Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Oberflächenabschöpfung eines Schwimmbades, die eine Scharte (2) zur Führung von Wasser von dem Schwimmbad ausgehend von einem ersten Stirnrand (21), der eine Öffnung (22) für den Eintritt von Wasser umgibt, in Richtung eines zweiten Randes (23), der mit einem Filter- und Wasserablasskörper (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Scharte erste Wände (20, 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) umfasst, die den ersten Rand (21) mit dem zweiten Rand (23) verbinden, wobei die Scharte (2) dazu bestimmt ist, in ein Aufnahmeloch (6) eingesetzt zu werden, das in einem oberen Teil einer zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbades vorgesehen ist, einen Beckenrand (7) umfasst, der sich auf der Scharte (2) und auf der zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbads befinden soll, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich zum ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) mindestens ein Verstärkungselement (8) umfasst, das um eine bestimmte Länge auf beiden Seiten der Scharte (2) rechts und links hinausragt und das dazu bestimmt ist, auf oder in der zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbads zwischen der Scharte (2) und dem Beckenrand (7) und gegen mindestens den ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) angeordnet zu sein.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (8) dazu bestimmt ist, sich unter dem Beckenrand (7) zu erstrecken.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (8) mindestens einen metallischen Stab (80) umfasst, der um eine bestimmte Länge auf beiden Seiten der Scharte (2) rechts und links hinausragt und der dazu bestimmt ist, auf oder in der zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbades zwischen der Scharte (2) und dem Beckenrand (7) und gegen mindestens den ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) angeordnet zu sein.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (80) in einem Kunststoff der Scharte (2), der sich auf seinem ersten Rand (21) befindet, nach einem Gussstück geformt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Wände (20, 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) der Scharte (2) eine erste obere Wand (20a) umfassen, die Vorrichtung zusätzlich zu einem ersten Stab oder Einsatz (80), der das Verstärkungselement (8) gegen den ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) bildet, mehrere zweite Stäbe (85) umfasst, die von vorne nach hinten verteilt sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen der Scharte (2) und dem Beckenrand (7), hinter dem ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) zwischen mindestens zwei Stützpunkten (61, 62) der Wand (60) auf beiden Seiten der Scharte (2) und über der ersten oberen Wand (20a) der Scharte (2) angeordnet zu sein.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Stäbe (85) von den mehreren einen Teil eines Geflechts (86) bilden.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (8) ein Blech (87) umfasst, das um eine bestimmte Länge auf beiden Seiten der Scharte (2) rechts und links hinausragt und das dazu bestimmt ist, auf oder in der zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbads zwischen der Scharte (2) und dem Beckenrand (7) und gegen mindestens den ersten Stirnrand (21) der Scharte (2) angeordnet zu sein.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech an seinem vorderen Ende durch mindestens einen zweiten Versteifungsstirnrand (89) L-förmig verlängert ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech (87) mehrere Durchgangslöcher (88) zwischen seiner oberen Fläche und seiner unteren Fläche umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter- und Ablasskörper (3) mindestens eine Wasserüberlauf-Ablassleitung (37) umfasst, die anfangs durch mindestens eine Wand (371) verschlossen ist, die mehrere Teile (371a, 371b, 371c, 371d, 371e) umfasst, die teilbar und entlang mehrerer Positionen in der Höhenrichtung verteilt sind.

  12. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der seitliche Ausschnitt (9) im oberen Teil und auf der einen und der anderen rechten oder linken Seite des ersten Stirnrands (21) vorgesehen ist.
  13. Schwimmbad, das mindestens eine zweite Wand (60) zum Enthalten eines Wasservolumens umfasst, wobei die zweite Wand (60) des Schwimmbads ein Aufnahmeloch (6) umfasst, in dem eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Oberflächenabschöpfung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche eingesetzt ist, wobei die zweite Wand (60) mit einem Beckenrand (7) bedeckt ist, der die Scharte (2) überragt, wobei das mindestens ein Verstärkungselement (8) auf beiden Seiten der Scharte (2) rechts und links auf oder in der zweiten Wand (60) des Schwimmbads zwischen der Scharte (2) und dem Beckenrand (7) und gegen mindestens die erste Stirnwand (21) der Scharte (2) angeordnet ist.
