Claims (11)
- Unité de verre isolant avec un élément en verre isolant (1), dans laquelle, sur le bord de l'élément en verre isolant (1), est disposé un profilé d'encadrement (2) relié à l'élément en verre isolant (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un profilé d'étanchéité ou d'un matériau d'étanchéité (7) pour le montage de l'élément en verre isolant (1) sur un élément de support (3 ; 31) et le profilé d'encadrement (2) est composé de plastique avec un noyau souple (12) en une mousse légère en polyuréthane et une enveloppe extérieure plus dure (11) en un mélange polyuréthane avec une dureté Shore supérieure à celle du noyau (12), caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'encadrement (2) formé d'une seule pièce entoure l'élément en verre isolant (1) au niveau de la face frontale de celui-ci, et des bords de ses faces avant et arrière, et en ce que la mousse en polyuréthane du noyau (12) présente une conductivité thermique de λ = 0,02 à 0,06 W/m2K, de préférence de 0,025 W/m2K, et le mélange polyuréthane de l'enveloppe extérieure (11) une conductivité thermique de λ = 0,2 à 0,6 W/m2K.
- Unité de verre isolant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'encadrement (2) contient une rainure de réception rectangulaire (18) pour la réception de l'élément en verre isolant (1).
- Unité de verre isolant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'encadrement (2) sur le bord de l'élément en verre isolant (1) est collé sur la face externe ou interne de celui-ci.
- Unité de verre isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que sur la face externe du profilé d'encadrement (2) sont prévues des rainures (9) et/ou des renfoncements (10) pour la réception de joints (16) et/ou de profilés d'étanchéité (21).
- Unité de verre isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que des profilés de fixation (23) supplémentaires sont encastrés dans le profilé d'encadrement (2).
- Unité de verre isolant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en verre isolant (1) est formé comme élément en verre isolant sous vide, dans lequel un vide est formé dans un intervalle de panneau (6) entre deux ou plusieurs panneaux en verre (5).
- Structure porteuse avec au moins une unité de verre isolant fixée à un élément de support (3), caractérisée en ce que l'unité de verre isolant est formée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
- Structure porteuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de verre isolant est fixée à l'élément de support (3) par l'intermédiaire du profilé d'encadrement (2) à l'aide d'une lame de pression (14) et de vis de fixation (15).
- Structure porteuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de verre isolant est fixée à l'élément de support (3) par l'intermédiaire du profilé d'encadrement (2) à l'aide de profilés de fixation (23) encastrés dans le profilé d'encadrement (2).
- Structure porteuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'encadrement (2) est collé à l'élément en verre isolant (1).
- Structure porteuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le profilé d'encadrement (2) est disposé entre un profilé extérieur (32) et un profilé intérieur (42) d'un châssis (32, 33, 34, 42).
