Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stocking and / or -ziehzieh Anlagen according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Dressing aids for compression stockings are from the prior art, for example. From the EP 0 332 837 A1 and from the DE 203 19 239 U1 , known. Usually, a sock stocking is provided for dressers, over which the stocking at least partially is slipped in order to subsequently introduce at least a portion of the foot in the put on the stocking sock stocking and then roll the stocking over the leg of the stocking receptacle.
  • such a donning aid for stockings has the disadvantage that a stocking, which is at least partially slipped over the stocking of the donning aid, due to its own tension can slide down from the stocking.
  • An undressing of the stocking with the help of the known stocking aid is therefore not possible.
  • undressing first of all, the stocking is rolled from the down to the foot onto the stocking holder. Then the foot would have to be pulled out of the remaining stocking. However, it comes down to the rolled stocking of the stocking.
  • the invention is thus based on the object to design the known dressing aid for stockings, in particular for compression stockings, and further develop that they can also be used to take off stockings.
  • the stocking and / or -ziehzieh Vietnamese not only serves for putting on and taking off stockings, but can equally be used for tights.
  • each stocking part of the pantyhose is put on or taken off in succession.
  • a stocking attracting and / or -ziehziehzz is operated while sitting.
  • An undressing of the stocking can thus preferably be done at bedtime and on getting up directly on the bed.
  • the stocking is taken off, it is unrolled, for example, to the heel from the leg onto the stocking receptacle, and the latter is thus slipped over the stocking receptacle. Then the stocking is pulled over the heel either with the hands or suitable aids.
  • the stocking applied to the stocking receptacle is fixed by the holding element relative to the stocking receptacle.
  • This allows the one foot can be easily pulled out of the rest of the stocking without the part of the stocking on the stocking holder being pulled down from the stocking receptacle. It can be supported with the other foot on the stocking and / or -ziehzieh Anlagen to apply a higher force when pulling out of the foot of the stocking and easier to get out of the sock.
  • the sock tightening / pulling-off aid is inclined to the stocking support in such a way that ergonomic and comfortable extension is possible.
  • the tendency of the sock tightening / pulling-off aid during the pull-out operation continues to increase.
  • the pantyhose tightening and / or extension aid is then inclined flat on the floor by about 90 °, as compared with the beginning of the extraction, thus facilitating the extraction of the foot.
  • the stocking can advantageously remain on the sock receptacle because it is secured by the retaining element. To fix the stocking it is clamped between the holding area of the holding element and the stocking of the stocking attracting and / or -ziehzieh Anlagen.
  • the present invention makes it possible to use the tights by means of the holding element, which the Stocking fixes relative to the stocking of the stocking aid and avoids unwanted slipping down of the stocking slipped on the receptacle, also to use to support the Ausziehvorgangs of stockings.
  • the invention provides a valuable improvement in the quality of life, especially weaker and older people, who require not only the donning, but also the extraction of compression stockings every day a considerable time and energy-consuming effort.
  • These people can now put on and take off themselves, because they can put on and take off their compression stockings thanks to the invention itself.
  • the use of expensive nurses alone for the purpose of dressing and undressing of compression stockings can now be dispensed with.
  • An attachment of the retaining element to the pantyhose pulling and / or -ziehzieh Anlagen advantageously allows the holding portion of the retaining element in a simple manner can apply a pressure on the stocking receptacle and thereby an intermediate lying part of a sock can be clamped and thus fixed.
  • a releasable attachment of the retaining element to the stocking and / or -ziehzieh Anlagen makes it advantageous to already existing Strumpfanzieh Anlagenn the above style equipped with a retaining element or retrofit such.
  • the known pure dressing aids for taking off stockings can be used.
  • An advantageous further use of existing stocking aids with extended to the removal of the stockings functionality is possible.
  • the holding element is rotatably mounted on the stocking attachment and / or removal aid about an axis of rotation, this advantageously results in a rotational degree of freedom of the holding element, by which simple storage with simultaneously simple guidance of the holding area to the stocking receptacle is achieved.
  • this results in a simple handling of the holding element, which explains the function of the holding element itself. So cumbersome instructions or manuals are unnecessary.
  • the holding element may have means for varying a contact pressure between the holding region and the sock receptacle.
  • a contact pressure between the holding region and the sock receptacle can be exercised in this way by the holding element in a simple manner just as much contact pressure, on the one hand to fix the stocking enough so that he does not pull off The stocking slips, and on the other not to damage the stocking.
  • a surface of the holding element directed toward the stocking receptacle may comprise rubber or plastic, in order to likewise prevent destruction of the stocking and, secondly, to achieve a sufficient fixation of the stocking relative to the stocking receptacle surface of the holding element.
