Claims (5)
- Sangle utilisable comme ceinture de sécurité de véhicule, avec une structure tissée en fils de chaîne (1) et fils de trame (3), où les fils de chaîne (1) s'étendent dans une direction longitudinale (2) correspondant à la direction de contrainte de la sangle et les fils de trame (3) dans une direction transversale (4) à celle-ci, et où, en état d'absence de contrainte, les fils de chaîne (1) sont enroulés autour des fils de trame (3) et les fils de trame (3) s'étendent sensiblement en ligne droite par rapport aux premiers, et où, sur au moins une partie de la longueur de la sangle, les fils de trame (3) sont réalisés de manière à pouvoir s'allonger par rapport aux fils de chaîne (1), caractérisée en ce que l'élongabilité des fils de trame (3) est définie par la condition qu'en cas de contrainte s'exerçant en direction longitudinale (2), les fils de chaîne (1) sont étirés sensiblement en ligne droite à partir de leur structure en enroulement autour des fils de trame (3), et les fils de trame (3) sont enroulés autour des fils de chaîne (1) en refoulant ceux-ci latéralement à partir de leur structure sensiblement en ligne droite, ce qui augmente la largeur de la sangle.
- Sangle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les fils de trame (3) sont constitués de fils élastiques.
- Sangle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les fils de trame (3) sont constitués de fils conditionnés pour être allongeables par étirage partiel et/ou par texturation.
- Sangle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les fils de trame (3) sont conditionnés pour être allongeables au moyen de boucles entrelacées.
- Sangle selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les fils de trame (3) sont réalisés avec le même matériau que les fils de chaîne (1).
