Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fabric in the form of a roof underlay according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a generic roof underlay according to the preamble of claim 1 describes the DE 102 01152 A1 ,
  • the web described there carries an adhesive layer on each of its two longitudinal sides, wherein the adhesive layers are each arranged on a different broadside surface, so that two webs to be laid next to one another can be glued together in an overlapping region by applying the adhesive layers there.
  • the DE 10 2005 017161 A1 describes a similar sheet.
  • the adhesive layers are covered there by a passive cover film, which must be removed before bonding the two webs.
  • the DE 296 18 359 U1 describes a heat protection device consisting of two parts, each consisting of a metal sheet and which are connected by gluing, tightening or crimping together.
  • the edge region of one of the two metal sheets is provided with a magnetic tape, with which it can be connected to a magnetic substrate.
  • the EP 0 882 420 A2 describes a double-sided adhesive tape for carpet fixation.
  • the carpet fixation can be done there by magnetic force.
  • the back of the carpet is equipped with a self-adhesive magnetic foil.
  • the adhesive layers facing thereon must be brought against each other. You do not just have to touch it. It Also, a slight initial pressure on the adhesive bond must be exercised so that it comes to a permanent bond. As long as the webs are laid on a solid surface, for example a formwork, this pressure can be exerted on the uppermost web. If the webs are not laid on a solid surface, but depend, for example, freely between two rafters, it requires an additional technique to apply the necessary contact or contact pressure for the bonding on the contact zone of the two adhesive layers.
  • the DE 20 2005 011 169 U1 describes a building board, which is connectable to another building board via a connection strip, wherein two contact surfaces are brought against each other.
  • a sealant is applied to the two contact surfaces and achieved a sufficient sealing effect by its attractive forces (eg, magnetic or electrostatic nature).
  • the DE 199 54 960 A1 describes an adhesive that is equipped with magnetic nanoparticles. This should allow a simpler separation of adhesive-containing waste.
  • the invention has for its object to improve a generic roof underlay with respect to their installation properties.
  • edge areas are not only glued together.
  • the edge regions are additionally magnetically equipped in such a way that the overlapping edge regions are attracted by a magnetic attraction force from a spacer layer into a contact position, in which the magnetic force increasing as the distance decreases exerts an initial pressure which achieves an initial adhesion to the adhesive connection, to which either one of the two adhesive layers with a ferromagnetic Metal powder, in particular iron powder added and the other adhesive layer is mixed with a permanent magnetic powder, or an edge region has a strip of a magnetic material and the other edge region with a strip of ferromagnetic material.
  • the force required for the contact or the contact pressure is not exerted by the external pressure but by the magnetic attraction of the two adhesive layers.
  • the attraction has a range that is sufficiently large to attract two slightly superimposed, unconnected adhesive layers from a distance of a few millimeters to a contact position. As the magnetic attraction increases as the distance between the two adhesive layers decreases, it not only exerts a force to pull film portions in a region between two rafters to a touch position. When between two rafters freely sagging underlays often occurs due to the different sags of the underlays in the overlap region a gap that must be sealed to prevent Switzerland Kunststoffus für en heat loss.
  • a significant advantage of the underlay sheet according to the invention is that the formation of such a gap due to the attractive force of the two edge regions is avoided from the outset.
  • the magnetic force is also able to exert an initial pressure on the adhesive joint, so that the required initial adhesion is achieved.
  • the magnetic forces exert a permanent slight pressure on the connection, resulting in a secure adhesive connection over time.
  • the two strip-shaped adhesive layers are preferably equipped differently. They are equipped to attract themselves magnetically.
  • An adhesive layer can be mixed, for example, with a permanent magnetic magnetic powder. This may be added to the viscous coatable adhesive.
  • the other adhesive layer may be mixed with a ferromagnetic powder so that the two layers attract each other magnetically. But it is also possible that the materials are applied separately from each other on the respective edge region of the sheet. Thus, in a first layer, the respective permanent magnetic or ferromagnetic powder can be applied to the edge region of the fabric.
  • the adhesive layer can then be applied only consisting of an adhesive layer.
  • an adhesive layer come in both variants, the common materials into consideration, which are able to exert adhesion forces or cohesive forces on each other.
  • such adhesives are used which activate when touched and exert adhesive forces.
  • the adhesive may in particular contain adhesive plastic or rubber components, the interaction of which unfolds an adhesive effect.
  • the film may have a multilayer structure and have a nonwoven.
  • the film has a nonwoven layer and a water-barrier film layer.
  • the adhesive layers can also consist of a hotmelt material. They can consist of the same material or else of different materials, which unfold an adhesive effect only when contacting. In particular, it is provided that only one adhesive layer is tacky from the surface and the other layer is not tacky.
  • the adhesive layer can consist of a first, non-adhesive strip which has only the magnetic properties. On this strip then the actual adhesive layer is glued. At least one adhesive layer is covered by a passive cover strip. Both adhesive layers are preferably covered by such a cover strip.
  • the invention also relates to a roof underlay, in which only one edge region has a self-adhesive layer. This can be covered with a cover strip.
  • the other edge area has merely an adhesive contact surface which has such a surface finish that the adhesive layer can make an adhesive connection with this adhesive contact surface.
  • the adhesive contact surface is preferably formed by a polymer. Such a polymer strip is firmly connected to the edge region.
  • the polymer can be painted, welded or glued. This type of bonding is particularly provided in roof underlays, which have a nonwoven surface.
  • the adhesive contact surface has a greater width than the adhesive layer of the other edge region, so that it is ensured that in the overlap region always takes place a proper bonding.
  • FIG. 1 schematically shows a part perspective view of an arrangement of three juxtaposed roof underlays 1, each having at least one nonwoven layer and a water-barrier film layer.
  • the roof underlays can also be designed in one layer.
  • the roof underlay sheet 1 On the left is an already glued joint between two mutually parallel roofing underlayment 1 shown.
  • the adhesive layer 2 extends along the longitudinal edge of the roof underlay sheet 1 and is provided with an adhesive layer 3 one in the middle of the FIG. 1 bonded roof underlay 1 glued.
  • the adhesive layer 3, which likewise runs in the edge region, is arranged on the broadside pointing downwards and contains a powder of a permanent magnetic material.
  • FIG. 1 Right in the FIG. 1 is a third roof underlay 1 before the bonding of the two adhesive layers 2, 3 shown.
  • Each of the two adhesive layers 2, 3 is covered by a cover strip 4, which only slightly adheres to the adhesive surface of the respective adhesive layer 2, 3 and to prevent fouling of the adhesive layer.
  • the cover strips 4 are first removed from the adhesive layers 2, 3. Then, the adhesive layers 2, 3 are brought into a superimposition. If the lower film 1 hangs, for example, between two rafters, it is attracted to the adhesive layer 3 of the upper film 1 in the area of the adhesive layer 2. This is done via the magnetic interaction between the permanent magnetic powder and the ferromagnetic powder.
  • the latter may be an iron powder.
  • the magnetic attraction between the two adhesive layers 2, 3 is sufficiently large to overcome a typical laying gap 20.
  • the two adhesive layers 2, 3 attract and come into touching contact, so that an initial bonding of the two adhesive layers 2, 3 takes place.
  • the magnetic forces also ensure that a permanent slight pressure on the interface between the two adhesive layers 2, 3 is exercised. This leads over time to a secure adhesive connection between the two roof underlays. 1
  • the adhesive layers 2, 3 no powder added.
  • a permanent magnetic strip 5 or a ferromagnetic strip 6 glued.
  • An adhesive layer 2, 3 was then applied to each of the two strips.
  • the adhesive layers 2, 3 may be formed of different materials, which develop an adhesive effect only when in contact with each other. It is also possible at all to make one or both adhesive layers 2, 3 sticky (not tack-free). Alternatively, only one layer may be tacky and the other layer may not be tacky, for example as a polymer layer, primer or the like.
  • a strip can also be glued or welded onto one of the two surfaces of the edge region 1 '.
  • the edge region has an adhesive layer 2, which is covered by a cover strip 4.
  • the other edge region 1 " is provided with a magnetic strip 5.
  • the roof underlay 1 is made up of several layers, so that above and below the magnetic strip 5 or the metal strip 6 lies a layer of the roof underlay sheet 1
  • the edge region 1 " also carries an adhesive layer 2, which is covered with a cover strip 4. Be the two cover strips 4 deducted, the two adhesive layers 2 can adhere directly to each other.
  • the magnetic attraction between the metal strip 6 and the magnetic strip 5 ensures that the two edge regions 1 ', 1 "attract each other before bonding, thereby preventing the formation of a gap in the area of slack between two rafters.
  • the adhesive layer 3, which is applied to the other edge region 1 ", is not self-adhesive but is formed by a polymer which has a smooth surface High cohesive forces occur between the adhesive layer 2 and the adhesive contact surface 3 when the two surfaces are brought into contact with each other, Such an adhesive contact surface is provided in particular with such roof underlays 1, which have a rough surface
  • the adhesive contact surface 3 has a greater width than the adhesive layer 2. It is preferably more than twice or more than three times as wide as the actual adhesive layer 2, so that required by professional rules practiced RLapp area can always be used, whereby the adhesive strip always sticks to the contact surface.
  • cover strips 4 are not only intended to prevent contamination of the adhesive surface between production of the roof underlay sheet and laying the same.
  • the cover strips 4 are usually deducted only immediately before the bonding already laid paths. Primarily, the cover strips 4 should therefore prevent the two adhesive layers from unintentionally sticking together in an improper manner.
  • Such cover strips, which prevent the mutual bonding of adhesive layers, are also referred to as release film.
  • the two adhesive layers 2, 3 are not or hardly tacky.
  • the two adhesive layers 2, 3 are made of different materials that stick together as soon as they come into contact.
