Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for sawing at least one plate with a panel sizing saw with at least one saw blade, in particular circular saw blade, wherein the plate in a first process section by means of a first cut or multiple first cuts along a linear first cut line of the first cut or a plurality of linear, in particular parallel,
- the plate in a first process section by means of a first cut or multiple first cuts along a linear first cut line of the first cut or a plurality of linear, in particular parallel,
- the plate strips are then sawed in a second process section by means of a second cut or a plurality of second cuts along a linear second cut line of the second cut or more linear, in particular parallel, second cut lines of the second cuts in completely separate sub-plates, wherein the First cut line (s) is (are) arranged obliquely or orthogonal to the second cut line or the second cut lines.
- the division of a plate or large plate by means of a Plattenaufteilsäge or a Plattenaufteilstrom is a strictly sequential process.
- plate strips are produced from the plate.
- these strips are then sawn into partial plates.
- At the end of the first stage of the process are completely separate plate strips.
- At the end of the second process section these are sawn into completely separate sub-panels.
- the method known per se in the prior art functions without any problems, as long as the part plates to be cut in the result coincide in at least one edge length with the width of the plate strips to be zuzusägenden in the first process section.
- the object of the invention is therefore to further develop a generic method, so that the third-cut problem is solved in a simple and cost-effective manner.
- the invention provides that during the first process section along at least one linear, preferably parallel to the (the) Wartenline (s) extending insert cut line at least one insert cut is sawed in which the plate is sawed only on a section which is shorter than the entire extension of the plate in the direction of the insert cutting line is.
- insert cut or insert cuts are cut along linear insert cutting lines, which preferably run parallel to the first cut line (s).
- the insert cut or insert cuts are shorter than the first cuts. While in the first cuts the plate is sawn over its entire length in completely separate plate strips, the insert cuts only over a partial distance, which is shorter than the entire extent of the plate in the direction of the insert cutting line.
- a cutting end remains, which extends longitudinally in the direction of the insert cutting line over a cutting end length.
- this cut end should not be visible in any of the finally produced partial plates.
- a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention provides that subsequent to the first method section, in the second method section with at least two second cuts, at least one waste strip is sawn out of the plate strip in which the insert cut is arranged, wherein at least the cut end of the partial section of the insert cut is arranged completely within the waste strip.
- a waste strip is thus sawn out in the region in which the cut end of the insert cut falls, so that the cut end is no longer visible in the finally produced partial plates.
- the first cut lines are parallel to each other and the second cut lines are preferably also parallel to each other.
- the insert cut lines are also conveniently arranged.
- the first cut lines and the second cut lines can be arranged orthogonal to one another, ie at a 90 ° angle to each other. Deviating from this, however, it is also possible for the first cut lines to be arranged obliquely, that is to say neither orthogonally nor parallel to the second cut lines.
- the first cut lines do not necessarily have to be parallel to one another or parallel to the insert cut lines. The same applies to the second cut lines with each other.
- the method according to the invention can be used with comparatively simple panel dividing saws. These usually have a sawing line with a saw blade, wherein the handling or insertion of the plate and plate strips is usually performed manually by a machine operator.
- the method according to the invention can also be carried out in fully automated panel sizing saws which have one, two or more sawing lines and thus a corresponding number of saw blades and in which panel handling is carried out automatically.
- the operator has mainly supervisory character.
- the method according to the invention is used in panel dividing systems with at least two sawing lines, it may be provided that the first cut or cuts and the insert cut (s) are sawn by a first saw blade of the panel dividing saw and the second cut or cuts are cut. e) is sawn by a second saw blade.
- a panel strip turning device preferably by a turntable, following the first method section and before the start of the second method section.
- the Slab turning device makes it possible to perform all cuts so both the first cuts and the insert cuts as well as the second cuts with only one saw blade.
- Fig. 1 shows a highly schematic side view of a simple embodiment of a panel sizing 2, which can be used for the inventive method for sawing a plate 1 or a plate stack.
- the panel sizing saw 2 shown has a machine table 13, which is set up by means of the machine table feet 18 on a substrate. On the machine table 13, the in Fig. 1 not shown plates 1 are placed.
- the saw blade 3 is provided. Under sawing or sawing is understood that with the saw blade 3, a plate 1 or a plate stack is severed over its entire thickness.
- the saw blade 3 is conveniently, as is known, lowered into the saw carriage 15 and from this in the in Fig. 1 shown Saw can be raised.
- the saw blade 3 may additionally be assigned a scoring saw blade 16, as shown in FIG Fig. 1 is shown schematically. With this, a surface of the plate 1 or the plate strip 5 can be scratched along the respective first cut and / or insert cut and / or second cut, before the respective first cut and / or insert cut and / or second cut is sawn with the associated saw blade 3.
- the scoring saw blade 16 is thus not intended to completely sever the plate 1 over its entire thickness. Rather, it serves to score or cut a groove-shaped recess in the plate whose depth is less than the thickness of the plate 1.
- the scoring saw blade 16 can be lowered independently of the saw blade 3 to which it is associated so as to bring it out of contact with the slab 1 to be sawn.
- the saw blade 3 and the scoring saw blade 16 are raised to be brought into contact with the plate 1 to be diced or the plate stack to be diced. If they are not needed, they can be lowered into the saw carriage 15. Notwithstanding the embodiment shown in FIG Fig. 1 Of course, it is also possible that the saw blade 3 and / or the scoring saw blade 16 acts from above on the workpiece to be sawn. In this case, the saw blades 3 and 16 are lowered for sawing and raised for disengaging with the workpiece to be sawn.
- the saw carriage 15 is mounted in the guide rail 17 in the direction 23, preferably motorized.
- the guide rail 17 is also provided as a suction device for the costs incurred in the sawing process and thrown into the saw carriage 15 sawdust.
- an exhaust 19 is arranged at one end of the channel-like running guide rail 17, which is known per se and need not be explained further.
- the illustrated panel sizing saw 2 also has a pressure bar 14, which can be lowered along the pressure bar stand 20 in the direction of the machine table 13 and lifted off again in the opposite direction.
- the pressure bar 14 is used, as is known, to hold down the plate 1, the plate stack or the plate strip 5 when sawing on the machine table 13, or press.
- a suction device for sawdust thrown upwards by the saw blade 3 can be integrated into the pressure bar 14.
- FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the plate to be sawn 1.
- Dashed lines indicate the Routenlinien 4 along which the first cuts are performed.
- the two outer first cuts or first cut lines 4 serve for trimming the plate.
- the plate 1 in the two in the 3 and 4 sawed plate strip 5 sawed.
- the plate strips are completely separated from each other. The respective section thus takes place along the respective first cut line 4 through the entire extent of the plate 1 in the direction of the respective first cut line 4.
- first cuts can be made, for example, with the in Fig. 1 shown panel sizing 2 are performed by the saw carriage 15 is first moved once in a marginal waiting position. Subsequently, the plate 1 is placed on the machine table 13 in the desired position for the first first cut position, the pressure bar 14 is lowered and carried out the sawing process by moving the saw carriage 15 along the guide rail 17 and thus along the respective first cut line 4. In this case, both the scoring saw blade 16 and the saw blade 3 in the in Fig. 1 raised sawing position shown.
- first cut line 4 If the cut is completed along the respective first cut line 4, ie the blade is cut completely, then the saw blade and scoring saw blade are lowered, the saw carriage 15 is moved to its starting position, the pressure bar 14 is raised and the plate 1 is repositioned so that it is cut along the next first cut line 4 can be.
- the moving and handling of the plates 1 can be carried out by operators in smaller panel sizing 2 by hand. In larger panel dividing systems known per se slide-in wagons are generally provided with grippers in the prior art, which grip the plate 1 and position following a programmable controller. If all first cuts along the first cut lines 4 are carried out in this manner, the first method section ends. One of the two plate strips 5 is brought into a waiting position.
- the other plate strip 5 is rotated by an angle of preferably 90 °, so that subsequently by means of the saw blade 3 and the scoring saw blade 16, the second cuts are made along the second cut lines 6, which leads to the division of the plate strips 5 in the sub-plates 7. These second cuts are also made such that the partial plates produced from the plate strips 5 are completely separated from one another along the second cut lines 6.
- the rotation of the plate strips 5 before sawing the second cuts can by hand or by means of an automated slab rotary device, such as a turntable, as known in the art.
- Fig. 5 to 7 now show a first example, as is done in a method modified according to the invention.
- Fig. 5 again shows a plan view of the plate 1.
- the 6 and 7 show plan views of the plate strips 5, which arise by sawing the plate 1 by means of Wartene.
- the sawing along the first cutting lines 4 in the first process section is now carried out first as in the prior art and with reference to Fig. 2 explained.
- a so-called insert cut along the in Fig. 5 sawn insert cutting line 8 sawed.
- the plate 1 is completely severed on the section 9 by the saw blade 3.
- the insert section ends along the insert cutting line 8 but in its cut end 11.
- the section 9 on which the plate 1 is sawed by means of insert cut is thus shorter than the entire extent of the plate in the direction 10 of the insert cutting line 8.
- the plate strip 5 are sawn in succession along the second cut lines 6 in the second process section.
- the plate strip 5 according to Fig. 7 occurs no change compared to the prior art.
- the waste strip 12 is cut out in the region of the plate strip 5, in which the cut end 11 of the section 9 of the insert section is located.
- the width of the waste strip 12 is chosen so that the cut end 11 is completely within the waste strip over its entire cut end length 22 12 is arranged.
- the width of the waste strip 12 may be selected to be slightly larger than the cut end length 22.
- Fig. 8 shows in a schematic side view of the saw blades 3 and 16, the machine table 13 and the plate to be sawn 1 again increases the cut end 11 at the end of the insert cutting line 8.
- the cut end 11 due to the shape of the saw blade 3 in Direction 10 of the insert cutting line 8 is elongated over a Thomasendin 22.
- This cut end 11 should not be seen in the rule in the finished cut part plates 7.
- the waste strip 12 is provided, wherein the cut end 11 is completely within the waste strip 12 over its entire Thomasendinate 22.
- the problem of Thomasendzin 22 occurs in particular in saw blades 3 in the form of circular saw blades. But even with stitch or band saws or the like.
- Fig. 9 to 11 show a further embodiment, as in a method according to the invention can be proceeded.
- plate strips 5 are cut out three part plates 7, which do not match each other in any of their edge lengths.
- two are used in this embodiment in the first method section Saw cuts cut along the insert cutting lines 8 in the plate 1. Accordingly, as in Fig. 10 shown, then also sawed out two waste strips 12 by means of the second cuts along the second cut line 6.
- the embodiments shown serve only to explain the method according to the invention.
- numerous other formats of the partial plates 7 can be produced by the method according to the invention.
- the first cut lines 4 and the insert cut lines 8 are each arranged parallel to one another.
- the invention is not necessarily limited thereto. It does not necessarily have to be provided that the first cut lines 4 and the insert cut lines 8 run parallel to one another. The same applies to the second cut lines 6.
- the angle between the first cut lines 4 and the second cut lines 6 or between the insert cut lines 8 and the second cut lines 6 also does not necessarily have to be orthogonal.
- the respective cutting lines can also be arranged at different oblique angles to each other.
- the panel dividing saw 2 is preferably partially or fully automatically controlled by a programmable control or regulating device.
- a programmable control or regulating device for the sake of completeness, it should be pointed out that the method according to the invention is based not only on the in Fig. 1 schematically shown panel sizing 2 but can be performed on a variety of known panel sizing or systems.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for sawing at least one plate with a panel sizing saw with at least one saw blade, in particular circular saw blade, wherein the plate in a first process section by means of a first cut or multiple first cuts along a linear first cut line of the first cut or a plurality of linear, in particular parallel, Erstschnittlinien the first cuts are sawed into mutually completely separate plate strips and the plate strips are then sawed in a second process section by means of a second cut or a plurality of second cuts along a linear second cut line of the second cut or more linear, in particular parallel, second cut lines of the second cuts in completely separate sub-plates, wherein the First cut line (s) is (are) arranged obliquely or orthogonal to the second cut line or the second cut lines.
The division of a plate or large plate by means of a Plattenaufteilsäge or a Plattenaufteilanlage is a strictly sequential process. In the first dividing cycle or in the first method section, plate strips are produced from the plate. In the further division cycle or in the second process section, these strips are then sawn into partial plates. At the end of the first stage of the process are completely separate plate strips. At the end of the second process section, these are sawn into completely separate sub-panels. The method known per se in the prior art functions without any problems, as long as the part plates to be cut in the result coincide in at least one edge length with the width of the plate strips to be zuzusägenden in the first process section. It becomes problematic if the partial plates which are to be sawn out of a plate strip do not coincide at least in one edge length. In the prior art so-called third cuts are performed in this case to saw out of an intermediate format the final desired final format of the sub-plate. These third cuts have the problem that the intermediate formats must be re-inserted after the second process section in the panel sizing to the third section for the production of the sub-plate with the desired Dimensions to perform. This is both time consuming and labor intensive.
The object of the invention is therefore to further develop a generic method, so that the third-cut problem is solved in a simple and cost-effective manner.
For this purpose, the invention provides that during the first process section along at least one linear, preferably parallel to the (the) Erstschnittlinie (s) extending insert cut line at least one insert cut is sawed in which the plate is sawed only on a section which is shorter than the entire extension of the plate in the direction of the insert cutting line is.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that during the first method section additional insert cuts are cut along linear insert cutting lines, which preferably run parallel to the first cut line (s). However, the insert cut or insert cuts are shorter than the first cuts. While in the first cuts the plate is sawn over its entire length in completely separate plate strips, the insert cuts only over a partial distance, which is shorter than the entire extent of the plate in the direction of the insert cutting line.
In particular, when the saw blade used is a circular saw blade, in this procedure at one end of the partial section a cutting end remains, which extends longitudinally in the direction of the insert cutting line over a cutting end length. As a rule, this cut end should not be visible in any of the finally produced partial plates. In order to prevent this, a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention provides that subsequent to the first method section, in the second method section with at least two second cuts, at least one waste strip is sawn out of the plate strip in which the insert cut is arranged, wherein at least the cut end of the partial section of the insert cut is arranged completely within the waste strip. In other words, in the second process section, a waste strip is thus sawn out in the region in which the cut end of the insert cut falls, so that the cut end is no longer visible in the finally produced partial plates.
In preferred embodiments, the first cut lines are parallel to each other and the second cut lines are preferably also parallel to each other. In addition to the first cut lines, the insert cut lines are also conveniently arranged. The first cut lines and the second cut lines can be arranged orthogonal to one another, ie at a 90 ° angle to each other. Deviating from this, however, it is also possible for the first cut lines to be arranged obliquely, that is to say neither orthogonally nor parallel to the second cut lines. Moreover, the first cut lines do not necessarily have to be parallel to one another or parallel to the insert cut lines. The same applies to the second cut lines with each other.
On the one hand, the method according to the invention can be used with comparatively simple panel dividing saws. These usually have a sawing line with a saw blade, wherein the handling or insertion of the plate and plate strips is usually performed manually by a machine operator. On the other hand, however, the method according to the invention can also be carried out in fully automated panel sizing saws which have one, two or more sawing lines and thus a corresponding number of saw blades and in which panel handling is carried out automatically. In these so-called panel dividing systems, the operator has mainly supervisory character. If the method according to the invention is used in panel dividing systems with at least two sawing lines, it may be provided that the first cut or cuts and the insert cut (s) are sawn by a first saw blade of the panel dividing saw and the second cut or cuts are cut. e) is sawn by a second saw blade. In the case of panel dividing installations with only one sawing line, provision may be made for the panel strips to be rotated by a panel strip turning device, preferably by a turntable, following the first method section and before the start of the second method section. The Slab turning device makes it possible to perform all cuts so both the first cuts and the insert cuts as well as the second cuts with only one saw blade.
In general, it should be noted that the method not only for sawing individual plates, but in the same way for the simultaneous sawing of stacked plates so plate stacks can be used.

It is clear that the embodiments shown serve only to explain the method according to the invention. Of course, numerous other formats of the
