light-emitting diode as close as possible or directly to the translucent cover, however, the most flexible possible positioning of the light-emitting diode is not readily possible, as a result of which any transformation of, for example, the light-permeable cover is made considerably more difficult.

The present invention is therefore based on the object to develop an emergency light having a lighting means for displaying the state of charge, which is easily visible from the outside without disassembly of parts and at the same time allows, for example, the transformation of the translucent cover as simple as possible.

The object is achieved by an emergency luminaire according to claim 1 and an emergency luminaire according to claim 6. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

According to the invention as the first embodiment, an emergency light is provided which has a translucent cover, a lamp housing and a lighting means for displaying the state of charge of arranged in the emergency light batteries or accumulators, wherein arranged in the emergency light batteries or accumulators at least one arranged in the emergency light source Can provide emergency energy. The translucent cover is now on the Luminaire housing arranged, with the light-permeable cover light from the at least one light source arranged in the light source can be discharged to the outside. In the luminaire housing means for controlling and supplying the emergency light are additionally arranged. In order to make it possible, for example, to simplify the simplest possible transformation of the translucent cover, it is provided that the illuminant is arranged to indicate the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators within the luminaire housing, and nevertheless to permit good visibility from the outside, that the luminaire housing in the region, in which the light of the luminous means is radiated, has a thinner in comparison to the rest of the housing material cross-section, so that the light emitted by the lamp light from outside the luminaire housing is visible.

This particular embodiment of the lamp housing, it is now possible that the lighting means for displaying the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators can be arranged within the normally not translucent light housing.

Preferably, it is now provided here that the luminaire housing consists of plastic and the luminous means is designed as an LED. In a further preferred embodiment variant of this embodiment, it is provided that the light source can emit light concentrated bundled and is arranged at a distance from the lamp housing.

In the second embodiment according to the invention an emergency light is provided which has a translucent cover and a lighting means for displaying the state of charge of arranged in the emergency light batteries or accumulators, wherein arranged in the emergency light batteries or accumulators with at least one arranged in the emergency light source in an emergency Provide energy. In this case, light from the at least one light source arranged in the emergency light can be emitted to the outside through the light-permeable cover. In order to enable the simplest possible transformation, for example the translucent cover, it is provided in this embodiment that the luminous means can emit light bundled in a concentrated manner and that the Illuminant is disposed within the translucent cover spaced from the translucent cover.

This spaced arrangement of the bulb is now possible because the bulb can emit light bundled strong, which even with a spaced positioning within the translucent cover, a user can still see from outside the emergency light the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators based on the light source.

In both embodiments, it can preferably be provided that the luminous means is designed as a laser, for example a laser pointer. Alternatively, the luminous means could also be designed as a particularly strong LED, which preferably has a focusing optics.

In both embodiments, a simple conversion, such as the translucent cover is now possible because the intended to display the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators bulbs is no longer located directly on the translucent cover.

In FIG. 3 is now shown in cross-section an emergency light 31 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the majority of the emergency 21 from FIG. 2 equivalent. Unlike in FIG. 2 shown emergency light 21 has the in FIG. 3 shown emergency light 31 now no bracket 27 on which the light-emitting diode 22 is mounted and is positioned by this directly to the translucent cover 23. At the in FIG. 3 shown emergency light 31 is now provided that as a means of illumination 32 for displaying the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators, a laser or a particularly strong LED is preferably used with a focusing optics, which is now possible due to the bundled light, the bulb 32 for display of the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators spaced from the translucent cover 33 to arrange. As a result, a particularly flexible positioning of the luminous means 32 within the emergency luminaire 31 or the translucent cover 33 can take place, as a result of which, for example, a redesign of the translucent cover 33 is significantly easier.

In FIG. 4 Now, an emergency light according to the invention 41 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is shown. This is essentially the same as in FIG. 1 In detail, the emergency light 41 in FIG. 4 a translucent cover 43 and a lamp housing 44. In contrast to the emergency light 11 off FIG. 1 , is at the in FIG. 4 shown emergency light 41 now but still provided that the lamp housing 44 has a portion 45 which has a thinner compared to the rest of the housing material cross-section or in which the material cross-section of the housing is weakened in this area 45.

Like now off FIG. 5 which are part of the FIG. 4 shown emergency light, 41 is within the lamp housing 44 in the region 45, which has a thinner material cross-section, the lighting means 42, which signals the state of charge of the batteries or accumulators arranged. In this case, the luminaire housing 44 is made of plastic, whereby the light emitted by the luminous means 42 can pass outward in the region 45 of the thinning or weakening of the luminaire housing 44.

By this dilution or weakening of the lamp housing 44 in a certain area 45, it is now possible that the lighting means 42 can be arranged to indicate the state of charge within the self-contained and otherwise rather opaque luminaire housing 44, which in turn, for example, a simpler transformation of translucent Cover 43 is enabled.

In FIG. 6 is now a detailed view of the arrangement of the bulb 42 in the emergency light 41 according to FIG. 4 5, wherein from this detail view clearly shows again the area 45 with the dilution or weakening of the lamp housing 44. In addition is FIG. 6 also to take the arrangement of the bulb 42 in the region of this dilution or weakening. In FIGS. 5 and 6 In addition, a plate 48 can be seen, through which the lamp 42 is held.

Regarding in the FIGS. 4 . 5 and 6 shown first embodiment of the invention, it should be noted that even in the arrangement of the bulb 42 may be provided within the lamp housing 44 that the bulb 42 is formed as a laser or extra strong LED preferably having a focusing optics and that then additionally the bulb 42nd spaced from the lamp housing 44 is arranged.

Overall, it should be noted that both embodiments of the present invention show emergency lights, in which an attachment of the illuminant to indicate the state of charge directly on a translucent cover no longer required is, whereby a flexible positioning of the bulb is possible and thereby, for example, a redesign of the translucent cover is significantly simplified.
