Definitions

  • the invention relates to a liquid storage device for a domestic appliance and a domestic appliance with such a liquid storage device.
  • the DE 10 2008 032 800 A1 describes a device for cleaning a component, in particular an evaporator of a condenser device, the device being equipped with a component to be cleaned, which is arranged within a process air circuit of a washer or dryer, in particular an evaporator of a condenser device, and also with a condensate water pan, in which the Process air circuit can be trapped by drying damp laundry, condensate water can be collected, can be directed from this to a rinsing tank provided above the evaporator and can be dispensed from this through an outlet opening to the component to be cleaned, the rinsing tank being a closure part for optionally opening and closing the outlet opening and an actuator for actuating the closure part, the closure part having a sealing head for closing the outlet opening, which is connected to a first lever arm rotatably attached to the washing container.
  • Fig. 1 The accompanying drawing shows a top view of such a condensate water trough 1, which opens into a depression 2, so that liquid located in the condensate water trough 1, in particular condensate water K, can drain into the depression 2.
  • Liquid located in the sink 7 can be sucked off by means of a pump P, for example to a rinsing container.
  • the condensate pan 1 can be used to collect condensed water condensed out during a drying operation can also be used to collect rinsing water from the rinsing tank.
  • the condensate water trough 1 has an essentially unstructured base, so that the condensate water K can flow unhindered in the direction of the depression 2, as indicated by the arrows.
  • a flushing direction of the condensate water K flushed into the condensate water pan 1 can be different.
  • rinsing openings 24 a such as rinsing nozzles
  • rinsing openings 24 a can be positioned on one side or a region of the condensate water trough 1 which lies to the side of an opening in the sink 2. Then the water spreads out from the rinsing openings 24a essentially past the depression 2, as indicated by the associated arrows (lateral rinsing).
  • rinsing openings 24b such as rinsing nozzles, can be positioned on one side or a region of the condensate water tray 1 which is opposite the sink 2. Then the condensate water K runs from the flushing openings 24b essentially towards the side of the sink 2 and partly directly into the sink 2, as indicated by the associated dotted arrows (frontal flushing).
  • EP 2 166 144 A1 shows a tumble dryer, in which an outlet opening is provided in the receiving shaft for the overhead condensate collection container, on which spirally arranged webs are formed in order to swirl any condensate that is running off and thus to bring it to the outlet more quickly.
  • the object is achieved by a liquid store for a domestic appliance, the liquid store having at least one sink and the liquid store having at least one flow channel leading to the at least one sink.
  • the flow channel By means of the flow channel, the widening of the surface can be set and even prevented as the distance from the depression increases.
  • the flow velocity in the flow channel is significantly higher than on an undisturbed surface. Accordingly, a high flow velocity can be achieved by designing the channel cross section of the flow channel even at a great distance from the sink. This prevents an accumulation of foreign bodies.
  • the at least one flow channel has an essentially constant width at least in sections, in particular over its entire length.
  • the constant width has the advantage that the flow rate can also be kept approximately constant, which counteracts an accumulation of deposits.
  • the at least one flow channel is delimited by means of at least one partition. As a result, the outer contour of the liquid reservoir can be maintained and does not need to be modified.
  • the at least one flow channel has a plurality of sections, each with an essentially constant width. In this way a particularly variable shape of the flow channel can be achieved, in which the several sections e.g. can be arranged at an angle to each other.
  • the width of a plurality of substantially straight sections is not more than a factor of approximately 2.5 differs in particular from about 2. This is typically a much smaller difference than with a pie-like widening of the river lines without a flow channel, so that there is a much better rinsing off.
  • the at least one flow channel is curved at least in sections.
  • the surface of the liquid reservoir can be filled or filled particularly effectively with flow channels.
  • the curvature can be realized, for example, by a curved wall section or by straight wall sections arranged at an angle to one another.
  • the at least one flow channel has an overall curvature (in the form of a single curvature or as an addition of all curvatures) of at least approximately 180 °. In this way, particularly effective area coverage can be achieved.
  • the at least one flow channel has an overall curvature of approximately 360 °. In this way, an even more effective area coverage can be achieved, for example through a meandering basic shape.
  • the at least one partition has inclined walls and / or a rounded ridge.
  • Such a partition wall can be flowed over relatively free of detachments during a rinsing process (which can be carried out in particular in an empty liquid reservoir if the liquid has been pumped out before the rinsing process), as a result of which previously settled dirt particles are very well transported away.
  • customary upstanding partitions in particular in the form of ribs, can be used, which has a comparatively little effect on the volume of the liquid reservoir.
  • a cross section of the partitions can basically take different forms, e.g. circular sector or triangular in profile.
  • the at least one flow channel or its bottom inclines in the direction of the at least one depression in order to achieve the most complete possible drainage of the liquid.
  • the floor inclines essentially constantly within a flow channel under consideration. The highest point in each flow channel there is in particular at its end facing away from the sink; the lowest point accordingly near or at the depression.
  • the at least one partition wall has a maximum height which is below a switching point of a pump, the pump being set up to pump the liquid out of the sink.
  • the switching point corresponds to the level at which the pump begins to pump the liquid out of the liquid reservoir, at least during normal operation.
  • This embodiment can be particularly advantageous if the penultimate rinsing in the course of a treatment sequence (e.g. a drying process of a laundry drying device) is no longer followed by pumping the liquid out of the liquid storage device.
  • the liquid level is then at the switching point (switching level) before the last rinse and is no longer lowered by pumping.
  • Post-condensation volume and the last rinsing volume are then added to the liquid level, which can then exceed the switching level.
  • Any disturbance volume above the switching level e.g. due to a partition
  • liquid storage device is integrated in a base group of the domestic appliance. This enables a particularly compact and inexpensive liquid storage device.
  • the liquid reservoir is preferably made of plastic.
  • a domestic appliance having at least one liquid reservoir as described above and at least one pump, the pump being set up to pump the liquid out of the at least one sink.
  • the domestic appliance is a laundry drying appliance and the liquid store is a condensate water store, in particular a condensate water pan.
  • the liquid reservoir in particular the condensate water trough
  • the liquid reservoir can be flushed from the front, the liquid, in particular the condensate water, being flushable into the liquid reservoir in the region of a side wall which is opposite the depression.
  • the condensate water trough can be flushed from the side, the liquid, in particular the condensate water, being flushable into the liquid reservoir in the region of a side wall which is located to the side of the sink.
  • the irrigation is not limited to this. When rinsing, the water can wash over at least one partition.
  • flushing can take place from any side.
  • flushing openings can be arranged on each of the sides, specifically on only one side or on several sides.
  • the rinsing openings can also be arranged on an inner region or above an inner region of the liquid reservoir, or rinsing can additionally or alternatively take place in an inner region of the liquid reservoir.
  • a limited area, in particular the flow channel, of the liquid reservoir can be made narrower the further it is from a induction area.
  • Fig. 1 has already been described at the beginning.
  • Fig. 2 shows a plan view of a sketch of a condensate water tray 3 of a first embodiment and Fig. 3 shows a top view of a section of a floor pan 4 of a laundry drying device 5 with the condensate water pan 3.
  • the condensate water pan 3 is integrated into the floor pan 4.
  • the condensate water trough 3 has essentially the same basic shape, in particular the outer contour, as the condensate water trough 1, but is additionally equipped with a partition wall 6, which at least in sections meanders from the floor.
  • the flow channel 9 has two straight sections 10, 11, each with an essentially constant width. These two sections 10, 11 are connected to one another by means of a curved section 12 which rotates through 360 ° (which can also be described as being composed of a plurality of sections which are angled at 90 ° in the same direction with respect to one another).
  • the flow channel 9 also has a lateral opening 13 to a further trough region 3a.
  • the liquid can flow out of the tub area 3a through the flow channel 9 from its lateral opening 13, as indicated by the arrow S2, which further increases a quantity of liquid and a flow rate in the flow channel 9.
  • a direct drain from the tub area 3a into the depression 7 is prevented by the partition wall section 6a.
  • the flow channel 9 has the advantage that it channels a large area of the condensate water trough 3 and there gives the liquid a higher flow or flow rate, which makes deposits more difficult.
  • An approximate flow pattern of the liquid K in the flow channel 9 is indicated by the arrow S1.
  • the condensate water trough 3 is suitable for lateral rinsing from a side arranged laterally with respect to the sink 7 (for example with the rinsing openings 24a), and also for frontal rinsing from a side opposite the sink 7 (for example with the rinsing openings 24b).
  • the condensate water trough 3 is particularly suitable for a side flushing (from the lower side), since the depression 7 is not arranged centrally on its side of the condensate water trough 3, but is removed slightly upwards (from the position of the flushing openings 24a).
  • Particle entrainment is thereby improved, since in the vicinity of the rinsing opening (s) 24a it is not necessary to guide the meanders so closely, because the impulse of the rinsing process is higher there than further from the rinsing opening (s) 24a.
  • a frontal irrigation from the left, opposite the depression 7, the depression 7) may e.g. be arranged centrally on its side of the condensate water tray 3.
  • Fig. 4 shows a top view of a sketch of a condensate water tray 15 according to a second embodiment, for example also for use with the laundry drying device 5.
  • the condensate water tray 15 now has two straight and parallel partition walls 16, which on both sides to the transition to the Lower 7 of one Walk off side wall 17.
  • a flow channel 18 is generated which has an overall curvature of only 180 °, as indicated by the arrow P4.
  • a width of the flow channel 18 is greater than that of the flow channel 9, while the ratio of the two straight sections 19 and 20 is still approximately 2, the section 19 further away from the depression 7 being still narrower.
  • the two straight sections 19 and 20 are connected to one another by a section 21 curved by 180 °.
  • Fig. 5 shows a plan view of a sketch of a condensate water pan 25 according to a third embodiment.
  • the partition wall section 6a is now arranged such that it divides the tub area 3a into two areas, of which the partial area of the tub area 3a shown here on the left is still connected to the flow channel 9 via the lateral opening 13.
  • the other partial area of the tub area 3a, shown here on the right, however, is directly connected to the depression 7, so that the condensate water K can flow directly from the tub area 3a into the depression 7, as indicated by the arrow Q5.
  • the condensate water trough 25 is particularly suitable for lateral flushing from the trough area 3a.
  • the tub area 3a is wider than the flow channel 9.
  • Fig. 6 shows a plan view of a sketch of a condensate water pan 26 according to a fourth embodiment.
  • the condensate water pan 26 now has an F-shaped partition 27, the foot of the "F" adjoining a portion of the side wall 8 of the condensate water pan 26 that is lateral to the depression 7.
  • the partition wall 27 is open towards a section of the side wall 8 opposite the depression 7, so that two partial regions 28a and 28b which are open on one side are formed.
  • a frontal flushing here from the right side
  • water flows directly into the partial areas 28a and 28b and can, if necessary, partially wash over the partition wall 27.
  • a flow channel 29 is formed, in which the condensate water K flows out of the partial areas 28a and 28b and then changes its direction of flow through a section 30 adjoining it vertically by 180 °, followed in a straight line by a straight section 31 adjoining the section 30 perpendicularly flows and finally flows S-shaped through a section 32 into the depression 7.
  • the straight section 31 is through the top of the "F" of the partition 27 and the opposite side wall 8 formed. Cumulatively, a total curvature of approximately 180 ° is flowed through.
  • the sink 7 is arranged centrally on its side wall 8 for a frontal flushing.
  • Fig. 7 shows a sectional side view of a section of the condensate water tank 15 filled with condensate water K in the region of the partition 16 with the sections 19 and 20.
  • the bottom of the section 19 is higher than the bottom of the section 20 because the flow channel 18 is in the direction of the depression 7 tends.
  • the partition 16 is designed as a partition 16a of a first shape, in which the partition 16a is formed as a straight rib. This configuration has the advantage that the partition 16a takes up or requires only a small volume and is also easy to implement in a plastic tool.
  • Fig. 8 shows a sectional side view of a Fig. 7 analog section from the condensate water trough 15, the partition 16 now being designed as a partition 16b of a second shape, which has inclined walls 22 and a rounded ridge 23.
  • This has the advantage that the partition wall 16b can be flowed over relatively free of detachment during a rinsing process, in particular with a gushing inflow of liquid, for example from section 19 via the partition wall 16b into section 20, as a result of which dirt particles can be transported away very well.
  • the curvature of a flow channel is not restricted and can, for example, also be less than 180 ° or more than 360 °.
  • the (amount-related) curvature can in particular at least essentially assume a value modulo (90 °), in particular modulo (180 °).
  • a curved flow channel can generally have a curved wall or lateral boundary and / or straight wall sections arranged at an angle to one another.
