Die Palettenbox H ist beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus Kunststoff hergestellt und mit wenigstens einer klappbaren Seitenwandung versehen. Wie anhand der Fig. 8 erkennbar ist, kann ein Einsatzring 1 in aufgestelltem Funktionszustand einschließlich seiner Gefacheanordnung 2 von oben her in die nach oben offene Palettenbox H eingesetzt werden. Der Einsatzring 1 ist derart auf die Innenabmessungen der Palettenbox H abgestimmt, dass er im aufgestellten Funktionszustand im Wesentlichen spielfrei an allen vier Seitenwandungen der quaderförmigen Palettenbox H zumindest weitgehend bündig anliegt. Die Eigenstabilität des Einsatzringes 1 auch in gefaltetem Ruhezustand ermöglicht eine einfache Handhabung, indem der Einsatzring 1 entweder stehend in der Palettenbox H positionierbar ist oder in einfacher Weise nach oben aus der Palettenbox H herausgezogen werden kann (Fig. 10 und 11). In zusammengefaltetem Funktionszustand ist es möglich, innerhalb der Palettenbox H insgesamt vierzehn Einsatzringe 1 stehend nebeneinander unterzubringen. In leerem und zusammengefaltetem Zustand können so mehrere Einsatzringe 1 durch eine Palettenbox H transportiert werden. Auch hierfür sind keine zusätzlichen Befestigungsmittel notwendig. Vielmehr sind die vierzehn Einsatzringe 1 derart nebeneinander gestapelt, dass sie im Wesentlichen passgenau die Innenabmessungen der Palettenbox H ausfüllen.As based on the Fig. 9 can be seen, the insert ring 1 can also be folded. Claims (9)

  1. An insert ring (1) for a pallet box having the standard dimensions of a wire mesh box, with four side walls (A, B, C, D), wherein at least one side wall has holding means (12) for a flexible compartment arrangement (2), wherein two opposite side walls (A, B) are designed as double-walled plastics surface parts (3) composed of an interior and an exterior shell thereby forming hollow chambers or hollow cavities between interior and exterior shell, and wherein the two remaining side walls (C, D) are formed at least in sections by dimensionally stable transverse struts (4) which are connected to the plastics surface parts (3), characterized in that the insert ring (1) has wall portions (8) with integrally molded transverse grooves (14) which are distributed over the height of the wall portions (8), in which the transverse struts (4) are embedded and fixed by means of fastening elements, wherein each transverse groove (14) is assigned a termination recess (15) of a supporting back (11) arranged at the same level, in order to receive corresponding face ends of the dimensionally stable transverse struts (4) in the rectangular assembled state of the insert ring.
  2. The insert ring according to claim 1, characterized in that the transverse struts (4) are provided with the holding means (12) for the flexible compartment arrangement (2).
  3. The insert ring according to claim 1, characterized in that the plastics surface parts (3) are provided with bending lines (6, 9, 10) running edgeways, in order to enable the insert ring (1) to be folded up and unfolded.
  4. The insert ring according to claim 3, characterized in that at least one of the plastics surface parts (3) is provided with a folding portion (7) which is connected to the plastics surface part (3) by means of a film hinge (S) running transversely.
  5. The insert ring according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that bending regions running edgeways each have, at corner regions of the insert ring (1), two bending lines (9, 10) which run spaced apart in parallel and in between bound the supporting back (11) which, in the folded-up state of the insert ring (1), defines a clearance between corresponding wall portions (5, 8) of the plastics surface parts (3).
  6. The insert ring according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bending regions or bending lines are formed by film hinges which are flanked on the inside by mitered edge surfaces of the plastics surface parts (3), wherein in particular miter angles of 45° are provided.
  7. A pallet box with standard dimensions of a wire mesh box, and with an insert ring according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the insert ring (1) is dimensioned in such a manner that it can be inserted into the pallet box (H) and is arranged upright in a precisely fitting manner in an inner region of the pallet box (H).
  8. The pallet box according to claim 7, characterized in that the insert ring (1) is of foldable or pliable design and, in the folded-up or plied-up state, is dimensioned in such a manner that the insert ring (1) is accommodated upright or horizontally in the pallet box (H).
  9. The pallet box according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that a plurality of insert rings (1) can be transported in the folded-up or plied-up state in the pallet box (H).
