Definitions
- the invention relates to a monitoring device for securing a driven element according to the preamble of claim 1 and an elevator with such a monitoring device.
- Elevator doors can be dangerous to a passenger if they are not monitored and there is a risk of the passenger being trapped.
- this risk is reduced or even completely eliminated by means of light barriers, light grids, active and passive infrared sensors, ultrasonic sensors or even with mechanical pressure switches.
- light grids are used, which form a horizontal grid of light barriers. These light grids each consist of a transmitting and a receiving bar. Both strips are about two meters long slim profiles, which contain many transmitting and receiving elements usually distributed evenly distributed over the length.
- all these sensor principles have in common that they are relatively expensive.
- US 3 903 996 A discloses a monitoring device for safeguarding an elevator door against unwanted collisions with an object lying on the path of movement of the door, wherein a transmission element radiates over the openings present in the door strip like a curtain to the opposite plurality of receiving elements van from bottom to top.
- the invention is based on the object to realize a comparatively cost-effective protection of particular elevator doors.
- the invention is based on a monitoring device for securing a driven element against unwanted collision with an object located on the path of movement of the driven element.
- the monitoring device comprises at least one transmitting element and one receiving element.
- the core of the invention lies in the fact that the device is designed so that the at least one transmitting element is arranged in an installed state in a horizontal, in particular upper boundary region of an opening to be monitored, which is at least partially closed by the driven element, and that a Variety of receiving elements in an opposite, horizontal, in particular lower bounding area distributed along the monitored opening is arranged, wherein the at least one transmitting element with each of the plurality of receiving elements forms a light barrier arrangement, which is evaluated by evaluation, in particular electronic means.
- the at least one transmitting element thus serves a multiplicity of receiving elements in that the at least one transmitting element "looks" at a multiplicity of receiving elements.
- the transmitting and receiving elements not in the lateral boundary area of a z. B. door opening, but for example, one above the other on a lintel or on a door sill are grown and thus instead of usually horizontally operated photocells now vertically or substantially vertically operated photoelectric sensors, on the one hand z. B. the length of receiver strips are shortened to the door width.
- a door opening is usually narrow and tall.
- the invention can already be operated with a single transmitting element.
- the device is designed such that in the horizontal, in particular upper boundary region of an opening, a transmitting element is arranged in each case in a region of a left and right boundary of the opening, thus preferably comprises a total of two transmitting elements.
- a transmitting element is additionally positioned centrally in a horizontally extending boundary region of the opening.
- the device is designed such that a plurality of receiving elements along the monitored opening over an at least approximately complete horizontal, especially lower opening area is distributed.
- the receiving elements are evenly distributed.
- a surface coverage is completed in this embodiment, if instead of a transmitting element two or three transmitting elements are used.
- electronic means are formed which control transmitting elements so that they serve the distributed receiving elements sequentially.
- the receiving elements are preferably read out in parallel by the electronic means. In this way, a plurality of monitoring beams, which are formed between the at least one transmitting element and the individual receiver elements, at the same time, so to speak in a "shot" are controlled.
- the individual transmitters and Receivers are activated and read out one after the other. This is necessary because otherwise simultaneously activated transmitters radiate to a plurality of opposing receivers, whereby with one interruption of a single light path, a receiver can still receive light from another transmitter, and in this way the transmitters are beaming around an object to be detected, so to speak.
- a plurality of transmission elements are used in the present invention, these are preferably processed sequentially in time, wherein the signal of a single transmission element can be evaluated by all receiver elements simultaneously.
- a monitoring of an opening area with a monitoring device according to the invention can take place much faster. If you take z. For example, assume that in a conventional door monitoring with a surveillance height of 1.80 m objects of> 50 mm are to be detected, 36 horizontal, superimposed light barrier arrangements - transmitter and receiver are required. If these are read out sequentially, the cycle time is 36 tripping units.
- the evaluation time in a parallel evaluation is only two evaluation units, ie only one eighteenth of the time.
- the monitoring network is significantly ⁇ 50 mm by a cross-beam evaluation in a monitoring device according to the invention. If you want to achieve such precision in a conventional light barrier arrangement, also a cross-beam evaluation of three or z. B. five beams per element required, whereby the ratio of the readout times by a factor of three or five further deteriorated.
- the device for the arrangement of more than three transmitting elements in one horizontal, in particular upper boundary region of an opening is designed.
- the monitoring device for mounting the receiver elements is formed on an apron of a car of an elevator.
- the attachment of the receiving elements, z. B. in the form of a receiving bar is conceivable in various ways, preferably by means of clips and / or screws.
- a receiver element strip is preferably mounted on an apron of a car of an elevator. It should be noted that between a shaft door threshold and a car door threshold, a comparatively small gap of typically only 25 mm can be used. This gap is necessary so that all changes in position and / or shape of the Car, z. B. by deflections while driving, do not cause a collision with a landing door or shaft door rollers. In addition, it should be noted that the actual gap width is further reduced by the fact that shaft door rollers are usually mounted, which protrude into the gap above a shaft threshold beyond to open doors on the car and shaft doors can.
- the thickness of a strip with the receiving elements and thus their construction space in such a gap is limited to a maximum of 5 mm, preferably 4 mm, better 2 mm should not be exceeded.
- the transmitter should be made comparatively thin.
- Such a small thickness of the sensor element strip can be used to design the sensor element strip flexible.
- the height of such a bar can z. B. at a maximum thickness of 5 mm, 20 - 40 mm, in particular 30 mm. This can be a dimensioning reach that is flexible in a mounted on a lintel or a door sill about a vertical axis and thus z.
- B. round aprons can be equipped by corresponding round elevator doors by a receiving bar of the corresponding curve of the skirt is adapted by flexible bending.
- an upper side of the receiving elements for. B. a receiving bar
- the receiver elements can be designed as a two-wire receiving chip, so that a plurality of receiver elements can be accommodated in a receiver bar in a simple manner.
- Elevators can be covered with a single length for a receiver bar. Thus, the necessary number of variants for recipient rents can be limited.
- the z. B. is to be positioned in the apron of a car of an elevator, in addition a car positioning can be realized with the receiver bar. Preferably, this is done in conjunction with a coded shaft door apron. Absolute position information of the car can also be achieved by scanning a coded band which is formed in the shaft along the travel path of the car.
- a better resolving power of the monitoring device can be realized, in particular for an increasingly closing door, by the fact that the at least one transmitting element is mounted to ride on the driven element.
- driven element thus the beam density and thus the resolution is increasingly higher. This can be counteracted by an increased detection resolution an increasing risk of trapping in closing door.
- transmitting and / or receiving elements are designed such that, in an installed state, they have a significantly larger optical opening angle along a horizontal opening width of an opening to be monitored than in a direction transverse thereto.
- a signal intensity can be limited to a fan-shaped area in which a signal detection and evaluation actually takes place.
- the at least one transmitting element is arranged in a horizontal, lower boundary region, whereas the receiving elements in a horizontal upper Boundary region of the opening to be monitored are provided.
- the affixing of the at least one transmitting element or of the receiving elements in the lower or upper horizontal boundary area of an opening to be monitored or the other way round can be carried out.
- the evaluation means are designed such that only those receiving elements are active, which are located in the open area of an opening to be monitored. By this measure, the evaluation time can be further reduced by eliminating receiving elements that are not active.
- the receiving elements and / or the at least one transmitting element are formed with optical fiber means.
- FIG. 1 and 2 schematically a front of a car 1 is shown.
- the car 1 comprises fixed sections 2, 3, the movable door leaves 4, 5 cover.
- the fixed sections 2, 3 define a door opening with z. B. a width b of 800 mm and a height h of 2100 mm.
- FIG. 1 is the fully opened state of the door wings 4, 5 shown, in which the opening has the full width of b.
- a transmitter 6, 7 is arranged in each case.
- the respective transmitters 6, 7 preferably radiate in a fan-shaped corridor to a receiver strip 8, which is mounted on the apron of the car 1.
- the transmitter 6, 7 have a radiation area, so that a length 1 of the receiver bar is preferably fully covered.
- the receiver bar are a variety of receivers, z. B. 24 receivers arranged.
- each transmitter 6, 7 with the receivers in the receiver strip 8 each form a light barrier.
- At a length 1 of z. B. 1200 mm results in 24 receivers on the receiver bar a screen width of about 50 mm.
- the transmitter 7 initially irradiates all receivers of the receiver strip 8. If a receiver element does not receive a signal, an alarm is triggered. After the transmitter 7, the transmitter 6 is activated sequentially, which also irradiates all receivers of the receiver strip 8 at the same time and in turn triggers an alarm signal upon interruption of a connection between the transmitter 6 and the respective receiver of the receiver bar 8.
- a monitoring area can be evaluated, in which the evaluation beams from the transmitter 7 and the transmitter 6 cross over.
- the crossover region begins at the height hs and extends to the receiver strip 8.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 the respective photocells and beam paths between the transmitters 6, 7 and the receivers of the receiver strip 8 are shown schematically by a plurality of lines that emanate from the respective transmitter 6, 7 and hit the individual receivers of the receiver strip 8.
- the transmitters 6, 7 are not stationarily arranged on the car in the illustrated embodiment, but are movably located on the door wings 4, 5, a compressed beam guidance can be achieved with closing door leaves 4, 5 (see FIG. FIG. 2 ), whereby a much finer monitoring, and thus the ability to detect even small objects, is realized.
- the first intersection area of the surveillance cone is shifted upwards significantly from the height hs, to an area in which a disturbing object is never likely to occur.
- FIG. 3 is an elevator car 10 partially in a schematic sectional view to see, which is in front of a station 11 in a shaft 12.
- an opening 13 is provided in the shaft 12, which can be closed by at least one shaft door 14.
- the shaft door 14 is slidably guided in a shaft door threshold 15.
- the Mit supportivehist 17 is connected to a car door 18 of the elevator car 10.
- a movement of the car door 18 can be driven driven by a drive in the elevator car 10 via the Mit supportivehist 17 and the shaft door roller 16 on the shaft door 14 when the elevator car is in the shaft 12 in front of a station 11.
- a gap s between the elevator car 10 and a shaft wall apron element 20 is defined by a shaft door roller 16 which projects into this gap s with respect to FIG Elevator car 10 reduced to a much smaller value st. For mounting sensor elements on the front of an elevator car to the shaft, this reduced gap s t is relevant.
- the gap s is about 25 mm, remain for a structure within the gap st for sensor elements that are in the elevator car 10 into the shaft 12 into it, only a few millimeters.
- a transmitter 21 is arranged, which radiates on a receiver bar 22 with a plurality of receiver elements.
- An optical path is symbolized by an arrow 23.
- the thickness of the transmitter 21 and the receiver bar 22, the z. B. is mounted on a skirt 24 of the elevator car 10 is preferably only a few millimeters, z. B. ⁇ 5 mm. This can ensure that both transmitter and receiver not with z. B. a shaft door roller collide when the elevator car 10 moves in the shaft 12.
- the receiver bar 22 preferably extends over the entire opening area of the elevator car 10 or the shaft opening at the station 11 and has a plurality of z. B. equally distributed receivers.
- the receivers preferably have a spacing of ⁇ 50 mm.
- the entire width of the receiver strip 22 is preferably irradiated by the transmitter 21. Accordingly arise between the transmitter 21 and the receivers in the receiver bar 22 monitoring light beams in the manner of a light barrier.
- the embodiment according to FIG. 4 corresponds to the embodiment according to FIG. 3 except for the additional element 25.
- This is a coding element, which is arranged opposite to a shaft wall apron 20 of the receiver bar 22.
- a sensor is present, which is able to detect the coding of the coding element 25.
- the coding includes z. B. Information about a floor, so that by detecting this coding of a control the floor can be transmitted.
- the additional sensor preferably not only recognizes the coding with respect to a floor, but also uses it for accurate positioning of the elevator car (10) within a station 11 in the respective floor.
