Claims (9)
- Bague d'insertion (1) pour une caisse-palette avec les dimensions standard d'une caisse grillagée, avec quatre parois latérales (A, B, C, D), au moins une paroi latérale comportant des moyens d'arrêt (12) pour un agencement à croisillon (2) flexible, deux parois latérales (A, B) opposées prenant la forme de parties à surface en matière plastique (3) conçues à double paroi à partir d'une coque intérieure et extérieure avec formation de compartiments creux ou d'espaces creux entre la coque intérieure et extérieure et les deux parois latérales (C, D) restantes étant formées au moins en partie par des étais transversaux (4) de forme stable reliés aux parties à surface en matière plastique (3), caractérisée en ce que la bague d'insertion (1) comporte des sections de paroi (8) avec des rainures transversales (14) formées d'un seul tenant disposées de façon répartie sur la hauteur des sections de paroi (8), les étais transversaux (4) étant encastrés dans lesdites sections et fixés à l'aide d'éléments de fixation, un évidement d'extrémité (15), disposé à même hauteur, d'un dossier de maintien (11) étant associé à chaque rainure transversale (14), avec logement, à l'état monté rectangulaire de la bague d'insertion, des extrémités avant correspondantes des étais transversaux (14) de forme stable.
- Bague d'insertion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les étais transversaux (4) sont pourvus de moyens d'arrêt (12) pour l'agencement à croisillon (2) flexible.
- Bague d'insertion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parties à surface en matière plastique (3) sont pourvues de lignes de pliage (6, 9, 10) de chant pour permettre un pliage et un rabattement de la bague d'insertion (1).
- Bague d'insertion selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des parties à surface en matière plastique (3) est pourvue d'une section rabattable (7) reliée à la partie à surface en matière plastique (3) à l'aide d'une charnière à film (S) s'étendant transversalement.
- Bague d'insertion selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les zones de pliage à chant comportent, au niveau des zones de coin de la bague d'insertion (1), respectivement deux lignes de pliage (9, 10) s'étendant parallèlement à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre délimitant entre elles le dossier de maintien (11) définissant à l'état replié de la bague d'insertion (1) un espace libre entre les sections de paroi (5, 8) correspondantes des parties à surface en matière plastique (3).
- Bague d'insertion selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les zones de pliage ou lignes de pliage sont réalisées par le biais de charnières à film, les parties de surface en matière plastique (3) étant flanquées sur le côté intérieur de surfaces de bordure à onglet, des angles d'onglet de 45° étant notamment prévus.
- Caisse-palette avec une caisse grillagée de dimensions standard, ainsi qu'avec une bague d'insertion selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'insertion (1) est dimensionnée de telle sorte qu'elle peut être insérée dans la caisse-palette (H) et être disposée debout par un ajustement précis dans une zone intérieure de la caisse-palette (H).
- Caisse-palette selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'insertion (1) peut être réalisée de façon à être pliable ou rabattable et est dimensionnée de telle sorte à l'état plié ou rabattu que la bague d'insertion (1) est logée debout ou allongée dans la caisse-palette (H).
- Caisse-palette selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs bagues d'insertion (1) peuvent être transportées dans la caisse-palette (H) à l'état replié ou rabattu.
