Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der Flügel aus einem inneren tragenden Rahmen besteht welcher aus einem Verbundprofil aus Kunststoff/Aluminium hergestellt ist, wobei der Teil aus Aluminium ästhetische und tragende Funktion für die doppelte oder dreifache Wärmeschutzscheibe hat, während der Teil aus Kunststoff einen geeigneten Querschnitt für die Anbringung aller Beschläge für die Lagerung und die Verstellung des Flügels in Schwenk- und/oder in Kippstellung, sowie für die Beschläge zwecks Lagerung des zweiten äußeren Flügelrahmens, aufweist. Dieser zweite äußere Flügelrahmen ist erfindungsgemäß aus Kunststoff gefertigt und trägt die äußere Glasscheibe weiters sind mindestens zwei, zueinander beabstandete Dichtungen vorgesehen um einen Zwischenraum zwischen der doppelten oder dreifachen Wärmeschutzscheibe und der einfachen äußeren Glasscheibe zu bilden wodurch diese gegen das Eindringen von Staub geschützt ist, jedoch über eigene Ausfräsungen belüftet ist. Vorteilhafterweise ist das besagte Stockprofil aus Aluminium gefertigt und weist die bekannte Kältebrückenunterbrechung, mittels Zwischenelemente aus Kunststoff, auf; in diesem Fall erscheint das Fenster oder die Fenstertür, von der Außen- und von der Innenseite her, wie ein Fenster oder eine Fenstertür aus Aluminium. Weil der Flügel sich nach außen mit der äußeren Glasfläche präsentiert welche, nur am äußersten Rand, von einem schmalen mit Dichtung versehenem Profilflansch eingerahmt wird welcher vom äußeren Rahmenprofil absteht, wird auch eine besondere Ästhetik erreicht.
