Definitions
- the invention generally relates to the joining together of tapes and tapes with attachable applications and in particular tape systems for exchanging tapes, especially suitable connection parts and the attachment of applications to such an exchangeable tape.
- a hood used laces or drawstrings are guided through appropriate channels and are therefore substantially not visible.
- Such bands are therefore often formed unadorned and with a circular cross section in the form of a thin rope.
- belt bands are known, which are guided by transparent tape guides.
- Such belt straps are alternatively accessible to the view of the observer, if they are externally guided, for example, by loops similar to a belt or by rings. All these tape guiding systems have in common that the bands are poorly interchangeable or not at all moveable or interchangeable provided.
- WO 97/02767 A1 discloses a method for guiding a tape in a tape guide and a tape system in which two tapes are joined together.
- the connecting parts are formed cylindrically symmetric about a central axis of symmetry.
- Ausklappbare locking means may be provided so that in an unfolded state slipping back into the tape guide or the Schnürkanal is prevented.
- the diameter of the connecting parts may not be greater than the possibly flexible tape guide for a successful passage of the connecting part by the tape guide allowed.
- the connecting part should have a diameter which, accordingly, does not exceed the width of the belt strap.
- a banding system having such an exchangeable band with a connection part to which a trailer device can be attached by means of a connectable connection part.
- the connecting part of the band has a diameter which is substantially not greater than the diameter of the band or the band guide, so that the band can be pulled together with the connecting part through the band guide and thus ensures the interchangeability of the provided in the band guide band is.
- the shape of the connecting part is substantially cylindrical.
- the band system according to the invention allows the replacement of guided bands, since the connecting parts, preferably due to a substantially cylindrical shape, are designed so that they are easy to handle and grip and in particular to move through the tape guide with very little effort. But the diameter of the connecting parts at the location of their largest cross section of the geometry of the corresponding tape guide is adjusted. For a flat belt guide for belt straps, the diameter should be smaller or at most equal to the width of the belt guide, while a maximum cylinder diameter depends on the flexibility of the belt guide.
- the band system according to the invention not only allows an improved exchange of optionally different colored or different material properties tapes, so a band originally applied in a tape guide with low elasticity can be replaced by one with high elasticity or vice versa, but also allows a concatenation of any number Bands with corresponding connecting parts at both ends and the attachment of objects to final connecting parts of a strip of one or more bands.
- an article can be provided with a corresponding connection part or attached via a band with a corresponding connection part to a guided band on a backpack or pocket or on a hood band.
- a shoe with a lace according to the invention with connecting part can be advantageously attached to an inventive tape which is attached to a backpack and guided.
- the band can be closed by means of these connecting parts in itself, with the bayonet lock.
- An undesirable entry of the connecting parts in the guide channel, which would affect their accessibility, can be prevented by suitable activatable blocking means on the connecting part.
- deployable locking means may be provided so that the connecting member is prevented from entering the tape guide in a condition in which the locking means are activated.
- a connecting part which can be used particularly advantageously for the connection of flexible textile bands, but can also establish a connection between rigid devices.
- the connecting part comprises a fixing part for attaching the connecting part to the object to be connected and a rotary cylinder having one half of a bayonet lock, wherein the rotary cylinder is rotatably supported on a cylindrical body fixedly connected to the fixing part.
- the connecting part further comprises an outer cylinder, which surrounds the rotary cylinder and is axially movable relative thereto and a spring, which is arranged between the outer cylinder and the fixing part and acts between them. The spring establishes the axial mobility between outer cylinder and rotary cylinder.
- Rotary cylinder can be brought into locking engagement with the counterpart of the bayonet closure, ie the other half of the bayonet closure by an axial force acting on the outer cylinder in the direction of the fixing against the compressive force of acting between the outer cylinder and fixing member spring and a subsequent rotation of the rotary cylinder about the cylinder axis Locking the bayonet lock.
- the outer cylinder can be engaged by suitable guide means with the rotary cylinder to transmit a rotation of the outer cylinder to the rotary cylinder.
- the connecting part further comprises a retractable in the fixing cylinder ring, which surrounds the spring and partially or completely shields to the outside.
- the diameter of the fixing part which may also be cylindrical, and the outer cylinder, wherein the inwardly offset cylinder ring which shields the spring, by means of color contrasting can produce a bi-color optics.
- the connecting part of the invention allows a flush fitting a matching counterpart and thus a comfortable and fail-safe production of the connection between two with the according to the invention equipped connecting parts or flexible bands.
- a user only has to pay attention to a flush fitting of the connecting parts and can then bring about a reversible closure by corresponding pressing of the objects to be joined against each other with subsequent locking rotation.
- the connecting part counterpart which comprises the counterpart of the bayonet closure, ie the other half of the bayonet closure, equipped with an outer cylinder which is arranged around a cylinder with the groove or the pin of the bayonet closure.
- the outer cylinder engages the cylinder, the cylinder being fixedly connected to a fixing part.

- the cylinder ring fulfills the technical function of preventing hooking of parts of the tape guide with the spring 450 or the edges adjacent to the gap between the outer cylinder 440 and the fixing part 410, in particular when guiding the connecting part through the tape guide.
- the provision of a cylindrical fixing part 410, the outer cylinder 440 and the cylinder ring 460 creates a homogeneous cylinder outer shape of the connecting part and thus enables a particularly comfortable handling and implementation of the connecting part 400.
- the illustrated cylindrical body 430 is connected to the fixing part 410 via a web 455 and the spring 450 is arranged around the web 455.
- the rotary cylinder 420 has either a groove 422 or a pin or a spring.
- the cylindrical body may not extend to the groove 422 in this embodiment, so that engagement with the bayonet fitting counterpart is possible.
- the groove 422 is preferably formed at right angles.
- retaining means may be formed, which complicate an unintentional release of the bayonet closure.
- a constriction can be provided in front of an end position in the groove, the z. B. only by slight outward bending of the correspondingly flexible trained rotary cylinder material in the edge region can be overcome by the pin.
- the compressive force of the spring 450 in addition to an increase in the friction force in the groove, since the pressure force perpendicular to the solution for the Locking necessary rotational movement opposite to the direction of rotation 480 and thus increases an adhesive and sliding friction in the peripheral, ie circumferential, groove portion of the rotary cylinder 420.
- a second connection part 490 which, together with the first connection part 400, forms a connection system for producing a closing, reversibly releasable connection between the two connection parts.
- the second connecting part 490 comprises the counterpart of the bayonet closure.
- the second connection part likewise comprises an outer cylinder 493 with a radius which corresponds to that of the outer cylinder 440.

- the axial force is applied to the outer cylinder 440 of the first connecting part 400 by pressing the outer cylinder 493 on the outer cylinder 440 against the pressing force of the spring 450. That is, the outer cylinder 493 is flush with and aligned with the outer cylinder 440. As a result, the outer cylinder 440 is displaced relative to the rotary cylinder 420 in the direction of the fixing part 410, wherein the spring 450 is compressed and in consequence pin 496 and groove 422 can be moved towards each other. For this purpose, the cylinder 492 can be inserted into the rotary cylinder 420.
- pin 496 is slightly spaced from adjacent cylinder rim 497 to allow for initial engagement between cylinders 492 and 420 without previously requiring complete alignment of groove 422 and pin 496. After the two cylinders have entered into one another, then a corresponding alignment must be carried out in order to achieve a further interlocking against the pressure force of the spring 450 and ultimately to allow a rotation 480 to establish the locking.
- a bayonet closure instead of the formation of the rotary cylinder 420 and the cylinder 492 may be provided as a bayonet closure a threaded closure.
- the bayonet closure is more comfortable to handle, whereas the threaded closure can accomplish a more reliable locking depending on the purpose.
- the alignment of the two connecting parts can be correspondingly when using a bayonet closure by a continuous lettering on the two connecting parts and / or providence Orientation strips or patterns on the two connecting parts are facilitated.
- Fig. 4A Although shows the attachment of the connecting parts to bands 404 and 494, which may also be one and the same band 404. Alternatively, however, one of the connecting parts may be formed via its fixing part on a trailer or any object for attachment to a band with connecting part.
- the second connecting part can also comprise a spring 495 which is arranged between the outer cylinder 493 and the fixing part 491 of the second connecting part 490, with which also the outer cylinder 493 is axially movable relative to the cylinder 492.

- Fig. 4A shown is a provision of the groove 422 in the first connection part 400 and the pin 496 in the second connection part 490. A reverse arrangement is also provided.
- Fig. 4B shows the position of the connecting parts 400 and 490 in the connection system after joining the two connecting parts such that the two outer cylinders have compressed the springs 450 and 495 so that the cylinder 492 has been inserted into the rotary cylinder 420 and the pin 496 at the axial stop in the Groove 422 is located. The next step would be to turn 480 when locked.
- the connecting part also has a fixing part for attaching the connecting part to a band.
- the connection can take place both in a manner which transmits a rotation of the band about its longitudinal axis to the closure mechanism, as well as in a manner which prevents such a force transmission in order to avoid an unintentional opening of the connection closure.
- the band can be fixed to the fixing by means of end nodes, screw, Buffalo a mother, injection molding or the like.
- a closure support part is provided, which is connected to the fixing part.
- connection can be made rotatable according to a preferred embodiment, in order to avoid in this embodiment, a transmission of a rotation of the fixing part to the extension of the longitudinal axis of the belt on the closure support member.
- the closure support member and the fixing member may be integrally formed or engaged with each other such that rotation of the one member is transferred to the other.
- the lock carrier part is provided distal to the fixing part with a half of a bayonet closure.
- the bayonet lock may be formed with corresponding hooks with engaging means or alternatively semi-circular arcs which can be engaged with the corresponding counterpart of another connecting part.
- a threaded closure can also be used.
- the connecting part comprises an outer cylinder, which surrounds the closure carrier part and is axially movable relative thereto.
- the outer cylinder completely covers the closure elements provided on the closure carrier part in an end position.
- the outer cylinder In a bayonet lock the outer cylinder would cover the hook or circular engagement means in this end position, at least in radial plan view. According to one embodiment, the concealment is flush with the closure means. Since the outer cylinder is movable axially relative to the closure carrier part and the connection part will generally hang freely outside the band guide, this configuration causes the closure elements not to be visible during normal use of the connection part and also not be able to get caught with further textile elements or device extensions. Preferably, one half of a bayonet closure in the form of a semicircular arc is provided as closure means. This embodiment allows a particularly easy attachment to a mirror-image formed further connection part and thus enables a particularly easy to make the connection with a further connection part with attached device and / or band.
- the closure support member is also cylindrical.
- This embodiment allows a particularly quiet, flush guidance of the closure carrier part in the outer cylinder.
- weight saving for example, a half-cylinder, a hollow cylinder or a combination of both.
- This alternative embodiment of the connecting part can in the same manner as above for the connecting part according to the Figures 3, 4A and 4B described with other connecting parts to a system two or more connecting parts with one or more bands and possibly a device to be attached are coupled.
- Fig. 5 shows a further alternative embodiment of the connecting parts, in particular suitable for a belt in the belt systems of FIGS. 1 to 3 ,
- Connecting part 530 is clamped, glued or suspended in the form of a flat plug part on a belt band 520.
- the connecting part 530 has recesses 532 and a further recess 534, in which a pin 536 is arranged.
- the provided for the connection system second plug 540 has pins 542; which correspond to the recesses 532 in the male part 530.
- the plug-in part 540 is pushed onto the plug-in part 530 and a sliding means 546 for locking the closure is pushed in the direction of the plug-in part 530 and brought into locking engagement with the pin 536 in the recess 534.
- Fig. 6 schematically shows in a flow chart steps of a method 600 according to the invention for exchanging a guided band.
- the method comprises connecting 620 a first band guided in a band guide to a second band via connecting a respective connecting part attached to the bands, wherein when connecting, the connecting portion of the first band together with a proximal, ie the proximal one End portion of the first band and a distal, ie the distal end portion of the first band are outside the tape guide.
- a proximal, ie the proximal one End portion of the first band and a distal, ie the distal end portion of the first band are outside the tape guide.
- step 630 pulling is performed on the distal end portion of the first band so that the bands are passed through the band guide together with the connected connecting members until the interconnected connecting portions emerge from the band guide again. Subsequently, the interconnected connection parts are separated, step 640, so that only the second band is present in the band guide and is guided by this and the end portions of the second band are again outside the band guide.
- the connecting parts have a diameter which is substantially no larger than the diameter of the first band or the band guide, so that the bands connected via the connecting parts together with the connected connecting parts the tape guide can be pulled.
- the connecting parts have a substantially cylindrical shape.
- the diameter of the second band is oriented here on the cross section of the connecting parts.
- the method may include, prior to the joining step 620, a step 610 of unblocking any locking means provided on the first band connector to bring the connector into the above described preferably cylindrical shape having the required diameter characteristics and thus passing the connector through the band guide to enable.
