Abstract

Eine Abzugsvorrichtung zum Abziehen von Wrasen, Dünsten oder dergleichen, weist wenigstens einem entlang eines Kochfelds (10) verlaufenden Absaugschacht mit einer sich entlang des Kochfelds erstreckenden, länglichen Absaugöffnung auf. Der Absaugschacht steht über einen Absaugkanal mit einem Sauggebläse über einen Luftstromweg in Wirkverbindung. Dadurch, dass im Luftstromweg zwischen Absaugöffnung und Sauggebläse wenigstens ein Filterelement (16) vorgesehen ist, dass unter dem Kochfeld (10) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass das Filterelement (16) von oben bei nach oben geklapptem Kochfeld zugänglich ist, wird die Effektivität einer derartigen Abzugsvorrichtung gesteigert.
