Claims (3)
- Battant de fenêtre composite avec châssis double pour fenêtres et portes-fenêtres dotées d'un profil de dormant correspondant, caractérisé en ce que le châssis intérieur du battant (2), qui est tourné vers l'espace intérieur, est formé d'un profilé composite (2a, 2b) en aluminium/matière synthétique, dont la partie en matière synthétique (2b) assure toutes les fonctions support pour le battant lui-même et pour le deuxième châssis (22), tourné vers l'extérieur, du battant, tandis que la partie en aluminium (2a) présente un appui (2d) pour le collage (3a) de la vitre de protection thermique (3) et une butée (2e) pour l'adjonction d'un joint d'étanchéité (2c), qui agit contre la face verticale, tournée vers l'espace intérieur, du châssis de dormant (1), en ce que le châssis extérieur (22) du battant (2) est réalisé en matière synthétique et présente une face verticale pour le collage (4a) du panneau en verre (4) extérieur, le panneau en verre étant couvert, dans la zone périphérique, en pourtour, par une bride (22c) avec joint d'étanchéité (22b) coextrudé, et en ce que la partie en matière synthétique (2b) du profilé composite (2a, 2b) est munie, dans la zone médiane, d'une nervure (2f) en saillie, de manière que celle-ci, lorsque le battant (2) est fermé, vienne buter sur un joint d'étanchéité médian (1f), prévu sur le profilé du châssis de dormant (1).
- Battant de fenêtre composite avec châssis double pour fenêtres et portes-fenêtres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé en matière synthétique du châssis extérieur (22) du battant (2), dans la zone tournée vers la partie en matière synthétique (2b) du châssis intérieur, présente deux joints d'étanchéité (22a), avantageusement coextrudés, espacés mutuellement, de manière que l'un de ceux-ci vienne buter sur le profilé en matière synthétique (2b), tandis que l'autre vienne buter sur la face verticale de la vitre de protection thermique (3), qui est collée sur le profilé en aluminium (2a) du châssis intérieur (2a, 2b) du battant (2), et en ce que ce dernier joint d'étanchéité (22a) couvre l'élément d'espacement entre les panneaux de verre de la vitre de protection thermique (3).
- Battant de fenêtre composite avec châssis double pour fenêtres et portes-fenêtres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale globale des profilés des deux châssis (2a, 2b ; 22) du battant (2), en position fermée en appui, présente une forme et des dimensions telles qu'elle peut être logée dans un châssis de dormant (1), fabriqué en un profilé usuel pour des fenêtres en aluminium, avec une interruption de pont de froid et un verre de protection thermique double ou triple, dans l'espace intermédiaire existant entre le châssis de dormant (1) et le battant (2) étant formées deux chambres de pourtour (x, y), avec un joint d'étanchéité extérieur (1e) qui vient en butée sur la face extérieure verticale du panneau de verre extérieur (4), avec un joint d'étanchéité médian (1f) et avec un joint d'étanchéité intérieur (2c), qui vient en butée sur la face verticale, tournée vers l'espace intérieur, du châssis de dormant (1).
