Abstract

Um ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formteiles mit mindestens zwei Gefügebereichen unterschiedlicher Duktilität aus einem Halbzeug (1) aus Stahl mit einer Erwärmung in einem Durchlaufofen (2) und einem Härteprozess, wobei das Halbzeug (1) in dem Durchlaufofen (2) auf Austenitisierungstemperatur erwärmt wird, nachfolgend ein erster Teilbereich (4) des Halbzeugs (1) auf eine Temperatur gekühlt wird, bei welcher das Gefüge des Teilbereichs in ferritisches-perlitisches Gefüge umgewandelt wird, während ein zweiter Teilbereich (5) des Halbzeugs (1) auf Austenitisierungstemperatur gehalten wird, nachfolgend das Halbzeug (1) in einem Presshärtewerkzeug (6) zu dem Formteil umgeformt und vergütet wird, zu schaffen, welches gut beherrschbar ist, energiegünstig betrieben werden kann und eine Behandlung und Formung von entsprechenden Halbzeugen oder Platinen im Taktrythmus des Presshärtewerkzeuges ohne Beeinflussung der Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit durch den Durchlaufofen ermöglicht, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Halbzeug (1) nach Durchlauf durch den Durchlaufofen (2) mit dem zweiten Teilbereich (5) in eine Kammer eines Zwischenspeichers (7) eingelegt wird, der den zweiten Teilbereich (5) auf Austenitisierungstemperatur hält, während der erste Teilbereich (4) aus der Kammer des Zwischenspeichers (7) vorragt und dieser vorragende Bereich mit Luft auf die Temperatur gekühlt wird, bei welcher das ferritisch-perlitische Gefüge gebildet wird.
