Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de formation de groupes de cigarettes (11) par éjection d'un nombre de cigarettes (10) correspondant au contenu d'un paquet de cigarettes hors de conduits dressés (13) d'un magasin de cigarettes (12), limités par des parois de conduit (16), à l'aide de poussoirs (23, 24) en forme de tiges déplaçables en va-et-vient, qui entrent dans les conduits (13) pour pousser les cigarettes (10) et sont ensuite retirés dans une position de départ à l'extérieur de la région des conduits (13), les poussoirs (23, 24) associés à un groupe de cigarettes (11) étant connectés les uns aux autres pour former une unité, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les poussoirs (23) d'une unité sont connectés les uns aux autres dans une région de travail, c'est-à-dire dans une portion située au moins temporairement dans la région des conduits (13), par une connexion en forme de plaque - une plaque de connexion (29),
    b) la plaque de connexion (29) est disposée dans la région de section transversale inférieure des poussoirs (23) ou au niveau du bord inférieur de ceux-ci en vue de la connexion des poussoirs adjacents (23),
    c) les parois de conduit dressées (16) des conduits (13) s'étendent jusque dans la région des poussoirs (23) et se terminent entre ceux-ci à une certaine distance au-dessus de la plaque de connexion (29).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de connexion (29) s'étend sur toute la longueur des poussoirs (23).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les poussoirs (23, 24) sont connectés les uns aux autres au niveau du côté opposé au côté d'éjection des cigarettes (10) ou au niveau de leurs extrémités par une pièce de tête (27).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les parois de conduit (16) sont connectées à des parois de magasin (19, 20) dressées du côté avant et/ou du côté arrière de l'unité de conduit (14), de préférence de telle sorte que les parois de conduit (16) s'étendant dans la région principale supérieure à distance des parois de magasin (19, 20) soient fixées dans la région inférieure par au moins une saillie ou une nervure de connexion (31) à une paroi de magasin (19, 20).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les parois de conduit (16) dans la région de la paroi de magasin du côté arrière (20) au niveau du bord inférieur de celle-ci sortent à chaque fois avec une avancée de paroi (32) hors de la région de l'unité de conduit (14) et sont connectées l'une à l'autre à l'extérieur de l'unité de conduit (14), par exemple par un verrou transversal (33) au-dessus de la trajectoire de déplacement des poussoirs (23, 24).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le verrou transversal (33) est connecté par le biais de pièces de bout (36) aux parois latérales de magasin (19, 20).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que seulement un nombre sélectionné de poussoirs (23) sont connectés les uns aux autres, de telle sorte que les poussoirs du côté du bord (24) soient exposés et puissent être déformés ou déplacés dans la direction transversale par un organe de guidage fixe, en particulier un rouleau de support rotatif (43), lors du mouvement d'éjection des poussoirs (23, 24) dans une position oblique ou angulaire vers les poussoirs adjacents (23).

  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la branche de renforcement (44) sert d'organe de guidage pour le poussoir (24), en
    particulier par introduction dans une rainure (45) des parois latérales (17, 18) de l'unité de conduit (14) et/ou par introduction dans une rainure annulaire (46) du rouleau de support (43).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi de magasin, en particulier la paroi de magasin du côté arrière (20) est montée de manière pivotante pour se déplacer dans une position d'ouverture, une portion de paroi pivotante (37) étant divisée en au moins deux branches de paroi (39, 40), lesquelles sont connectées l'une à l'autre par une articulation intermédiaire (41) de telle sorte que les branches de paroi (39, 40) soient orientées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la position d'ouverture de la portion de paroi (37) suivant un certain angle (intérieur).
