Abstract

Bei meinem erfundenen Arbeitsgeraet handelt es sich um eine fest verstellbare Spitze mit Verschluss fuer eine handelsuebliche 300 ml Spritzkartusche. Sie besteht aus Kunststoff mit einer verstellbaren Haltevor-richtung aus Metall, die beweglich ist. Die Spitze kann in zwei Richtungen geknickt werden, so das auch aus einem unguenstigen Winkel heraus gespritzt werden kann. Hierbei kann die Spritze noch um 360° gedreht werden.

Description

  • Bei dem zum Patent angemeldeten Arbeitsgerät handelt es sich um eine fest verstellbare Spitze für eine normale 300ml-Spritzkartusche, wie sie im gesamten Baubereich eingesetzt wird.
  • Sie besteht aus Kunststoff mit einer verstellbaren Haltevorrichtung aus Metall, die ein Arbeiten (z B von der Seite) an schwerer zugänglichen Stellen ermöglicht.
  • Die flexible Spitze für normale 300ml-Kartuschen, wie sie bei Bauarbeiten verwendet wird, ersetzt oder ergänzt die normale starre Spitze und wird auch auf die Kartusche in einer Spritzpistole aufgeschraubt.
  • Die flexible Spitze besteht auch aus Kunststoff, ist jedoch im Bereich (ca 40mm) der Kartusche sehr beweglich und biegsam.
  • Das bewegliche Teil der Spitze wird von einem Käfig (Rahmen) aus Metall gehalten.
  • Dieser Metallrahmen ist in zwei Richtungen durch zwei Scharniere schwenkbar.
  • Die Scharniere sind arretierbar, so dass die Spitze in zwei Richtungen um ca 60 ° verändert werden kann.
  • Gleichzeitig ist die Spitze um 360 ° drehbar, so dass insgesamt ein Arbeiten auch an schwer zugänglichen Stellen (auch "um die Ecke") möglich wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Der Patentanspruch bezieht sich auf eine Spitze zum Aufschrauben auf eine handelsübliche Spritzkartusche im Sanitär und Baugewerbe.
  2. Die Spitze besteht aus Kunststoff , ist ca 100 mm lang , hat jedoch im Gegensatz zu den handelsüblichen starren Spitzen im ersten Drittel hinter dem Schraubansatz einen ca. 40 mm verformbaren (biegsamen) Abschnitt.
  3. Dieser Abschnitt wird von einem runden, zweiteiligen ebenfalls ca. 40mm langen Metallkäfig ummantelt,
    der die Aufgabe hat, die Richtung, in welche die Spitze gebogen wird, zu stabilisieren.
  4. Das wird dadurch erreicht, dass die beiden Metallteile des Käfigs durch zwei schwergängige, genietete und gegenüberliegende Scharniere links und rechtsseitig miteinander verbunden sind. Außerdem sind sie im möglichen Biegebereich zueinander geöffnet. (s. Abbildung d. o.a. Patentantrags)
