- Procédé pour la fabrication d'une trancheuse pour aliments, présentant un châssis de machine et un couteau entraîné par un moteur pour la séparation de tranches d'un aliment en forme de boudin, un revêtement étant appliqué à la surface du châssis de machine, qui forme, avec un liant, une matrice stable pour les constituants céramique d'oxyde et polytétrafluoroéthylène et qui est appliqué sous forme de laque qui contient un solvant, la céramique d'oxyde présentant des particules d'oxyde d'aluminium Al2O3 et de dioxyde de titane TiO2.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, une couche constituée par un promoteur d'adhérence ou une charge étant d'abord appliquée sur une surface du châssis de machine et la laque étant appliquée ensuite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, la surface du châssis de machine étant d'abord sablée avant l'application de la laque ou du promoteur d'adhérence ou de la charge.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, la laque étant séchée en deux étapes dans un procédé à température régulée en ce qu'une étape de séchage à une température plus basse est suivie d'une étape de cuisson ou de frittage à une température plus élevée.
