Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gewebe für eine Schutzbekleidung sowie eine Schutzbekleidung, die zumindest teilweise aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Gewebe ausgeführt ist.
- Es sind Schutzkleidungen bekannt, die durch Verwendung von geeigneten Materialien einen vergleichsweise geringen Wärmedurchgang aufweisen. Hierdurch kann beispielsweise an Feuerwehr-Schutzanzügen die Hitze eines Brandes abgeschirmt werden. Für den relativ geringen Wärmedurchgang sorgen in der Regel pigmentierte Para-Aramid-Fasern, beispielsweise Kevlar (Marke von DuPont).
- Bei den bekannten Thermo-Schutzanzügen hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass die pigmentierten Para-Aramid-Fasern beim Waschen fibrillieren und hierdurch zumindest teilweise und mittelfristig ihr nicht pigmentiertes Inneres freigelegt wird. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein unansehnliches Erscheinungsbild des Schutzanzugs. Es sei ergänzend erwähnt, dass eine regelmäßige Wäsche derartiger Schutzbekleidung nicht unterbleiben darf, auch wenn sie verhältnismäßig selten getragen werden, weil sich sonst auf der Kleidung eine Staubschicht bilden kann, die im Extremfall bei entsprechender Wärmeeinwirkung abbrennt und insoweit die Sicherheit des Trägers gefährdet.
- Vor diesem Hintergrund liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gewebe für eine Schutzbekleidung zu schaffen, das die Anforderungen im Hinblick auf einen geringen Wärmedurchgang erfüllt und gleichzeitig dauerhaft ein ansehnliches Erscheinungsbild beibehält. Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt durch das in Anspruch 1 beschriebene Gewebe, das für eine Schutzbekleidung vorgesehen ist.
- Demzufolge ist dieses aus Kett- und Schussfäden gewebt, die einen unterschiedlichen Anteil an pigmentierten Para-Aramid-Fasern, insbesondere Kevlar (Marke von DuPont) aufweisen. Mit anderen Worten weist der Kettfaden einen niedrigeren oder höheren Anteil an Para-Aramid-Fasern auf als der Schussfaden. Ferner ist das erfindungsgemäße Gewebe derart mit einseitiger Bindung gewebt, dass auf der Außenseite des Gewebes vermehrt ein Faden mit niedrigerem Para-Aramid-Anteil vorliegt. Den Fachleuten ist geläufig, was unter einseitiger Bindung verstanden wird, so dass lediglich erwähnt sei, das erfindungsgemäß der Faden mit dem niedrigeren Para-Aramid-Anteil dadurch vermehrt auf der Außenseite vorliegt, dass er sich nicht, wie bei einer gleichseitigen Bindung, gleichmäßig zwischen Außen- und Innenseite erstreckt, sondern an der Außenseite regelmäßig über beispielsweise zwei hierzu querverlaufende Fäden läuft, während er an der Innenseite regelmäßig nur über einen quer hierzu verlaufenden Faden läuft.
- Durch die erfindungsgemäße Maßnahme kann der Para-Aramid-Anteil an der Außenseite gering gehalten werden, so dass der oben beschriebene Effekt des Fibrillierens nicht zu einem beeinträchtigten Erscheinungsbild führt. Gleichzeitig kann in Verbindung mit einem Faden mit höherem Para-Aramid-Anteil, der vermehrt an der Innenseite vorliegt, insgesamt der angestrebte, geringe Wärmedurchgang erreicht werden.
- Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Wenngleich grundsätzlich für das erfindungsgemäße Gewebe jede einseitige Bindung, wie beispielsweise eine Atlas-Bindung denkbar ist, wird dennoch derzeit eine 2:1-Köperbindung bevorzugt.
- Bei ersten Versuchen hat sich ferner für den Faden mit dem geringeren Para-Aramid-Anteil ein prozentualer Anteil von 3 % bis 8 %, insbesondere etwa 5 % und/oder für den Faden mit dem höheren Para-Aramid-Anteil ein Bereich von 20 % bis 25 %, insbesondere etwa 23 % als günstig herausgestellt.
- Durch Versuche konnte ferner festgestellt werden, dass eine aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Gewebe hergestellte Schutzbekleidung die Anforderungen im Hinblick auf den verringerten Wärmedurchgang erfüllt, auch wenn sein Para-Aramid-Anteil insgesamt geringer als 23 %, bevorzugt geringer als 20 % ist, und insbesondere bei nur etwa 14 % liegt.
- Ferner wird derzeit bevorzugt, dass der Kettfaden den niedrigeren Para-Aramid-Anteil aufweist. Allgemein ist für den Faden mit dem niedrigeren Para-Aramid-Anteil die überwiegende Verwendung von Meta-Aramid-Fasern, wie z.B. Nomex (Marke von DuPont) vorgesehen.
- Um bei der erfindungsgemäßen einseitigen Bindung dennoch ein "feines" Erscheinungsbild des Gewebes zu erreichen, wird derzeit bevorzugt, dieses mit Garnen zu weben, die feiner sind als Nm (Nummer metrisch) 55/2. Insbesondere werden derzeit Garne mit Nm 70/2 verwendet. Dies bedeutet im Wesentlichen die Verwendung dünnerer Fäden beim Weben, als dies bisher beispielsweise durch Verwendung von Fäden mit Nm 55 der Fall war. Durch die Verwendung dünnerer, feinerer Fäden kann trotz der einseitigen Bindung ein gleichmäßiges und ansehnliches Erscheinungsbild des Gewebes erhalten werden. Ferner wird das Gewebe in vorteilhafter Weise dichter, so dass die Reduzierung des Para-Aramid-Anteils dadurch ausgeglichen wird. Darüber hinaus erhöht sich das Flächengewicht trotz des dichteren Gewebes nicht und liegt derzeit bevorzugt bei 190 g/m2 bis 210 g/m2, insbesondere etwa 195 g/m2.
Claims (7)
- Gewebe für eine Schutzbekleidung, das aus Fett- und Schussfäden mit unterschiedlichem Anteil an pigmentiertem Para-Aramid, insbesondere Kevlar (Marke von DuPont) gewebt ist, wobei das Gewebe derart mit einseitiger Bindung gewebt ist, dass auf der Außenseite des Gewebes mehr Faden mit niedrigerem Para-Aramid-Anteil vorliegt als Faden mit höherem Para-Aramid-Anteil.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses mit einer 2:1-Köperbindung gewebt ist. - Gewebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Faden einen Para-Aramid-Anteil von 3 % bis 8 %, insbesondere etwa 5 % und/oder der andere Faden einen Para-Aramid-Anteil von 20 % bis 25 %, insbesondere etwa 23 % aufweist. - Gewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Para-Aramid-Anteil insgesamt geringer als 23 %, bevorzugt geringer als 20 % ist, und insbesondere bei etwa 14 % liegt. - Gewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettfaden den niedrigeren Para-Aramid-Anteil aufweist. - Gewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses zumindest teilweise aus einem Faden gewebt ist, der feiner ist als Nm (Nummer metrisch) 55/2, insbesondere mit etwa Nm 70/2. - Schutzbekleidung, die zumindest teilweise aus einem Gewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche ausgeführt ist.
