Definitions
- the invention relates to a block comprising a plurality of paper bags according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a paper bag is used for the sale of loose foods of all kinds, such as baked goods.
- the upper edge is then usually rolled up to close the pouch pocket.
- the folding bags are only partially suitable. In order to securely close the folded bag, a considerable excess length is required to roll it up. But this is exactly what hinders later if you want to eat the snack out of the packaging. To do this, the upper part must first be rolled out and, under certain circumstances, torn and removed again.
- the object of the invention is to optimize a block of the type mentioned at the outset for the street sale of snacks such as filled dumplings in particular and to keep such a block ready in a simple and hygienic manner.
- the long cover flap cut free from side folds or side folds enables the same to be easily folded over without strong restoring forces.
- a length of the lid flap of at least 30% of the length of the front part makes it possible to achieve a closure even when the paper bag is very full.
- a perforation line extending over the circumference enables the head area to be separated easily and precisely so that the dumpling protrudes from the top of the main pouch pocket.
- the basic structure of the paper bag can correspond to a folded bag known per se or a flat bag.
- enough area is then removed from the folded-over part of the back part in the folded-over area that the folded-over area only has an outer cover surface, side folds adjoining on both sides and adhesive flaps adjoining the side gussets on the outside for connection to the back part.
- a folded part of the back no longer lies on the actual back part.
- One- and two-layer flat structures or flat structures with even more layers come into consideration as the material, that is, coated and uncoated papers and composites made of paper and aluminum or paper and plastic.
- 2-ply sheet-like structures made up of the layers of paper / paper or paper / PE-coated paper or the like can be used.
- Figure 1 shows a pleated bag 10 with a main bag pocket 11 and an additional bag pocket 19, specifically in perspective obliquely from behind, with a view of the additional bag pocket 19.
- the main pouch pocket 11 consists in a manner known per se from a front part 17 and a back part 16, which are connected to one another via side gussets 17.1, 17.2. Partial areas 16.1, 16.2 of the back part 16 are glued to one another in an overlapping manner in order to form a tube.
- the back part 16 of the pouch pocket 11 continues further upwards and forms a long lid flap 12.
- An additional pouch pocket 19 is apparently attached to the back part 16. However, this is actually formed by an envelope 15 of the main gusseted pouch 11 along a lower fold line 18. According to the preferred embodiment shown, the folded-over area 15 has an outer cover surface and side gussets adjoining it on both sides, but no continuous back area. In the back of the additional pouch pocket 19, only one adhesive flap 15.1, 15.2 is provided on both sides outside.
- the lid flap 12 has an adhesive point 13 which enables the folded lid flap 12 to be glued to the front part 14 by the user so that the food received in the main pouch pocket 11 is securely packaged.
- This adhesive point can be formed, for example, by a transparent or opaque adhesive film.
- cover flap 12 is cut free from the side folds 17.1, 17.2, it can be easily turned over, whereby it can rest on the front part 14 over its entire surface. Because of the lack of folds on the cover flap 12, there are also only slight restoring forces on the folded cover flap.
- the closed state of the gusseted bag 12 shows Figure 2 with a view of the front part 14.
- the folded bag 10 shown has a circumferential perforation line 14 on the main bag pocket 11. It enables the user to easily separate the head area of the bag pocket 11 including the lid flap 12 so that food contained in the bag pocket 11 is directly accessible. The user can continue to leave the food in the pouch pocket 11 without having to touch it directly and he can bite into the part protruding above.
- Figure 4 shows a pattern 10 'for the production of a folded bag 10. Two blanks 10' are shown one behind the other in a web direction running from right to left.
- the lower part is used to form the back part 16.
- the dash-dotted lines at the bottom indicate the area in which later, on the finished bag, that narrow strip 16.2 of the upper edge of the blank will lie, so that a paper tube is formed by overlapping.
- the areas where the adhesive tabs 15.1, 15.2 of the area 15 will later rest are marked with 16.3, 16.4.
- the area 15 is later folded over at the fold line 18 and is used to form the additional pouch pocket 19.
- the perforation line 14 extends continuously over the width of each blank 10 '.
- a block can be formed by stacking several such paper bags on top of one another, in which the individual paper bags adhere to one another, in that the adhesive underside of an adhesive point adheres to a lid flap of a paper bag on the non-adhesive upper side of an adhesive point of an overlying paper bag.
- An adhesive point is designed as an adhesive film.
- Sales staff can easily remove an individual paper bag from such a block, with the adhesive surface of the adhesive point remaining hygienically covered until it is removed.
- the adhesive point here preferably also has a food-grade adhesive coating.
- the smooth, non-adhesive upper side of an adhesive point forms the surface to which the adhesive underside of the adhesive point located above adheres. This allows the paper bags to be separated from one another in a non-destructive manner, since no forces are introduced into the paper of the bags when the paper bags are separated. This also means that a separate protective film to protect the adhesive side of an adhesive point can be completely omitted.
- the adhesive sides of the adhesive dots can alternatively have a strongly adhesive or a slightly adhesive.
- the adhesive is differentiated into these categories in such a way that with a strongly adhering adhesive the lid flap cannot be opened again without being destroyed after closing, whereas this is possible with a slightly adhering adhesive.
- the strongly adhesive adhesive is also chosen at least in such a way that the paper bags can be removed from the block without being destroyed.

Description
- Fig. 1
- einen geöffneten Faltenbeutel in perspektivischer Ansicht,
- Fig. 2
- einen geschlossenen Faltenbeutel in perspektivischer Ansicht,
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- mehrere Zuschnitte für einen Faltenbeutel in Draufsicht.
-
