Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'application d'au moins une étiquette (1) autoadhésive sur deux ou plusieurs côtés d'un l'objet (2) tridimensionnel qui est doté d'une saillie (2.2), en particulier en forme de patte définissant une gorge inférieure (2.7), ledit dispositif comprenant une surface de transport ou de support (13) qui porte l'objet (2) à étiqueter, au moins un dispositif d'application au moyen duquel l'étiquette (1) peut être appliquée sur la saillie (2.2) de l'objet (2), et avec au moins un dispositif de pression (14), qui, doté d'un corps de pression (14.10) ou d'une buse à air comprimé (24.1), est destiné à amener l'étiquette à épouser le contour de l'objet, sachant que le corps de pression (14.10) ou la buse à air comprimé (24.1) peut, au moyen d'une seule commande (14.2), être déplacé en avant et en arrière, d'une position de départ, verticalement distancée de la surface de transport ou de support (13) et située au-dessus de la surface de transport ou de support (13), dans une position de travail, sachant que l'objet (2) étiqueté est déplacée en passant sous le dispositif de pression (14), après que ledit dispositif de pression (14) ait été ramené dans sa position de départ par la commande (14.2), caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (1) est amenée à épouser le contour de la gorge inférieure (2.7) de l'objet (2), que le corps de pression (14.10) ou la buse à air comprimé (24.1) est installé sur un mécanisme articulé (14.1) qui est couplé avec la commande (14.2) unique, et que, dans la position de travail, le corps de pression (14.10) ou la buse à air comprimé (24.1) s'engage par en dessous dans la saillie (2.2) qui définit la gorge inférieure (2.7) de l'objet (2) à étiqueter et est disposé, au moins partiellement, sous cette saillie (2.2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de pression (14.10) touche l'objet (2) à étiqueter pendant l'application adaptée de l'étiquette (1), sachant que, lors du déplacement entre la position de départ et la position de travail et inversement, le mécanisme articulé en plusieurs parties (14.1) conduit le corps de pression (14.10), parallèlement orienté, à une surface de transport ou de support (13) sensiblement plane, qui porte l'objet (2) à étiqueter.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de pression (14.10) touche l'objet (2) à étiqueter pendant l'application adaptée de l'étiquette, sachant que, lors du déplacement de la position de départ dans la position de travail et inversement, le mécanisme articulé en plusieurs parties conduit le corps de pression (14.10) le long d'un chemin arqué ou en forme d'arc de cercle.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pression (14) est doté d'au moins un dispositif d'ajustage, au moyen duquel son point d'attaque peut être ajusté par rapport à l'objet (2) à étiqueter et / ou à la surface de transport ou de support (13).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pression (14) est doté de différents corps de pression (14.10) interchangeables, sachant que l'un desdits corps de pression (14.10) contacte, à l'état monté, l'objet (2) à étiqueter pendant l'application adaptée de l'étiquette (1), et / ou est doté de différents éléments d'engrenage (17, 18, 19, 20, 14.8, 14.9) interchangeables.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que un système d'orientation qui est doté d'au moins un dispositif de guidage (8, 10) qui oriente, parallèlement à un bord actif (14.14) longitudinal du corps de pression (14.10), la saillie (2.2) allongée qui définit la gorge (2.7) de l'objet (2) à étiqueter.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage est formé par des transporteurs (10.1, 10.2), de préférence par des transporteurs continus, qui sont dotés d'au moins un entraînement (10.3).
  8. Dispositif selon revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du dispositif de guidage (10) ou des transporteurs (10.1, 10.2) peut être réglée par rapport à la surface de transport ou de support (13).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'orientation est doté d'au moins deux transporteurs à sangle (10.1, 10.2) qui, s'étendant parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre, limitent un chemin de transport de l'objet (2) à étiqueter et peuvent être déplacés l'un vers l'autre et à l'opposé l'un de l'autre.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que l'une des sangles, au moins, est formée de plusieurs couches et est dotée d'une couche d'entraînement (10.6,10.7) qui, réalisée en mousse souple ou en matière reprenant élastiquement sa forme initiale, est orientée vers le chemin de transport.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que au moins un dispositif d'alimentation en étiquettes (3, 5, 6), qui amène l'étiquette (1) au dispositif d'application d'en haut ou d'en bas par rapport à un chemin de transport de l'objet (2) à étiqueter.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pression (14) peut être désactivé de sorte que l'application de l'étiquette (1) au moyen du dispositif d'application puisse être aussi effectuée sans agissement du dispositif de pression (14).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12,

    caractérisé par un dispositif de commande (25) au moyen duquel la commande (14.2), qui déplace le dispositif de pression (14), et / ou un transporteur (10.1, 10.2), qui transporte l'objet (2) à étiqueter, sont commandés de telle manière que l'objet (2) soit déplacé, au moyen du transporteur (10.1,10.2), le long d'une zone d'application et que le corps de pression (14.10), pour l'application de l'étiquette (1) sur la gorge (2.7) de l'objet (2) en en épousant le contour, soit déplacé le long de la zone d'application, à l'encontre dudit objet (2), de telle manière que l'application de l'étiquette (1) sur la gorge (2.7) en en épousant le contour s'effectue pendant le déplacement de l'objet (2) et le déplacement du dispositif de pression (14).
