- Dispositif (1) destiné au transport de produit d'emballage (7) et au déplacement du produit d'emballage (7) dans des boîtes de réception (6), comprenant :une première bande transporteuse (3), sur laquelle le produit d'emballage (7) peut être acheminé en continu dans une direction de transport au moyen d'un agencement d'entraîneurs (5),une seconde bande transporteuse (4), sur laquelle les boîtes de réception (6) peuvent être acheminées en cadence vers une position de réception,un dispositif de renversement avec une caisse de renversement (9), dans lequel le produit d'emballage (7) peut pivoter en cadence d'essentiellement 90°, la caisse de renversement (9) présentant un fond (11), un couvercle (13), une paroi latérale (15) et une ouverture latérale, et le dispositif de renversement comprenant un chariot (22), assemblé en rotation avec la caisse de renversement (9), et un élément de guidage (23), dans lequel est guidée la caisse de renversement (9),un dispositif d'insertion (27), qui est apte à introduire le produit d'emballage (7) dans à position de réception, perpendiculairement à la direction de transport, dans l'une des boîtes de réception (6), le produit d'emballage (7) pouvant être poussé dans la caisse de renversement (9), dans la direction de transport, de la première bande transporteuse (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture latérale,caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de renversement est conçu de telle sorte qu'un déplacement linéaire, s'étendant verticalement vers le haut, du chariot (22) provoque le mouvement de pivotement de la caisse de renversement (9) de 90°, la rotation de la caisse de renversement (9) étant provoquée par le guidage d'un rouleau d'appui (21) de la caisse de renversement (9) dans l'élément de guidage (23). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture latérale de la caisse de renversement (9) est orientée vers le haut dans la position de réception.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (22) est entraîné par un servomoteur (28) au moyen d'un entraînement par courroie (26).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le servomoteur (28) est connectable sélectivement.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caisse de renversement (9) présente au moins un creux (25) pour l'agencement d'entraîneurs (5).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caisse de renversement (9) présente une gorge (29).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit d'emballage (7) est une pile d'emballages à blister (8).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (23) du dispositif de renversement est stationnaire et invariable.
