Claims (12)
- Unité de réception (20) pour la réception d'au moins une pièce (13),

et
ladite unité de réception (20) comportant au moins un module de réception (23) où au moins un élément de maintien (21, 22) est prévu,
le module de réception (23) étant monté de manière à être déplaçable dans l'unité de réception (20), de telle manière que l'espacement entre l'élément de maintien (21, 22) dans le module de réception (23) et la pièce (13) à recevoir soit réglable indépendamment de l'espacement entre d'autres éléments de maintien (21, 22) et la pièce (13) à recevoir, et
un des modules de réception (23) comportant au moins un élément de maintien (21) basé sur le principe de fonctionnement magnétique,
caractérisée en ce que
l'élément de maintien (21) est réalisé comme ventouse magnétique comportant un piston à mouvement alternatif, mobile dans un cylindre en tant qu'aimant permanent. - Unité de réception (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs modules de réception (23) sont prévus dans l'unité de réception (20).
- Unité de réception (20) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de réception (20) comporte au moins un dispositif de pré-contrainte qui applique une force de pré-contrainte sur le ou les modules de réception (23) dans la direction de la pièce (13) à recevoir.
- Unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de réception (20) comporte au moins une unité d'entraînement pour le ou les modules de réception (23), apte à déplacer le ou les modules de réception (23) vers la pièce (13) à recevoir, et à l'éloigner ou les éloigner de celle-ci.
- Unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les différents éléments de maintien (21, 22) sont basés sur au moins deux principes physiques de fonctionnement différents.
- Unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un module de réception (23) comporte au moins un élément de maintien (22) réalisé comme ventouse magnétique.
- Unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de réception (20) comporte des guidages (26) au moyen desquels le ou les modules de réception (23) sont montés de manière coulissante.
- Unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de réception (20) comporte au moins une butée (25) limitant le déplacement du ou des modules de réception (23) dans la direction de la pièce (13) à recevoir.
- Unité de réception (20) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la butée (25) est prévue sur le guidage (26).
- Unité de chargement et de déchargement de tôle (14) avec une unité de réception (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
- Machine à usiner les tôles (1) avec une unité de chargement et de déchargement de tôle (14) selon la revendication 10.
- Machine à usiner les tôles (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine à usiner les tôles (1) est une machine à estamper.
