Claims (11)

  1. Cadre (2) d'une fenêtre en matière synthétique (1) ou d'une porte en en matière synthétique comprenant
    - un dormant (3) formé de profilés de dormant en matière synthétique,
    - un cadre de vantail (4) formé de profilés de cadre de vantail en matière synthétique,
    - un joint d'étanchéité central (5) qui est disposé dans une feuillure (9) entre le dormant (3) et le cadre de vantail (4) et qui comprend un corps de base (10) et une lèvre (11), ladite lèvre reposant contre une surface de butée du cadre de vantail (4) en formant une chambre (13) périphérique côté intérieur et une chambre (14) périphérique côté intempéries,
    caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité central (5) comprend par ailleurs un rebord (12) tourné vers le cadre de vantail (4) et espacé de la lèvre (11), qui ne repose pas contre le cadre du vantail (3), et que l'écart entre le cadre de vantail (5) et le rebord (12) est de 2 mm maximum.
  2. Cadre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rebord (12) présente une zone de liaison (17) élastiquement déformable.
  3. Cadre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison (17) élastiquement déformable s'étend sur toute la longueur du rebord (12).
  4. Cadre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rebord (12) comprend un corps (18) de rebord, lequel corps est moulé en une seule pièce sur le corps de base (10) du joint d'étanchéité central (5) au moyen de la zone de liaison (17) élastiquement déformable.
  5. Cadre selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps du rebord (18) est formé de manière massive ou présente une cavité intérieure.
  6. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (10), dans la section transversale, présente une structure en au moins deux chambres creuses.
  7. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un élastomère thermoplastique constitue le matériau du joint d'étanchéité central (5).
  8. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité central (5) est soudé avec le profilé du dormant dans les zones de coin du dormant (3).
