- the invention relates to an industrial fabric, more particularly, to an industrial fabric for use in construction spots.
- Geotextile clothes are usually used in construction and irrigation fields, especially for repairing constructions after natural disasters, and are very much appreciated in the engineering sector. Since the environment for using the geotextile clothes is usually encountered in tough conditions, such as, in many occasions, soil with very big humidity is involved. As such, it is often required that the geotextile clothes must have characteristics of excellent capability of anti-hydrolysis, good mechanical adaptability for humidity, good water permeability, etc.
- a conventional geotextile cloth 1 includes a plurality of warp yarns 11 and a plurality of weft yarns 12. During plain weaving the geotextile cloth 1, each weft yarn 12 crosses the warp yarns 11 by going over one, then under the next and so on.
- the plain weaving method provides a high strength and firm structure for the geotextile cloth 1, and is the most commonly used weaving method.
- the geotextile cloth 1 since the geotextile cloth 1 must fulfill the requirement of high strength and good water permeability, the number of monofilaments for each yarn, or the strength or air holes in each yarn is a key factor that determines whether the geotextile cloth 1 is sufficient to permeate water and to block soil and other debris. Due to the restriction of the weaving method implemented by orthogonal weaving of the warp yarns 11 and the weft yarns 12, the density of the plain weave of the geotextile cloth 1 can be too high to permeate water, or too low to achieve a sufficient strength.

Claims (10)
- Tissu industriel (3) comprenant
une pluralité de fils (31, 32) réalisés en polymères et s'étendant dans les sens de chaîne et de trame et tissés de manière à obtenir une structure d'armure sergée, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits fils (31) comportent une pluralité de fils multi-filament (31), chacun desdits fils multi-filament (31) présentant une pluralité de fibres mono-filament (311), ladite structure d'armure sergée comportant de 7,87 à 78,7 fibres mono-filament (311) par mm (de 200 à 2000 par pouce) mesurés dans l'un ou l'autre des sens de chaîne et de trame, un degré de finesse de chacun desdits fils mono-filament allant de 5,56 tex à 55,6 tex (de 50 deniers à 500 deniers). - Tissu industriel (3) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits fils comportent par ailleurs une pluralité de fils mono-filament (32), chacun desdits fils mono-filament (32) présentant un seul mono-filament.
- Tissu industriel (3) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la structure d'armure sergée comporte de 0,20 à 2,36 fils mono-filament (32) par mm (de 5 à 60 par pouce), mesurés dans l'un ou l'autre des sens de chaîne et de trame, un degré de finesse de chacun desdits fils mono-filament (32) variant de 55,7 tex à 222,2 tex (501 deniers à 2000 deniers).
- Tissu industriel selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits fils multi-filament (31) sont disposés dans le sens de chaîne et lesdits fils mono-filament (32) sont disposés dans l'un, ou l'un et l'autre, des sens de trame et de chaîne.
- Tissu industriel selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits fils multi-filament (31) sont disposés dans le sens de trame, et lesdits fils mono-filament (32) sont disposés dans l'un, ou l'un et l'autre, des sens de trame et de chaîne.
- Tissu industriel selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits fils mono-filament (32) sont disposés dans le sens de chaîne, et lesdits fils multi-filament (31) sont disposés dans l'un et l'autre des sens de trame et de chaîne.
- Tissu industriel selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits fils mono-filament (32) sont disposés dans le sens de trame, et lesdits fils multi-filament (31) sont disposés dans l'un et l'autre des sens de trame et de chaîne.

- Tissu industriel selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel ladite structure d'armure sergée présente un motif de l'un parmi de n/1 sergé à n/7 sergé, où n varie de 2 à 7.
