Am Ende des ersten Verfahrensabschnittes liegen vollständig voneinander getrennte Plattenstreifen vor, am Ende des zweiten Verfahrensabschnittes sind diese in völlig voneinander getrennte Teilplatten zersägt. Das beim Stand der Technik an sich bekannte Verfahren funktioniert problemlos, solange die im Resultat zu zerschneidenden Teilplatten in zumindest einer Kantenlänge mit einer Breite der im ersten Verfahrensabschnitt zuzusägenden Plattenstreifen übereinstimmen. Problematisch wird es, wenn die Teilplatten, die aus einem Plattenstreifen herausgesägt werden sollen, nicht zumindest in einer Kantenlänge übereinstimmen. Beim Stand der Technik werden in diesem Fall sogenannte Drittschnitte durchgeführt, um aus einem Zwischenformat das letztendlich gewünschte Endformat der Teilplatte herauszusägen. Sowohl im oder vor dem ersten Verfahrensabschnitt als auch in oder vor dem zweiten Verfahrensabschnitt können die an sich bekannten Besäumschnitte am Rand der ursprünglichen Platte durchgeführt werden, falls diese notwendig sind. Gem. der Erfindung ist nun ein dritter Verfahrensabschnitt vorgesehen. Dieser kann anschließend oder während des zweiten Verfahrensabschnittes durchgeführt bzw. begonnen werden. In diesem dritten Verfahrensabschnitt ist vorgesehen, zumindest eine der Teilplatten oder auch mehrere Teilplatten von der Rücktransporteinrichtung der Plattenaufteilanlagen zu der oder einer der Sägeeinrichtungen zurück zu transportieren, um dann mittels der Sägeeinrichtung zumindest einen Drittschnitt durchzuführen, um so die Teil-platte noch einmal zu zersägen und das gewünschte Endformat herzustellen. Ein Grundgedanke der Erfindung ist es somit, dass man die oder eine der für die Erst-und/oder Zweitschnitte verwendete Sägeeinrichtung auch für die Drittschnitte verwendet, indem man diejenigen Teilplatten, an denen Drittschnitte notwendig sind, maschinell mittels Rücktransporteinrichtung wieder dieser oder einer der Sägeeinrichtungen zuführt. Das Verfahren kann auf unterschiedlichsten Plattenaufteilanlagen durchgeführt werden. So kann eine Plattenaufteilanlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zwei voneinander verschiedene Sägeeinrichtungen in Form der ersten Sägeeinrichtung für die Erstschnitte und der zweiten Sägeeinrichtung für die Zweitschnitte aufweisen. Die Drittschnitte können dann sowohl von der ersten Sägeeinrichtung als auch von der zweiten Sägeeinrichtung durchgeführt werden, wenn die Rücktransporteinrichtung entsprechend ausgebildet ist. Erfindungsgemäße Verfahren können aber auch auf Plattenaufteilanlagen durchgeführt werden, welche nur eine einzige Sägeeinrichtung aufweisen. Dies ist möglich, wenn mittels einer entsprechenden Rücktransporteinrichtung nach dem ersten Verfahrensabschnitt die Teilplatten für den zweiten Verfahrensabschnitt gegebenenfalls im Anschluss an eine Drehung wieder der Sägeeinrichtung zugeführt werden, um dann die Zweitschnitte durchzuführen. Entsprechend werden dann auch gem. der Erfindung mittels der Rücktransporteinrichtung die Teilplatten zurückgeführt, um dann mit derselben Sägeeinrichtung wiederum die Drittschnitte durchzuführen. Dies ist insbesondere dann günstigerweise vorzusehen, wenn die Teilplatte zur Durchführung des Drittschnittes einer ersten Sägeeinrichtung zugeführt wird, welcher in der normalen Transportrichtung noch eine zweite Sägeeinrichtung folgt. Hinzuweisen ist noch darauf, dass die Plattenaufteilanlagen 2 durchwegs aus an sich bekannten Einrichtungen und Bauteilen zusammengesetzt werden können. So sind beim Stand der Technik verschiedenste Transporteinrichtungen bekannt, welche jeweils an den genannten Stellen eingesetzt werden können. Das gleiche gilt für Mittel, wie die Anschläge 21 zur Ausrichtung der Platten. Auch Vorschubeinrichtungen 20 und 24 sind in verschiedensten Ausführungsbeispielen beim Stand der Technik im Einsatz. Claims (14)
- A method for sawing up at least one panel (1) with a panel sizing installation (2), wherein the panel (1) in a first method stage is sawn up into panel strips (5) which are completely severed from each other by a sawing means (3) of the panel sizing installation (2) by means of a first cut or a plurality of first cuts along a first-cut line (4) of the first cut or a plurality of first-cut lines (4) of the first cuts, and the panel strips (5) then in a second method stage are sawn up into partial panels (8) which are completely severed from each other by a sawing means (6) of the panel sizing installation (2) by means of a second cut or a plurality of second cuts along a second-cut line (7) of the second cut or a plurality of second-cut lines (7) of the second cuts, wherein, viewed with respect to the panel (1), the first-cut line(s) (4) is (are) arranged obliquely or orthogonally to the second-cut line (7) or the second-cut lines (7), characterised in that in a third method stage then or during the second method stage at least one of the partial panels (8) is separated out by a removal means (17) and is transported back to the or one of the sawing means (3, 6) by a return-transportation means (9) of the panel sizing installation (2) and is sawn up once again by this sawing means (3, 6) by means of at least one third cut.

- A method according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the partial panel (8) is sawn up at most by means of one third cut.
- A method according to Claim 4, characterised in that at least one of the parts (13) sawn out of the partial panel (8) after the third cut is removed by a removal means (26) without having been supplied previously to another one of the sawing means (3, 6).
- A method according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the third cut or the third cuts are sawn along one or more third-cut lines (14), the third-cut lines (14), viewed with respect to the panel (1), being arranged parallel to the first-cut line or lines (4) or parallel to the second-cut line or lines (7).

- A method according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the first method stage and the second method stage are carried out with the same sawing means (3, 6).
