Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif pour transporter des produits plats et flexibles, notamment des produits d'imprimerie tels que des journaux, des magazines et similaires, comprenant un transporteur à pinces (12) dont les pinces (14) entraînées en rotation dans une direction de transport (F) et disposées les unes derrière les autres sont prévues pour retenir un produit (10) au niveau de sa région de retenue (18) et pour le transporter au moyen de leur mâchoire de pince (16), et comprenant un transporteur à bande sous vide (26) présentant une bande perforée (30), qui est prévu pour aspirer, dans une portion de transfert (22) avec son tronçon (28) de la bande perforée (30) actif entraîné dans la direction de transport (F), les produits (10) retenus par le transporteur à pinces (12) dans leur région d'extrémité (32) opposée à la région de retenue (18), et, après leur libération par les pinces (14), pour les transporter encore, le tronçon actif (28) dans la portion de transfert (22) s'étendant à distance (A) de la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16), caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) présente une allure de forme courbe et la bande perforée (30) est entraînée avec une vitesse de bande (|w|) qui est supérieure à la vitesse (|v|) des mâchoires de pince (16).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), le tronçon actif (28) présente une allure au moins approximativement de forme courbe, dans le même sens que la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) présente, dans la portion de transfert (22), une allure en forme d'arc de cercle.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), la distance (A) est au moins approximativement constante.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la distance (A) est ajustable.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de pince (16) peuvent à chaque fois pivoter autour d'un axe de pince (42) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport (F).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) s'étend sous forme convexe et le tronçon actif (28) du transporteur à bande sous vide (26) s'étend sous forme concave.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) s'étend, par rapport à un organe de transport (58), notamment une chaîne à maillons, sur laquelle elles sont disposées, dans la direction radiale vers l'extérieur.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), le tronçon actif (28) présente, dans la direction de transport (F), des segments rectilignes (72, 72') successifs.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certains des segments (72) sont associés à des cuves à dépression (74) connectées à une source de dépression, au-delà desquelles s'étend le tronçon actif (28).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la bande perforée (30) est guidée en forme de Ω autour de rouleaux déflecteurs (86) entre des segments successifs (74).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur à bande sous vide (26) présente, en plus de la bande perforée (30), au moins une autre bande perforée (30') entraînée à la même vitesse, les segments (74') de la bande perforée supplémentaire (30') étant éventuellement disposés de manière décalée par rapport aux segments (74) de la bande perforée (30), dans la direction de transport (F).
  13. Procédé pour transporter des produits plats et flexibles, notamment des produits d'imprimerie tels que des journaux, des magazines et similaires, dans lequel un produit (10) est transporté dans une portion de transfert (22) au moyen d'un transporteur à pinces (12), qui transporte le produit (10) par fixation d'une région de retenue (18) du produit (10) dans la mâchoire de pince (16) par des pinces (14) disposées les unes derrière les autres, entraînées en rotation dans une direction de transport (F), et le produit (10) est aspiré dans la portion de transfert (22) dans une région d'extrémité (32) opposée à sa région de retenue (18) par un tronçon actif entraîné dans la direction de transport (F) d'une bande perforée (30) d'un transporteur à bande sous vide (26) et après la libération par les pinces (14) est à nouveau transporté, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), le tronçon actif (28) s'étend à distance (A) d'une trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) présentant une allure de forme courbe, et la bande perforée (30) est entraînée avec une vitesse de bande (|w|) qui est supérieure à la vitesse (|v|) des mâchoires de pince (16).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que dans la portion de transfert (22), le tronçon actif (28) s'étend dans le même sens que la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoires de pince (16) et au moins approximativement sous forme courbe.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoire de pince (16) s'étend dans la portion de transfert (22) sous forme d'arc de cercle.
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de déplacement (38) des mâchoire de pince (16) s'étend sous forme convexe et le tronçon actif (28) du transporteur à bande sous vide (26) s'étend sous forme concave.
