Claims (9)

  1. Bande racleuse pour la lame de déblaiement d'un chasse-neige, la barre racleuse présentant un col de fixation en acier (1) et un corps en caoutchouc (4) rapporté par vulcanisation sur le col de fixation (1), qui est renforcé au niveau de son côté extérieur par des plaques d'acier, les plaques d'acier fixées à la surface extérieure du corps en caoutchouc (4) étant divisées en segments en acier séparés (3), disposés les uns à côté des autres, qui forment ensemble une arête racleuse unitaire proche du sol,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les segments en acier (3) s'étendent au niveau du côté avant et du côté arrière du corps en caoutchouc (4) sur toute sa hauteur et en ce que le col de fixation en acier (1) s'étend jusque dans la région entre les segments en acier avant et arrière (3) et est vulcanisé dans le corps en caoutchouc (4) à distance de ceux-ci.
  2. Bande racleuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps en caoutchouc (4) a une section transversale trapézoïdale avec une section transversale s'élargissant de haut en bas.
  3. Bande racleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le corps en caoutchouc (4) présente au moins deux mélanges de caoutchouc de duretés différentes.
  4. Bande racleuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le corps en caoutchouc (4) présente dans la direction verticale à proximité du sol un mélange de caoutchouc plus dur qu'à distance du sol.
  5. Bande racleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps en caoutchouc (4) présente au moins une cavité (5).
  6. Bande racleuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (5) dans le corps en caoutchouc (4) s'étend sous l'arête inférieure du col de fixation en acier et parallèlement à celle-ci.
  7. Bande racleuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (5) s'étendant verticalement dans le corps en caoutchouc (4).
  8. Bande racleuse selon les revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (5) présente une section transversale ronde circulaire ou ovale et s'étend sur toute la hauteur ou la longueur du corps en caoutchouc (4).
  9. Bande racleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (5) est formée par une portion de tuyau noyée dans le corps en caoutchouc (4).
