Claims (10)
- Bande en alliage d'aluminium pour la production de supports de plaques d'impression avec des revêtements basés sur d'eau, la bande en alliage d'aluminium présentant une épaisseur d'un maximum de 0,5 mm,
caractérisée en ce que
dans un ponçage longitudinal préparé en utilisant d'eau en tant que lubrifiant, la bande en alliage d'aluminium comporte des figures de décapage, avec une attaque de décapage cubique, dont l'extension longitudinale est d'un maximum de 15 µm. - Bande en alliage d'aluminium selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le nombre des figures de décapage à attaque de décapage cubique sur 1000 mm2 est d'un maximum de 350. - Bande en alliage d'aluminium selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que
la bande en alliage d'aluminium est constituée d'un alliage d'aluminium avec les composants alliés suivants, en % en poids :
des impuretés inévitables dont chacune représente au maximum 0,01 %, leur somme représentant au maximum 0,05 % et le reste étant de l'Al. - Bande en alliage d'aluminium selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que
la bande en alliage d'aluminium est constituée d'un alliage d'aluminium avec les composants alliés suivants, en % en poids :
des impuretés inévitables dont chacune représente au maximum 0,01 %, leur somme représentant au maximum 0,05 % et le reste étant de l'Al. - Bande en alliage d'aluminium selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que
la bande en alliage d'aluminium est constituée d'un alliage d'aluminium avec les composants alliés suivants, en % en poids :
des impuretés inévitables dont chacune représente au maximum 0,01 %, leur somme représentant au maximum 0,05 % et le reste étant de l'Al. - Utilisation de tôles sectionnées à partir d'une bande en alliage d'aluminium selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 pour des supports de plaques d'impression avec au moins un revêtement basé sur d'eau.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que
le support de plaque d'impression est un support thermique de plaque d'impression. - Procédé de production d'une bande en alliage d'aluminium selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 en un alliage d'aluminium, le procédé de production de la bande comprenant les étapes suivantes :- fusion d'un alliage mère d'aluminium en utilisant des ferrailles de laminage, des lingots, du métal liquide issu du fond de four, du métal recyclé et/ou des alliages mères,- alliage de composants alliés pour obtenir la composition souhaitée de l'alliage d'aluminium,- transfert de l'alliage d'aluminium dans un four de fusion ou un four de coulée pour le traitement de la masse fondue,- réalisation d'un rinçage au gaz dans le four de fusion ou le four de coulée,- grattage des scories et repos de la masse fondue, ainsi que- dégazage de la masse d'alliage d'aluminium fondue lors de la coulée,
caractérisé en ce que,
lors de la coulée, on dégaze la masse dans un dégazeur avec un gaz chloré, une quantité de chlore d'un maximum de 7 mg Cl/kg Al étant amenée dans la masse fondue. - Procédé selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que qu'
on réalise le rinçage au gaz dans le four de fusion ou le four de coulée en ajoutant du chlore, la quantité de chlore amenée étant au maximum de 30 mg Cl/kg Al. - Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
en alternative, lors du rinçage au gaz dans le four de fusion ou le four de coulée, ainsi que lors du dégazage pendant la coulée dans le dégazeur, on n'utilise aucun gaz chloré et le nettoyage de la masse fondue s'effectue par apport de chlorures, de préférence de chlorure de potassium-chlorure de magnésium, une quantité au maximum de 60 mg Cl/kg Al étant alimentée vers la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium.
