- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade avec un battant muni d'un châssis de battant (2) composé de montants et traverses de châssis de battant (7-10) et avec un châssis de dormant (3) composé de montants et traverses de châssis de dormant (4, 5, 6) sur lequel le battant est articulé, dans laquelle un système d'étanchéité comportant au moins deux joints d'étanchéité est prévu pour un espace de feuillure (F) formé dans l'état fermé entre le châssis de dormant et le châssis de battant, lequel système d'étanchéité comporte au moins une ou deux paires de joints qui se composent chacune d'un premier joint (29a, 30b) sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4, 5, 6) et d'un deuxième joint (29b, 30a) sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant (7, 8, 9, 10) qui forment ensemble au moins un, de préférence deux joints médians ou plus, couvrant la feuillure (F) de façon étanche quand le battant est fermé, dans laquelle le châssis de dormant et le châssis de battant se composent des montants et traverses de châssis de dormant (4, 5, 6) et des montants et traverses de châssis de battant (7-10) avec deux profilés métalliques qui sont séparés l'un de l'autre par une ou plusieurs ailes isolantes formant une zone d'isolation (I, III), chacun des deux joints (29a, 30a ; 29b, 30b) de l'au moins une paire de joints étant fixé par au moins un assemblage à rainure et languette sur une des ailes isolantes du montant/de la traverse de châssis de dormant ou de châssis de battant (4-10), dans laquellea. l'un des deux joints de la paire de joints ou de chaque paire de joints est conformé comme une butée d'étanchéité comportant une aile de base (38) et une aile de butée (37) qui s'étend selon un angle supérieur à 60° par rapport à l'aile de base (38) etb. le deuxième joint (30a, b) de la paire de joints ou de chaque paire de joints est conformé comme un joint à lèvres présentant une partie de base (40),caractérisée en ce que le deuxième joint (30a, b) présente deux lèvres d'étanchéité (41 et 42) qui s'étendent selon un angle, en particulier de façon sensiblement perpendiculaire, par rapport à la partie de base (40).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le châssis de dormant et/ou le châssis de battant se composent de montants et traverses de châssis de dormant (4-6) et/ou de montants et traverses de châssis de battant (7-10) composés de trois profilés métalliques qui sont séparés les uns des autres par une ou plusieurs ailes isolantes (13a, b ; 15a, b ; 23a, b ; 24a, b) formant chacune des zones d'isolation (I, III ; II, IV).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système d'étanchéité présente dans l'espace de feuillure (F) entre le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant et le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4-10) deux des paires de joints d'étanchéité, qui se composent chacune de deux joints (29a, 29b et 30a, 30b) dont l'un est disposé sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4, 5, 6) et l'autre sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant (7, 8, 9, 10).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que sont prévues deux des paires de joints d'étanchéité de forme identiques mais disposées de manière différente dans l'espace de feuillure.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux paires de joints d'étanchéité sont de conformation identique mais comportent deux joints différents l'un de l'autre (29a et 29b et 30a et 30b).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'un des deux joints de l'au moins une paire de joints d'étanchéité est disposé sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4) et le deuxième joint (30a) sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque deux des paires de joints d'étanchéité sont disposées dans l'espace de feuillure (F), le premier joint (29a) de la première paire de joints d'étanchéité, qui est une butée d'étanchéité, est disposé sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4) et le deuxième joint (30a), qui est un joint à lèvres, est disposé sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant, et le premier joint (29b) de la deuxième paire de joints, qui est la butée d'étanchéité, est disposé sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant (7) et le deuxième joint (30b) désigné comme un joint à lèvres sur le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant (4).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque paire de joints forme un compartiment d'étanchéité (34a, b) clos de toutes parts avec une aile (59) du montant/de la traverse de châssis de dormant ou de battant quand le battant est fermé et/ou en ce qu'un compartiment d'étanchéité (35) clos de toute part est formé avec le châssis de dormant et le châssis de battant dans l'espace de feuillure entre les deux paires de joints d'étanchéité quand le battant est fermé.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que trois compartiments d'étanchéité (34a, 35, 34b) contigus les uns des autres perpendiculairement au plan (principal) de la porte ou de la fenêtre sont formés dans l'espace de feuillure (F) et/ou en ce que quatre zones de butée d'étanchéité (A1, A2, A3, A4) sont formés dans la feuillure (F) entre le montant/la traverse de châssis de battant et le montant/la traverse de châssis de dormant quand le battant est fermé.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aile de butée (37) s'étend selon un angle de 90° par rapport à l'aile de base (37).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la butée d'étanchéité présente un pied de maintien (36).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les lèvres d'étanchéité (41, 42) s'étendent perpendiculairement à la partie de base (40).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'une des lèvres d'étanchéité (41) du joint à lèvres forme avec l'aile de butée (37) de la butée d'étanchéité correspondante, quand le battant est fermé, un joint intermédiaire qui couvre l'espace de feuillure.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'autre lèvre d'étanchéité (42) du deuxième joint (30a, b) de l'au moins une paire de joints (le joint à lèvres) est conformé à son extrémité comme une zone d'étanchéité de butée (51) orientée à angle droit avec celui-ci.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un compartiment creux (52) est formé dans la zone d'étanchéité de butée (51).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint (30a, b) conformé comme un joint à lèvres présente dans une partie de base (40) un ou plusieurs compartiments creux (43, 44) et/ou en ce que le joint (30a, b) conformé comme un joint à lèvres présente dans une partie de base (40) un moyen de fixation pour la fixation au montant/à la traverse de dormant ou de battant associé et dans sa zone d'étanchéité de butée (51) un autre moyen de fixation pour la fixation au montant/à la traverse de dormant ou de battant associé.
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de base (40) comporte une aile de base (45) pour s'appuyer sur le montant/la traverse de dormant ou de battant et deux ailes latérales (46, 47) formant un angle, de préférence un angle droit, par rapport à la partie de base, qui se transforment à leurs extrémités en lèvres d'étanchéité (41, 42), et en ce qu'une aile d'appui (48c) s'étend de préférence entre les extrémités des ailes latérales (48a, 48b), l'aile d'appui (48c) s'étendant de préférence selon un angle aigu de 1° < α < 45° par rapport à l'aile de base (45).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone d'étanchéité de butée (51) est reliée à la partie de base (40) par une partie de liaison (49).
- Porte (1), fenêtre ou élément de façade selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone d'étanchéité de butée (51) du joint à lèvres de l'une des deux paires de joints d'étanchéité s'étend de façon étanche entre l'extrémité libre de l'aile de butée de profilé (55) du montant/de la traverse de dormant (4, 5, 6) et le coin opposé du montant/de la traverse de battant (7-10), tandis que l'autre zone d'étanchéité de butée (51) du deuxième joint à lèvres de la deuxième paire de joints ferme de façon étanche l'espace entre l'extrémité libre de l'aile de butée de profilé (56) du montant/de la traverse de battant et le coin opposé du montant/de la traverse de dormant et/ou en ce qu'au moins un joint de la paire de joints d'étanchéité ou des paires de joints d'étanchéité présente un ou plusieurs compartiments creux.
